Rachael of Fayetteville, GA November 11, 2009 An online ad talked about how easy it would be to make money online and that I would only have to maintain a web site, to sell items, without mentioning it would cost us. The very next day someone told me that they would ask for money so I canceled it. They are still taking money out of my account and when you are about to lose your home and are having trouble making the car note you cannot afford nearly 50 a month. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot figure out their address, phone # all I find is their name Google. Please someone take action and get our money back or tell me how to do it. Maria of San Dimas, CA November 6, 2009 I was online one day and I saw this ad from Goggle about earning money from home. There was a free trail for 1. I filled out all the information requested, including my debitt card number. I hit the submit button and I got an instant message back on same page. It said something about not being eligible or not qualifying because I had already purchased another product from them I I don't remember the exact wording) I assumed OK well that's that. I later noticed that there were two charges to my debit card within a couple of days apart. One for 1 and change and one for 80.50. My statement also showed some kind of foreign exchange. I called the number listed on the statement and asked what it was for. They told me that it was for Cash Fast. I told them I never got it and so how can I be charged and also to cancel this order. The first rep told me that I could not get a refund so I asked to speak with a supervisor, after being on hold for 6 min. I hung up because I had an appointment to go to. When I got back I called again and this time time the rep told me that I this didn't warrant a supervisor that she could handle it. She proceeded to tell me that since I ordered it, I could not get a refund. I told this was crazy, how can you charge me for something I never got. She said I should have received and email confirmation with password. I never received any such thing. She finally basically said have a good day and hung up on me. I called back and got the same story word by word. I told them I was contacting Consumer Affairs because I believe this is fraud and they are doing this to a number of people not just me. MARTHA of BRONX, NY November 6, 2009 I bought a CD on line about how to make money on the net. The price was 1.97. How ever went I check my bank stamenent I realized that I was also been charged 69.97 for the same services and 19.95. I been talking to then ever since and I only got the 19.95 credited to my account. Every time I speak to this person she does ot want to give me her last name...and said she will process my refund and I still waiting. I called then again 11-05-09 and she saying they will refund only haft of my money. I need my money asap. This people are fault adering they products and charging more money to people who believe can do some extra money on the net. Leigh of Mobile , AL November 5, 2009 Google was taking money out of checking account when you are suppose to make money thru them as they say instead they were taking money out they are a rip off people need to stay away from them and they would not put the money back after 2 months trying to get someone on the line. so now i have to change my bank account number and all. They tell you that it only cost a shipping charge of 2.95 for a kit but then you never receive the kit either. so then every month they start charging 79.86 for some kind of fee. GOOGLE IS A RIP OFF! Margareta of Cedar Park, TX October 19, 2009 I inquired about the Google Profits program online and was send a disk about 12 days later. Someone also called and said they would call me back soon. They never did and charged me 47.50 to my credit card. I canceld that and disputed the charge with my credit card company.Google a solid good company? I thought so until I was taken by them. Tang of Newton, MA October 14, 2009 Signed up for advertisement to get CD on 9/22/09 from Google Profits for 1.97. I saw the 1.97 charge on 9/24 go through. No where on confirm page did it list that I would be charged an additional 47.50 just to sign up for 14 days. I was not told this until I saw on my debit charge which happened. I called their phone to dispute the charges and they refuse to refund the charges. I still have the screen shot from 9/22 on the confirmation page. 47.50 unauthorized by me was charged to my debit card. Lucille of Bellmawr, NJ August 27, 2009 I relied on Google's name when they told me I could earn a living doing what they said to do with the program they offered, then I found out it was just a scam. I did this on-line. They asked for 1.97 for the information needed. I gave them my information for that amount, but as I was reading on it seemed like they were asking for more money, so I got out of the web site. They took 47.50 out of my account which I did not agree to. I spoke to someone at Google profits and explained my situation, they cancelled my account but would not refund my money. Danny of Oak Hills, CA August 14, 2009 I was scamed by Google Profits. They sell you a CD for 1.97 and they claim everywhere that that is all it costs. Then they mail you the CD so it takes a few days to a week to get there. Next thing I notice that they took 47.50 out of my bank account when I was hurting the most mind you. I never gave them permission to take that money out of my checking account. They also took out 0.75 for some Hallmark thing too. When I called them they explained that when I clicked on their email I agreed to a 14 day trail and if I did not cancel within the 14 days I would be automatically signed up for a subscription at 47.50 a month. First of all it had to been in the smallest of print somewhere because I never saw that at all anywhere. They are claiming that it is in big print somewhere but not way. I am a college student in computer programming there is no way that I would have missed that if it was in a obvious spot. I know that there are many many others out there that got scammed the same way because you can read it on the internet everywhere about the same scam from Google Profits to everyone else. Philip of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA April 9, 2009 They advertise a work at home scheme, Google Profits that is risk Free for a trial period of one month. It costs only 1.97 for S & H. But, heaviliy disguised at the bottom of the page in tiny little print and with only a slightly brighter color so you can't see it very clearly( I actually need a magnifying glass to read it even with reading glasses on) of the page it says I'll be charged 99 if I DONT cancel within 1 month and I also agree to the 14 day FREE TRIAL membership for 47.50, which I will also be charged monthly if I don't cancel.
