I cancelled a reservation last year and was told I could call back before the year and rebook. I have my vacation in April and have been calling and emailing since January. I was told by three different reps that they can not find me in the system and someone will call me back. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I don't have money to just throw away.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

The landscaping and pool maintenance people were very busy and efficiently doing an excellent job. The pool was really well heated (over 90 degrees) for the cool days and nights we were having. The live music music each day and evening was enjoyed by many, both young and mature. We heard others talking in the pool about how helpful the two Lisa's in the office were and if anyone had a concern, they should not hesitate to call them. We also had left our map light on in our automobile and the night security guard (Allen **) was right on the ball and we received a call from the office.
The room was very clean, and artistically decorated with the Calypso theme. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed dishes and utensils, and the Whirlpool tub and the shower had many extra towels and supplies. The clothes washer and dishwasher had all the needed supplies. The interior and exterior of the Resort had many details that carried out the theme of the Resort. The sand volleyball court and the basketball court were nicely done and enjoyed by many during our stay. We were well pleased with our experience at Calypso Cay. We bought with Orlandoparkvacations.com and would purchase from them again.

We got a vacation package with orlandoparkvacation.com and I am very picky about hotels so I wanted to leave a detailed review because I was so impressed with Silver Lake! The resort is very close to Disney I could see fireworks just over the treetops from our balcony. It's only about 15 minutes to Aquatica and Sea World. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls close by.
We stayed in Building 900, Room ** (1 bedroom G unit condo-silver points.) Our room was beyond what I expected! Our room had a full kitchen with granite counters, 6 person dining table, modern living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and sleeper sofa. Bathroom had a huge tub, separate shower, granite counter and washer and dryer in closet. Bedroom had a very comfy king bed with another flat screen TV. Balcony was accessed from sliding door in the bedroom or door in the living room. Flooring was nice ceramic tile except bedroom which was carpet. There were dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, small box of Tide, small dish soap and 2 dishwasher packets supplied. Staff was extremely helpful and you can also check out pool towels.
There are 3 pools. The main pool is huge with a cabana which sells food, ice cream and various drinks. It also has volleyball net. But we only went there twice because we loved the pool between building 900 and 1000! We went there everyday. We were usually the only family there. It has a walk-in section with fountains. There is a game room and a small store in the main building which sells ice cream cones and various things you may have left at home. Our building had an elevator, vending machines and a trash room on each floor. There's a small playground, tennis court, basketball area, business center, shuffle board and a fitness room along with daily activities for children. Also there's a movie theater which is free and shows family friendly movies. There's WiFi with a fee. I bought the activity card for $25; it included discounts on food and the small mart and WiFi for the week along with a few other things.
The only negative I have is when we drove up the drive (lined with trees!) I noticed the outside of the buildings need updating. Well, as we got closer, I saw that they were painting the outside. They finished a few buildings while we were there and they looked great! Now the outside matches the beautiful room we had. We would return again anytime!

I think there is some major confusion with Calypso Cay since they have a hotel, resort and a villa. Reading reviews before my trip made me very concerned. We had reservations at the Villa, a friend is an owner of a time share. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet but they took down my cell number and called me once it was available. I was very happy with the Villa.
We stayed in a one bedroom with full kitchen and laundry. It was clean and welcoming. The TV and internet were not working but with a call to the front desk, maintenance came and took care of it right away. The area was not noisy or crowded like several reviews stated. There really isn't much traffic at all. There were several pool in which we could use as well as mini golf.
The villa was close to a Wal-Mart and not far from Disney. I felt safe and had a great stay here. The only complaint I had was the pull out couch my kids slept on was a little worn. It could be replaced. Overall a nice place. We would definitely purchase a package with Orlandoparkvacations.com again!

Where do i start, The Great Customer Service, The Amazing Room, The Property It Self? Me and my family stayed at Liki Tiki for a Disney Vacation and we had read reviews and looked at their site. We were a little scared due to some bad reviews but once we got there, everything was just amazing. Our room was new with plasma TV's. Our check in did not take an hour like some others say. The rooms were very clean and up to date. If we needed anything, the staff was there to help us. The Water Park was great and also the other pools were heated so we could be in there all day. The pool next to our room was open until 12pm. The boats are great. Tennis and Basketball courts were so great to play in.
If any one is looking for an amazing Vacation, choose Liki Tiki. I did the tour and even became an Owner. I was so pleased. I love the place and I can't stop talking about it. I must say, out of all of the timeshares I have stayed at this is the best. I have stayed at all of the great ones also, Vistana, Cyprus, Orange and etc. If you have kids, this place is for you. There is so much to do on site that we only left to get food for our fully stocked kitchen.
The water park is awesome and the pools are great. The units are huge and very clean. The service is also second to none. If you call for anything, they show up. The only gripe we had was the check-in. It took almost an hour to go through the process. Hopefully they will speed things up in the future. Other than that, we will be back later this year.

I reserved a vacation package with OrlandoParkVacations in March. Due to an illness, I had to cancel five days later. I got my confirmation that my credit card would be credited by the middle of April; it is now September. I have called at least fifteen times just to get a total runaround. This company is a total rip-off.
If you are planning a vacation in Orlando, do yourself a favor and stay away, far away from this company. We are really tight these days for money and we can't afford to get ripped off.

I made a reservation in November 2009 for Orlando Theme Park for 2 Adults and 2 Children. Due to some reason, I was not able to make it, so I cancelled. Thank you for making your reservation with Orlandoparkvacations.com. The status of your reservation is: Cancelled on January 22nd, 2009. I got the confirmation of the cancellation. Since then I'm trying to get my money back. I spoke more than 20 times with the above mentioned representatives. They were just giving me turnaround. It became so frustrating that they don't want to give my money back. I complained this to State of Florida; they mentioned we can't do much because this Travel Agency is not registered with state. I need help to get my money back. Please look into this.
