I was hustled out of 3 months of deducting $49.95 out of my account before I noticed what they were doing! I tried to call to be refunded for something I did not order but was given the "sorry we can not help you" even though I have a letter stating that they would refund if not completely satisfied?

I purchased a sample from their company website and I received shipment of $49.95 product fifteen days later. I thought it was a mistake so I felt it was my honest duty to inform them. I contacted the company by phone during business hours but had to leave a message. The company responded by email the next day with these exact words from the customer service manager: "When you originally ordered the 2-pack sample, you were automatically enrolled in the Zestra Essential Rewards program which ships you out a full order (12 use bottle) 15 days after your original order. After that, the auto-ship will ship your product every 60 days."
I have been hustled and greatly inconvenienced. I had to contact them again to request a return authorization number.
Now, I am responsible for getting the package to a post office, paying for return postage and making sure they receive it within fifteen days. Plus, I need to watch my credit card statement to be sure that they properly credited my account. I caution everyone to stay clear of any dealings with this company.

Semprae Laboratories, Inc. or the makers of Zestra Essential Arousal Oils developed and sells a product which has been touted on TV shows and various news outlets. A couple of weeks ago, an expert on the Dr. Oz show mentioned this product and said that it has been proven to be effective. I searched reviews and it indeed did appear to work for a lot of women. I ordered a free trial pack (2 packets) from the company website and agreed to pay $4.95 shipping and handling. I received the order. My problem with this company is that I apparently agreed to a membership when I ordered the trial pack (I was totally unaware!) and received an email today telling me a shipment was on its way and I was being charged $49.95.
I called immediately and was informed about my "membership". I asked her to please cancel that and also asked what to do when I received the unauthorized shipment. She refused to discuss that with me and told me I needed to call back when the shipment arrives! Shady dealings it seems to me. One other thing, the day that I placed my order online, my information apparently mixed with someone else's order information. I was able to see her name, address, what she ordered and part of her credit card information. This freaked me out and I called to notify them of this problem. They didn't seem concerned. I placed my order over the phone.
The next day I received an email for my order plus an email for this other individual that was mixed up in my order. I called again and they took my information and the information of the other person. She said someone would contact me later and they never did. I can't wait to get my next credit card bill. No telling what it will contain or how long it will take to straighten it out. And after all of this, the product did not work for me.
