He told me he would cancel it, but I would be charged. Then he insulted me by telling me I was over-reacting. He said he was a pilot and that nothing was going to happen and he should know about this more than me. At the time I called, the City of Williamsburg had already closed their Jamestown and Yorktown properties because of the hurricane. I asked Al to let me speak with a supervisor but he would not. The reservation amount was $379 plus tax. Stacey should notify her credit card company and dispute the charge. Report Your Experience
