Kathy of Buffalo NY (6/6/03):
My son received a truck as a gift for his birthday. Well I was cleaning up the wraping paper, my son decided to rip open the package. All of a sudden he started screaming. He had blood rushing down his finger. To my suprise there was an open box cutter in with the truck. Thank god the cut wasn't severe.

I was very disappointed because I always shop at KB Toys, now I don't think I want to anymore. I saved the package from the truck and also the box cutter just in case anyone needs to see it. I feel I should be compinsated in some way for what my son went through.

My son's finger was cut open. Thank god he didnt need any stitches. But that box cutter was dirty so I can imagine the germs he picked up from that.
