on 7-23-09 i placed an online order and recieved a confirmation. on 7-24-09 i emailed a cancelation and recieved a confirmaion ticket for the email. the company shipped the order on 7-27-09 and after much denial advised me to refuse delivery and they would refund. this has not happened and I have never recieved the package or the refund and have all back up emails. $229.97 not recovered.was on my debit card.
