This post is not to be combative against people that are not satisfied with there account. If we have unsatisfied customers, we as company need to make sure you are satisfied.
Call or Email customer Service they will resolve your problem with your account. Customer Service's Job is to resolve your problems with your account.

If you have an employee that is rude to you report them to Customer Service... we just need the date, and time of the call.
We have 1000's of customers that are very happy with there accounts, as business we understand we can not make everyone satisfied with there account. If we can not make you satisfied, we will resolve your account as I'm sure everyone who posted on the site has had there account resolved. If this not the case please contact us.
We have been in business for 50+ years with 100s of employees. we are not a fly by night company, our percent of complaints to customers is very very low. Again we understand we can not make every customer satisfied with there account, but we will resolve your account. All you need to do is contact Customer Services. If that does not resolve your account ask for customer service supervisor.
