1st Class Productions

Bellerose, NY

Nildy of Coral Springs, FL, writes:
I got married in 1996. 1st Class made the video for my wedding. A couple of months after the wedding, my husband was relocated to Florida and I tried contacting this company and my photographer and they were not returning any of my calls. I left several messages with my new number and no response.

Finally, now I was told by my sister that I should file a complaint because not only do they have my money, but the most important part is they still have my wedding video and pictures.

Moneywise we are talking about $900 for the wedding and $1500 for the pictures. The money is not so important what is are my memories that I may one day be able to share with my children.

Patience might be a virtue but Nildy needs to take action quickly. Photographers come and go, after all. She should go to Small Claims Court and file suit against this outfit, which sounds less than first class
