What is OneTravel?

When you use OneTravel, you can search for travel accommodations by destination and flight, simplifying the search process and letting you quickly and easily find the best options for your trip. You can also search by travel theme, flight type and flight price.

OneTravel also lets you book hotels, rental cars and vacation packages. The company offers last-minute deals on hotels and discount codes to save money on flights and vacation packages. You earn reward points for each dollar spent on the site, and you earn double points when you book using the app.

If you find a lower rate on OneTravel or another U.S.-based travel site within four hours of booking, OneTravel will credit or refund you the difference. After four hours (but no later than 24 hours), you get a $50 coupon for future bookings if you find a lower price.

OneTravel ticket fees

OneTravel may charge a service fee when you book with them. Fees are charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis and are usually nonrefundable. OneTravel charges the following fees:

  • Plane tickets: Up to $35
  • Hotel bookings: Up to $32 a night per room
  • Rental car reservations: Up to $25 per rental

Yes. OneTravel has a fraud prevention team. If you have any unauthorized charges on your credit card after booking with OneTravel, you pay nothing.

Does OneTravel do returns?

Most flights, hotels, vacation packages, prepaid car rentals and service fees are nonrefundable after 24 hours of booking. Flights are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Name changes are not permitted. You can cancel your ticket within 24 hours for a fee. You might be able to exchange your ticket for a different date.

    Booked a ticket with One Travel, and due to the Middle East conflict, the airline canceled my flight. It has taken more than a month to receive a portion of my refund from one travel company. They told me the rest could take up to two billing cycles.

      We went to Tahiti on French Bee Economy Plus. For our return flight we were put in Economy. We call customer service numerous times only to get into an automated phone loop. When we were able to connect with customer service they were no help. Also on offer to reimburse us for the different in flight cost. I will never book through One Travel again!

      I had one of the worst travel booking experiences of my life with this company. I booked my flight months in advance, trusting them to handle everything professionally. Instead, I was left completely stranded when my flight was cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East. Here’s the most frustrating part: I didn’t even book directly with the airline, yet they kept pushing responsibility onto the airline and telling me to “wait.” Why should I wait? I paid you for a service. You chose the airline. You should be accountable for fixing the situation not passing the blame.

      For over a week, I called every single day trying to get help. Every time, I got the same useless responses. No urgency. No effort. No real support. It honestly felt like no one cared at all. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Then, after wasting days of my time, they finally “found” an alternative flight only to tell me I now had to pay extra because it had been more than 14 days. Are you serious? The delay was entirely on their side. I was actively chasing them every single day while they failed to do their job, and now I’m being penalized for their incompetence? This company talks about customer satisfaction, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The only thing they seem to care about is money. No accountability, no reliability, and absolutely no respect for their customers. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.

      Do not use this platform. When we had a state of emergency 4 weeks ago and airlines sent emails to customers to change flight I reached out to One Travel. Spent 1 hour on phone being transferred multiple times. Was told I could get a travel credit. Waited 4 days and then airline denied request. Lost all my money. Complained again and nothing happened. Worst experience.

      I have had a dreadful experience with OneTravel. ** Kim is running a shady business putting people second and in a place where you have nowhere to turn. I asked to change my departure date and was told the only available seats were business and I would have to pay the full fare on top of my economy ticket. I spoke to the airlines in question and they said this isn't correct. They are going to INVESTIGATE OneTravel and get back to me. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau. They locked me into to the date I wanted to change, leaving NO options but to lose my entire fare. And there wasn't any notification that they DO NOT REFUND fares once purchased. It was sickening.       My experience with them terrible today. They ask for credit card info. then sent me forms that asked for my c.c. info. Again, then they quote me one price, then sent me a higher price, then asked them to canceled, said they could not, then manager came on phone, said same, then said OK will return, after I said will call Amx now. As of now no refund. Amx disputed Trans action, will investigate. Stay tuned in past just okay, but always problems.

      Totally fraud happening. I booked ticket from Karachi to Regina on October 20, 2025 and OneTravel cancelled this booking on October 27, 2025. On calling the customer services I was told that it is my fault if ticket got cancelled. OneTravel charged me USD 250 cancellation fee and airline charged USD 200. I told them that I never cancelled this ticket. This issue caused me losing USD200. Now Customer service rep continuously saying that it is my fault that that ticket got cancelled although I have never cancelled it. Worst experience and money loss as well. This is pathetic place to book a ticket.

      We have reviewed the reservation and this was booked online Oct. 21 , however, on Oct.27 someone from your registered email requested cancellation via out chat BOT. This was not done with any agent on the phone. The bot would not have cancelled it without someone initiating the chat, adding your booking number, and verifying your data such as name, and billing address. When this is done online there is an automatic cancel penalty which can be the airline fee and partially OT fee. Since you have spoken with the supervisors on Oct. 27,28 they have refunded you the full ticket value,along with the $250.00 cancellation penalty which you will receive within 1 billing cycle.

      Do not book anything with this airline. They offer little to none customer services and are inflexible in reference to refunds. It’s the worst booking experience of my life. Do not use them, they will take your cash and tell you no.

      OneTravel changed my itinerary 10 days ago. I fly in September and no agent is available to discuss. We spoke briefly and I was directed to contact the servicing airline. After this, I was redirected back to one travel. This needs to be resolved. Yes I received a link for available changes, yet the links don’t work. Customer Service is the most important thing when selling products.

      So I had a flight booked for the 3rd of June that I had to cancel within 4-8 hours because of a family emergency. I contacted customer support about the issue they gave no help. They did not allow me to take another flight at a later date, nor refund me for the flight I was going to miss based on my circumstances. Now my bank says I’ve been charged by the same company and I’m trying to figure it out.. This isn’t a travel site I’d recommend to anyone. Ever.

      We booked a round trip flight through these fraudulent people to San Juan, Puerto Rico a few days ago. We got our itinerary and ticket information the same day. Unfortunately, they purposely omitted the last four letters of my wife's last name. We called the airline and a representative stated we could not board unless we arrived at the airport three hours early for the flight to correct the error in order to board the aircraft. We then called One Travel back and their representative stated it would cost $100 to correct error. I declined as I immediately recognized the scam.

      I called American Airlines and was transferred to a supervisor who made the change without charging us and sent us a new confirmation for outgoing flight. We called Frontier, the other airline for our return flight, left message and never received a call back two days in a row. I called a Frontier hot line that was on Reddit and he answered with the word "reservations." He looked up our booking number and after several minutes quoted $200 and I asked why such a high fee. He stated that those issues on incorrect names are outsourced to his company and he would not identify who he worked for.

      We finally called back One Travel and after a few queries I learned that this booking agency has an entire department dedicated to collecting additional sums of money for correcting last names that they purposely misspelled or as in our case omitted leterrs on. We finally paid the $100 to 6th or 7th representative we talked to.

      This is an elaborate scheme. This is being foisted on thousands of people Frontier Airlines presumably plays a huge part in this. That is evident but the fact that they don't return any calls from customers, however, will take calls from representatives from booking companies who have their customers on the phone with them at the time. One prompt on Frontier's telephone menu asks the pointed question "is your flight within 24 hours press one." That implies that are taking hundreds and potentially thousands of these calls a month in what is an illegal and fraudulent money making scheme. Call One Travel and book a flight at your own peril.

      This is the WORST booking agency. I have just spent 4.5 hours attempting to change my flight. They continued to tell me they were waiting for the airline to get back with them. I asked for a supervisor. AFTER waiting on hold the agent came back on and said the airline just got with him. It would be $198.00 to change flights. I asked what it would cost to just cancel my current flight. He actually told me they would have to contact the airline first. Their website states $50.00 to cancel and he could not do that. I asked AGAIN for a supervisor. On hold AGAIN. Supervisor comes on. He can change my flight. He give me the WRONG confirmation number [PNR] to make seat selection of the new flight. He tells me it will work in FOUR HOURS when the tickets are issued. FOUR HOURS!!?? Is this company even in the 21st Century? DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ONETRAVEL.COM!!!!

      Complete scam!!! They charged my business debit card for an airline ticket, not in my name, the billing address they have is not my billing address for me or my card and when I contacted them to report the unauthorized charges they would not help. They just kept repeating for me to contact my bank. Well business accounts with debit transactions cannot be disputed through my bank if it's been more than 24 hours and they say I have to contact the vendor who charged it unauthorized to get a refund, but after being transferred 9 times, you can't understand anyone's broken English, and they still don't help you. They also tell you there is no supervisor above them as if they own the company. Pitiful business practice!!! And they have recently lost a lawsuit according to the BBB for fraudulent business practices to the tune of 2.6 million dollars. I want my money back!!!!

      I had to change the flight date from the 17th to the 18th, I was advised that I had to pay an additional $570, called again, and another agent advised me to pay $527, and another agent $492. I called about 5-6 times, each time getting a different amount to pay. Neither less to say, I've been a customer for over 20 years having an account with OneTravel. Very disappointed over the confusion of additional pay to change the date.

      Thank you for your feedback. When the airlines allow a change to a confirmed, ticketed reservation they generally charge a fee. This is usually between $100 and $400 per ticket, depending on the fare and the airline. Then any difference in the fare is added. Since fares can change at any time it is understandable that you may get quoted a different amount when calling to ask about changing the reservation. We regret any confusion or frustration.

      Booking was easy but there are too many promotions emailed afterwards! The booking site should contain the option to opt out of promotional emails. The consultant who called to confirm the booking was polite, but as I am in Canada, should have mentioned that the insurance fee was in US dollars.
