Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Flights24 provided a terrible customer service. I had to cancel a Flights24 booking, because United Airlines changed the scheduled flights and I was not able to complete my connection to my final destination. I cancelled my booking on 04/02/2012. The customer service representative told me it would take no more than eleven (11) days for having the amount refunded on my credit card. Up to date (23 days after), Flights24 did not refund the cost of this transaction. Flights24 post on its webpage an email address for contacting customer service. They did not respond to emails. After a long time holding, the customer service do not provide useful answers.

When I entered cheap flights on Google, Flights24.com came up at the top in bold. It seemed like a good deal. I booked. Then, I had an unavoidable medical emergency and wanted to book at a later time, sure, for a $200 fee plus other expenses. The ticket was $301, so I would probably lose more. There's no phone number to contact. I still have to check my credit card to make sure they did not charge more, as they have quite a few hidden charges. I wish I had checked reviews first. From now on, I will only book with the chosen carrier and not try to find a deal. There are so many negative reviews about Flights24. Don't use them.

I thought I went to ** and somehow was directed to Flights24.com (my error in not catching their deceiving redirection to their website) and made my flight reservation declining insurance and additional services. Pressed purchase tickets and the additional services that I declined were charged so my flight went from $92.38 from Allegiant to additional charges from Flights24.com as follows: $13.50 Ticket Protector, $40.70 Service Fee. So my $92.38 ticket turned out to cost and additional $54.20 in charges by Flights24.com. And that's for a total of $146.58. Stay away from these crooks!

I booked a flight for my 17 year old from Chicago (ORD) to Colorado Springs from August 10, 2011 to August 17, 2011.

I got an email with a booking request number. I was also supposed to get my travel insurance information, and confirmation of my purchase by a separate email-- which I never received.

I called today, five days later (August 1, 2011), and nobody answered the phone. I called over 30 times, it rang until it went dead. Some girl answered two times, put me on hold and never to return. I called the airline and was told the booking request number was real, but after flights24.com charged my card, they then cancelled it right away!

Now the $338 tickets are over $750, and my son can't go.

The $338 charge was with an $18 insurance ticket protector which I never received-- like I was supposed to.

On April 14, 2011, I booked a flight with Flights 24. The next day, I decided to call their customer service to check on the flight. It was impossible to get hold of them. When I did get a hold of them, I got put on hold, and they never came back on the line. I tried several times, and the same kept happened.

I called Delta Air Lines to see what was going on with the flight. Delta told me they saw the flight, but no ticket reservation was made.
