We got the Holdens' name from a friend of ours who was also getting married. We hired them as our wedding photographers and on 8/19/99 we made our final payment by check to the Holdens for "The Royal Package" for our photos.

Our wedding was on 9/4/99. It took us until 12/25/99 at 12:20 a.m. to recieve our proof album.

To this day (3/5/00) they have not delivered us our 16X20 portrait and proof, bridal sitting proofs, bridal album, 2 mothers albums, digital image, and any other proofs not placed in the proof album.

We sent them a Certified letter on January 28, 2000 requesting these items, and that they not call until after 5 p.m. The few times Angela has called has been around 2:30 p.m. They have not delivered us the items we have paid for. Aside from what we've paid for we have requested that they relenquish any rights to the negatives, as well as the negatives themselves, and a $200 refund to allow us to develop our own pictures. It is extrememly frustrating to have been married for 6 months and to spend those months fighting with our photographers.
