Eckerd mailed out a coupon for a $25 gift card with a new or transferred presciption. The girl at the counter took my coupon and old vial. There would be a wait so I went back the next day. The prescription was filled but there was no coupon. No one offered to look into it or help me. I refused the prescription and filled it at my usual pharmacy.

I have had trouble with various Eckerd locations on a variety of matters. NEVER again. I always give them another chance and I usually get burned. (pasport photos too small, not carrying the advertised merchandise, pharmacy drive-thru constantly inoperable, pharmacy errors, photo errors, etc.)
