Stephanie of Marco Island FL (6/9/03):
I bought a bouncy seat for my newborn. My baby is now three months old. I had him in the bouncy seat and noticed blood all over his legs. When I checked him, I found that he had cut both feet on the back of the heels on the battery pack that is located at the base of the seat.

I have to lay a towel over the bottom of the seat to protect my baby from getting hurt on the platic.

I was scared when I saw the blood. I was very uupset to think that my son's first injury was from something that is supposed to keep my baby safe.
