Quantum Red Devil Grill

Amy of Merritt Island, FL, writes:
I ordered a Red Devil Grill from a TV commerical. By the time I got off the phone I had ordered two grills. They had a special where the second grill was half price. They also had another special for a picnic basket and utensil set. They told me it would be $19.99 for the first grill and $9.99 for the second grill for four payments, and the special add-ons would be $49.99 total.

I used my bank card to purchase these items. My first set of payments went through on the 31st of July, which totaled $109.92. The very next day they took out another $49.97. Since I used my bank card and the way they broke the payments down. it caused an overdraft on my account.

I called the company they said they made a mistake for taking the payments out to soon and that they would credit my account and reimburse me for overdraft charges and would skip a month of payments. Of course they didn't do what they said they would. And for not being prepared for them to do it again my checking account was messed up again.

I have had numerous bank charges on my account. And since they had my card number the only way for them not to charge me again was to cancel that card. Due to these incident I will never order anything over the phone. These people are such good talkers and make you feel that you are getting a deal. I've spent over $200.00 for something that I could have got for under $100.00.
