This is an internet company that provides prescriptions and medications for various ailments. I ordered from them, paid by electronic check and was promised my order within two weeks. It has now been a month, I need my medication and I have not received it. The only way to contact them is via email and the replies I have received are automated. They do not have a phone. No one will tell me what is going on with my order.

I paid by automated check which already cleared. I am about to run out of my current medication and since I spent my money ordering from them I cannot afford to buy it elsewhere. This is anti depressent medication and it is very important that I take it every day or the consequences are enormous.
