    It used to be easy to order refills with Optum. Click on the drug to be refilled and it would take me to checkout. They keep changing the process online. Can't order a refill directly. Have to schedule a refill that never gets done. Have to call to get it ordered. About ready to change mail order.

    Good doctors, DREADFUL SYSTEM. Staff that treat medical emergencies like an inconvenience. No escalation. Truly appalling service in moments when you need help. Avoid at all costs.

      If I could give it a negative I would. I ordered a specialty medicine for my R.A. and they sent it to the wrong address. When I called they were going over past addresses. They even mentioned address from 5vand 10 years ago. So they received their money and I don't have my medication. How can they continue to be in business with these reviews. I will be complaining to my employer. They don't even try to make it right.

      I was asked to update my credit card, which I did. The display showed the last four of my credit card but the expiry date was/is wrong. I phoned customer service asking that the expiry date be corrected. I was told to use my phone keypad to re-enter my whole update. My hands are no longer nimble. Entering everything that's already there is way too much hocus-pocus nonsense. When I objected, I was merely told to enter it all. I cut the connection.

      Stay clear from this business. Doctors are fair but all other support staff are horrible. If and when you have a problem there is no clear method of resolution. No one knows who is in charge.

      OptumRx has had me in a runaround for four months on a prescription. At first they tell me to submit document A. Doctor submits document A. Optum claims never to get it. Doctor resubmits over and over until finally Optum says they have, but now they also need this other information...call it document B. Doctor submits that. Optum claims not to get it several times and doctor resubmits several times until finally I talk to Optum and they tell me, yes they have the information and it is being forwarded to appropriate department. I wait three weeks and contact Optum who now tells me they never got document A or B and they expect me to start over. Keep in mind, it took me three plus months...20-30 phones calls, online chats to get to the point where they told me they needed document A and B.

      Then when I finally get them to admit they received those documents and just need "processing" time...I call back and they claim to have no records of any of this. No single entity is accidentally this incompetent. They are obviously giving me the runaround on my prescription hoping that I will give up and they will quit having to supply it. The hurdles they are putting in place are purposeful and have negatively impacted my health for several months now.

      I have actually taken time off work to make the phone calls necessary to straighten this mess out and every time I talk to someone, they blame something else for the failure to process my prescription. They are liars. They are hurting people. Full stop. They are hurting people. Here is the fun part: I was on this prescription for almost fifteen years before they suddently decided they needed extra information in order to process the prescription. Horrible, deceitful, and needlessly cruel company.

      On Monday morning, May 18, 2026, I confirmed with OptumRx that my prescription order was cancelled. However, at 4:07 PM that day I received a notice from OptumRx telling me my order was shipped! The company is incompetent!

      My husband's company Zebra decided they were going to change our prescription from Express Scripts to OptumRx. Now, since January and I'm in the end of May, now I have had two separate conference calls. One of them was four hours long because they couldn't figure out how to get my prescriptions to me for the Zepbound. And then I had to talk with the insurance company and the calibrate app, all because they want us to jump through these hoops. To get a prescription covered to give false information on the outcome. On how long the weight loss lasts? It's all lies, and when you try to get a hold of these people.

      You're lucky if you can get a phone number. And when you do get a phone number, they will transfer you to probably a minimum of four people. And that all four people, none of them know what's going on. They just keep transferring each of the next person. And none of them solve the problem. I still don't have my medication. I'm so glad it wasn't some kind of a heart medication. Because then I'd really be screwed. Unfortunately, my wife does have some medications that she does have to have refilled. And they're screwing with her, too.

      The worst pharmacy in the world.. complete idiots.. the app says ready for refill but it won’t allow it so you have to call and waste an hour of your life screwing with these idiots, who won’t use the generic version.. nothing but problems with these idiots.. will not be using them again ever. Never had a problem with anyone else..

      Optum Pharmacy???? Don't use them. They are awful. They keep sending refills too often. I have 3 prescriptions with 90 day dosage. Every time I look up here comes another shipment to me. Maybe milking insurance???
