Rose Spinelli, Crowdfunding Advisor

Rose Spinelli, founder of The CrowdFundamentals, is an internationally recognized crowdfunding specialist, mentor, trainer and writer. A former journalist, she was an early adopter in the crowdfunding space, focusing on the importance of storytelling to attract backers.

In 2012 she launched The Crowdfundamentals. She quickly established herself as an authoritative voice in the nascent industry. In 2014, she was voted one of the "100 Most Influential Thoughtful Leaders in Crowdfunding.” Rose has logged hundreds of hours in consultations, webinars, speaking engagements, one-on-one mentoring and as an expert source for publications. She is also the author of one of the first online crowdfunding courses called “Working the Crowd: Know the Fundamentals.”

Besides her own blog, Rose was a columnist for Crowdsourcing.org. Weekly columns included Tip of the Week for crowdfunding resource analysis and later Rose Recommends, which provided individualized advice. Rose has served on a board of directors for the CrowdFunding Professional Association.
