The scooters arrived, but with some parts broken. No problem but was lied to about how to get these replaced, lied about someone calling me back (NEVER happened) and lied to many, many times about getting the proper paperwork so I could title the scooters. It has been 2 months and i still do not have the paperwork. I was told it was being sent, being sent UPS ground, sent overnight, etc.- still no paperwork. I wished i had not purchased the motorbikes.
I wasted over 2,156 on the bikes, hours and hours on the phone and stress and frustration beyond belief. It is horrible to feel so helpless when a company like this jerks you around. also include 2 months of wasted insurance. I was a responsible person and insured them right away but they sit in my yard. I would honestly prefer to have the scooters sent back to them and just get my money back. I would go to a local dealer, even if it cost more.
