Elisa of JACKSONVILLE, FL June 16, 2009 They will not take my name off their "DateReminder" list after many years. I do not want to receive their "Hot-Line Credit Card Bure. DateReminder" service. I keep getting date reminders and I worry that I'm being charged for something I do not want. Joseph of Miami, FL June 10, 2009 I have an account with capitol one and one day I was checking my online statement when I a with drawl for a company calling themselves Great fun, so I call them up and ask them how could they do such a thing without my consent or me not pershasing anything from them. so they said they would cancel my membership and return the money. it has been one month now and I hav'nt seen the money back in the account as yet. carlos of union city, NJ June 27, 2009 TLG shoppers avantage and TLG identity sec. charged my account 129.99 ND 139.99 for membership and secutiy fees i did not authorize-then after spending countless hours with their reps on that morning, they agreed to reimburse me but that it would take 48 hours for them to process & furthemore the bank up to 7 business days to post-all the while all the plans and bills for those days had to be put on hold not to mention overdraft charges and the countless hours spent trying to resolve this problem. Thomas of Arvada, CO June 24, 2009 After applying for a Home Equity Line of Credit @ Wells Fargo and did not accept their unreasonable terms, I discovered I was signed up for this Identity Theft Protection Service. They wanted me to provide them my Social Security Number over the Internet. christina of Deland, FL June 8, 2009 I agreed to enroll in a totally separate program offered by this same company (same address, etc) called 'Everyday Guest'. When my billing statement arrived the company had in fact enrolled me in and charged me for another program called 'Shoppers Advantage' for 119.99. I had never heard of this program or authorized any additional card charges. I understood all of the terms for everyday guest, I wrote them down, etc. This additional 119.99 charge for a totally separate program was NEVER mentioned. When I called they hassled me, tried to convince me to keep the program, and NEVER denied that they charged me for it without my permission even when I said how illegal that was! I just don't get it - in this day in time and with all of the trouble this company is causing the public HOW are they still allowed to operate. This all happened between April and June of 2009. Serena of Eureka, CA June 23, 2009 I just found a charge on my bank card for 11.99 that I never authorized. I have never even heard of this company and certainly didn't give them my information. The phone number listed on their website only goes to voicemail with no option to speak to anyone about the charges. Wayne of Oak Ridge, NJ June 18, 2009 I have a charge on my Chase credit card bill in the amount of 69.99. This is an unauthorized charge. I received a check in the mail and shredded it, however I was charged the above amount. I contacted Chase who advised they will remove the charge. I have tried to contact the company and have been on hold for a very long time. Not sure I will ever get through. Carole of Nevada City, CA June 10, 2009 I keep receiving checks from this company and charges appear on my credit card. I do not wish to use the services of this company. Steven of Hollister, CA June 5, 2009 I have had two unauthorized charges to my Wells Fargo checking account in the amount of 12.99 each. I complained to the company in May, 2009. I have yet to receive a refund. I have disputed the charges with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has endorsed this company as being legitimate. I did receive a mailing from Wells Fargo asking me to authorize the 12.99 per month membership fee which I never signed. Seems like Trilegiant Corporation has not changed it's business practices by making unauthorized charges to banking consumers. I am going to continue calling Trilegiant to demand a refund. Dave of Cincinnati, OH June 4, 2009 I recently enrolled in TruCredit only to find an unauthorized charge from Hotline/Trilegiant. Report Your Experience
