Sentimental Reasons

Las Vegas

Martha of Littleton CO writes (4/9/03):
My daughter was married at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nevada on September 21, 2002. She had a fantastic wedding planner from Caesars and we chose an outdoor garden wedding. Everything went very smoothly and the wedding was beautiful. I would do another wedding like this again except for one big problem with preserving my daughter's bouquet.

At the time of my daughter's wedding, Caesars suggested to use Sentimental Reasons for preserving wedding flowers. Since Sentimental Reasons are the only flower preseving company in Las Vegas, naturally we went with their services. My daughter has not received her flowers to date April 2003. She was married in September 2002. We contacted Sentimental Reasons and the person who handled our call was the most nasty, argumentative witch I have ever delt with from a customer service stand point.

She treated my daughter and myself as though this situation was our fault we have not received the bouquet. She argued about how they tried to contact my daughter via letter. One sent in November and another sent in February. My daughter at the time (November) lived in Prescott Arizona. Since the beginning of February, they have moved back to Colorado therefore with having an forwarding address to her Colorado address, no letter has been received.

I contacted via phone Sentimental Reasons back in November giving them the final choices and details needed to complete her bouquet preservation. Sentimental Reasons had my daughter's cell phone number and my telephone number, but never made an attempt to contact us. My Visa card has been charged for the deposit of $150.00 and this company made no attempt to contact us. I contacted Caesars Palace 4/9/2003 and talked to the very same wedding planner who planned my daughters wedding. She indicated to me that Caesars Palace no longer uses Sentimental Reasons to preserve any wedding flowers because of problems like ours. They have also had significant problems due to other circumstances as well.

To date, Sentimental Reasons say they will expidite to work on her bouquet and contact us the week of April 14th and ship to Colorado. Time will tell!
