Everlasting Memories

Iaeger, WV

Stephanie of Statesville, NC, writes:
I hired Tina's Everlasting Memories to take my wedding photos at my wedding. I paid her $150 to take 100 pictures.

After I got the pictures back only 37 of them had taken. I asked her if i could get my money back but she said no. After that she called me back and told me that she would charge $6.00 a picture for the ones that did take and give me the difference. That amount exceeds the amount that I had paid her. I wish to get the money back for the pictures that did not take at the price that she charged for the pictures the first time.

She caused a very stressed time for me since I have got the pictures back and would like for her to just refund the money at the original price. Not the price after she raised the cost of the pictures.
