Clarice of Pomona, NY, writes:
I purchased Time Share with this company in December 1998. The amount paid was $698.00 which was charged to my credit card. The time share was good for 3 years and the vacation time was for 8 days 7 nights. I have a choice of Hawaii, Cancun or Orlando. I recently mailed (via certified mail) the required reservation fee of $298.00 to book a vacation for June. To my surprise I received the envelope back stating that the forwarding time had expired at this address. The envelope had a different address. When I called Florida information and gave the new address for the telephone number, the phone numbers I was given are both disconnected and no further information was available. I can not afford to lose the $698.00 I paid for this. I have already arranged for this vacation. If this is not going to be made available to me I demand a full refund. We suspect Clarice is out of luck. If the company is no longer in business, which would seem to be the case, it will be difficult if not impossible for her to obtain a refund. Report Your Experience
