My wife bought some items at store # 31. The same day, I tried to return some of these items in other store (107 ave SW 72 Street) but I do not know why my receipt was a duplicate and the store manager, **, told me that I should return my items in the same store where my wife bought them. I should drive back to first store. I think that he should call store 31 for clarification. My wife was just a customer and she did not understand why the employee gave her a duplicate receipt. She has been a loyal customer of Navarro Pharmacy for several years in spite of my opinion of this group. So my personal advise is avoid this group.
I buy a lot of things in Navarro pharmacy. I live for 15 years in front of Sedano Supermarket and Navarro is here maybe for 5 years. The problem with Navarro Pharmacy was I bought four bottles of shower gel cosmetico from Betres Company. I had always purchased Betres glycerin in the store (about 8 bottles for month). Betres is changing a bottle and I bought Betres Cosmetico that is horrible, which do not have smell and look like a dirty gel. I opened one Betres cosmetico shower gel and I took only 3 to the store to change.
I like Betres Glycerin that is wonderful product. Navarro did not have Betres glycerin for shower. The manager was very rude and told me he only can give me $1.99 for each. He told me that I did not have the ticket and was a policy of Navarro to give less money for their product. I gave all bottles to people outside. I told these people if they did not like Betres Cosmetico gel put it on the garbage. I was with my shopping kart full about 30 dollars already. I will change three (3) gel de bano $3.59 and pay the difference. The rude manager wanted me to sign a paper with $1.99 and I didn't sign it.
Aboit 2 months ago I went to the above referred store and purchase a perfume "Dolce & gabbana" Red. it was a good sale price, better then my usual department store price, totalprice incliding taxes where about %59.00 approx. I used several perfumes including but not exlucidng Docel & Gabbana The One, Juice Cuiture, beautiful, Channel #5, Victoia Sevrets, this is just to name a few ones.
Well, after I used te perfume several times the "pump" stop working therefore no perfume was coming out it. The bottle clearly shows hardly been used. I called the sore explained my problem a sales lady told me if is used less than half of the bottle we can exchange it otheriwse we can't, I said not even 3/4 of th ebottle has been used. I just don't used on a daily basis. I leave far away from this location where I purchased the perfume, tis was ike a Wednesday and next time I'll be in your area will be Saturday, my beauty salon is around there as well as my daughters house.
When I arrived to the store the sales lady told me " we can't accept returns on perfumes because WE DON'T FROM WHICH VENDOR WE BOUGHT IT, WE BUY THEM ACCORDING TO THE PRICE", I proceed to ask for the manager and he told me " we don;t accept returns, I don't know if you bought it here or not, I said I don't have my recept but I have my bank statement showing your info, whic I believe wil be the perfume code, etc. he gave me twi or 3 different explanations, I said you can return to your vendor the perfume since clearly shows is deffective, so he said we buy from different sources, so I don't know to whom return it and besides the point once you opened we have nothign to do with it
I was really upset by this point so I ask to speak to his supersivor, Mr Sanchez came in and told me a complete different explanation he told me" you have 30 days to exchange the perfume, you can brake the top and still used it, which I replied ok go ahead and do it, he said no you;ll said I broke it, I also said I have my bank statement showing the purchase wil all the ID necessary, you can see the perfume hardly been used. He was rude to me, I was rude to him. I said you don't buy first ckass perfume from a good source otherwise you'll have noproblem exchanching it, I have my proof I have the perfume you buy from the black market that is why you're much cheaoers than Deepartment stores such as macys,
I have never had a problem with a reputable department store just with them, at the beauty salon sales people comes and goes selling all kind of merchandise incouding perfumes and they all said " there no imitation, there are real" how that can be at such cheaper price. As I said before I request his boss's name and telepone #. His name is Jim T. I have left at least 20 telephone messages with my name and pone # and just a simple message" please call me I had a problem at your store located at...and need to speak to you urgently. No one ever call me, not even to know what was the problem.
I do not want a refund, I just want a good working perfume bottle. I will never go back to Navarrro. I learn my leason and I will continue shopping at quality store at which you know they will not steal your money. I am out of $59.00 and no perfume. The perfume pump is no good so therefore I lost my money and my perfume. I want this to be investigate it. I want to know the sourcs from they get their perfumes.I think they buy from the black market.
