I purchased a set of Titleist golf clubs from Golf Club Exchange in May for $350. The clubs arrived and there was nothing wrong with them except they were a different model than was listed on their website. I then tried to return them through their website. I tried to follow their return procedures but was unable to return the clubs via their steps, so I shipped them on my own via Fed Ex. I then emailed the Fed Ex shipping number to their representative, who acknowledged it. I was supposed to receive a credit for this return but the $350 continues to show up on my credit card bill.
I have emailed them more than a dozen times, I have tried to contact them by phone but the message on their phone line tells you to email them at their message center. When I ordering the clubs the company was emailing me every few hours but once I returned the clubs all contact stopped. I realize this claim is now several months old, but in September my son was found to have a serious illness and this matter got put on the back burner.
