Bought timeshare and only used for 2 trips. Made arrangements for trip to Costa Rica and had airfare for Thanksgiving 2007 and the day before we left they cancelled. We went anyway and got to the west coast of Costa Rica and saw the ship. We met some of the crew in one of the resort casinos. Has anyone brought suit? Has anyone started a class action?

We lost a substantial amount based on the fact that only had 2 out 10 cruises and could not get the promised additional 10 cruises for substantiallly less

I purchase 2,500 special buyinh me to 5 trips with 5 years to use. I booked a trip last Dec and it was cancelled. I was assured they were just doing maintenance. I now am ready to book a trip and see they have gone belly up! I would join any lawsuit!

out 2,500 and 150 change fee for airline ticket cancellation

bought a timeshare with Windjammer in Dec 03 for over 13k. 2 cruises have been used. Imagine my surprise when I was trying to book a cruise and there is no way to contact anyone. I see there are a lot of similar complaints, who will begin the lawsuit?

My husband and I booked a cruise with them in 1987, paid for a cabin with a regular bed (the admirals suite) and boarded to discover we were in a cabin with bunkbeds. when we complained, we were told everyone who booked the admirals suite was charged the same fee as us and since no one got it, they didn't owe us anything.

they neglected to tell us there was not even an admirals suite on the ship we were booked on. what a ripoff organization. unpleasant trip in a bunkbed on a second honeymoon...

I and numerous other disappointed consumers of Windjammer Barefoot Cruises and Association De La Mer have made detailed complaints that are posted on your website, yet no one has contacted me or left information on whom we can contact to have our complaints resolved. Isn't ANYONE pursuing a lawsuit against Windjammer or Association De La Mer? Isn't ANYONE collecting names of people who Windjammer owes money?

My husband and I have seven weeks of unused cruises on a timeshare that cost us over 12,000, and we have no idea who to contact. We had hoped that our complaint on Consumer Affairs, as well as the numerous complaints by others, would have resulted in some contact information from Consumer Affairs.

Barbara should consult an attorney.
