This is a formal complaint against Excursiones Panamericanas. They are outright and proudly misleading their customers. Everything indicated in their brochure was not what was given to anyone on the tour. I will send a letter to them letting them know the situation and asking for at the very least a full refund.

In the brochure it said "First Class Hotel Reservations, TV/VCR on bus, minutes away from Virginia Beach...." We were taken to Richmond, hours away from the beach, basically left to fend for ourselves in Richmond. And to make matters worse hotel reservations were made while we were en route to VA. We ended up at the Red Carpet Inn (when we finally did reach Virginia Beach). We forced our tour guide to find us a "proper" resting area.

This was my first vacation in a year-and-a-half and was a pre-marriage gift for my niece and her fiancée. The conditions which we found ourselves in were first of all unprofessional, UN-guided, and the quality of the tour bus was disgusting. The toilet/bathroom was filthy upon boarding bus. The TV/VCR did not work. Radio did not work. Microphone did not work. Guide had no escalation procedures in case of emergency.
