Lucy of Rogers AR (3/7/04):
When it arrived, it consisted of a physicians order form, asking for a credit card number, a limited power of attorney and release form, and a list of prescription drugs and price. At the top of the price list was the company name (MedSupply) and a phone number (866-963-9438. The envelope did not have a return address, only a Toronto Canada postmark. I have tried calling this number several times. I always get an answering machine and when I leave a message, no one calls back. The first thing Lucy's father should do is close his checking account and open a new one. The next is to sign up for the Do Not Call service and the third is for Lucy to persuade her father that he should never again buy anything from a telemarketer. As for MedSupply, it sounds suspiciously like the infamous MedPlan, a Toronto scam that was shut down not long ago. Report Your Experience
