Beverly of Glendale, AZ September 23, 2009

On Friday In August 2008 after church my son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandkids went there to do some shopping. Myself and the kids went to the food area and there was a spill and I slipped and fell. As I approached 3 different managers and not one of them asked me if I was okay. I had to go to physical therapy for 5 months and now over a year later I have to have an operation on my left wrist. I have never been treated so unfairly by such non caring people in my life. They didnt even offer to pay my bills. No Lawyer will take the case because there is no proof that they were responsible for the spill. I know I wasnt responsible for it. I use to be a BHT and now I am not able to do that any more. When I did speak with the lady who handles slips and falls she lied and said that she tried to get my medical records. My doctors never recieved anything from her so she denied me any help.

i was in the check out line puting my things on the counter to be checked out. when a piece of metal caught my blouse & ripped it.i told the cashier, she told me to go to the customer service desk. when i got & told the girl what had happened, she called the manager up to the front. the manager did not come up there. she just called on the phone. when the girl told elsa ( the manager ) what had happened the manager still di not come up to the front. she told the girl to ask me what i wanted to do about it. i told them that i wanted a new blouse. then i was told that i had to bring in the upc code. well i had already cute it off my blouse. they then asked me where i got my blouse. i told them here at wal-mart. so now they will not do anything about it.

After use for an hour or so the unit was extremely hot. So we unplugged it, waited for it to cool for a while then continued to watch dvd's. Hear of the recall. We are returning two units. The one in the house and the other my son used in the garage. To know that it might have caught fire and injured my son and his friends when listening to music just scared me. Thanks for taking prompt action and recalling the units.

Ann of Copperas Cove, TX August 23, 2009

I recently reported an accident that occurred at my local Walmart here at Copperas Cove, TX. This happened approximately at 2:45 pm at 08/22/09.

I was in the refreshment isle picking up a 24 pack of Pure Life bottled water which was placed on a stack at least 5 1/2 feet high. When I proceeded to put the package in my cart, the next package had slid off the stack and onto my shin and foot area. When this occured, there was a worker placing the Sam's Choice water onto stacks less than 5 ft away and did not bother to ask if I was okay. I even said, "Ouch", because it did hurt me. Those 24 packs of bottled water are not light (about 30 pounds) and coming off of a shelf that is at least 5 ft high, it felt like 100 pounds. I was nice enough to put the package back up on the shelf upside down.

I left the isle in search of a manager, and felt I should have got the associate's name. I went back to the isle and the associate was not there. I also noticed the water pack I had put back on the stack was moved into the upright position. At this time, my shin had started to burn from where the package had fell on me. I went to check out and asked the cashier where I was to go to file an incident report. She called the manager and I proceeded to explain what had happened to me and filled out a report.

I feel as a large and well-known company, safety should be a priority. The packages of water bottles should have been on shelves, rather than one shelf staked up sky-high. I have always been a satisfied customer, however, this incident has put a damper on what I felt was a decent department store.

Jan of Clinton, MO August 17, 2009

Thought you may be interested in my complaint about the stores air conditioning. This was the 3rd. time that I have been in the Clinton store in the last 7 days and the store was very unconfortable. I noticed the little checker and she was perspiring just like I was. I had more shopping to do and I left and went to the other grocery store to finish my shopping and I found it very cool and completed my shopping. I know that we have an outstanding manager in Jane M and this time I did not find her to express my concern to her. The humidity has been very bad here for the past few days and it was NOT cool in the store. Thank you

lyn of birch run, MI August 15, 2009

yes i purchased many items. the lady that bagged them put too man items in the bag. because when i got home to unload them one bag broke and a big can fell on my big toe. it broke the skin and it started to bleed and was wery painful. i ended up going to the hospital because i was i so much pain. i trie to put ice on it and took some pain medicine. i thought i broke it but i did not. my hospitl bill was 125.00 plus prescription. i think wal-mart is responsible for my pain and suffering and my finacial bills. doris was really nice and took my complaint. oh i was at the st. robert store i am here on vacation. so this kind of ruined my time here because now i im unable to do anythink because i am so much pain.

Bud of Caledonia, MS August 11, 2009

Have been drinking Sams Choice White Grape Juice for quite sometime. The last 64oz. bottle I consumed had probably at least 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of a substance in the bottle. I always shake bottle before pouring, but did not ingest any until the bottle was almost empty. At first I thought the grit was in the ice until I looked at bottle. The number stamped on bottle is 14:32 CT133-8 Best by070710

Howard of Riverside, CA August 11, 2009

Several months back, I persuaded Wal Marts Home office to install sanitary wipes for the grocery cart handles as the are filthier than an outhouse door knob. And The store in question did so. For a while.

I emailed the home office after the store managers complacency and total ignorance got the best of me and they assured me (via telephone) the problem would be resolved. It was for a short time.

I'm over 70 with COPD I'm so afraid of communicable diseases. At my visit to this store 08/10/09 at 2:00 PM PT I informed a manager (Jason) that there were no Sanitary wipes at the entrance. He told me he would make note and inform his managers. This morning, 08/11/09 there are still no sani wipes.

Jane of Camillus, NY August 7, 2009

I purchased a 10# bag of white sugar from said Walmart (distributed out of Walmart, Bentonville, Ar. 72716) and found a tip of an acrylic fingernail, with some blue in it as I dumped the sugar in my large container. No one at my home has acrylics, it's just my husband and I that reside here.

charles of kennewick, WA July 30, 2009

we bought great value purified drinking water with flavor enhancing minerals 24-500ml 0 78742 11433 0 puchase date 07-27-2009 distributed by/bentonville, Ar 72716 NGK03121B

At first we thought it was our cooking of a different product when my wife had a big pain in her stomach but over the next couple days when making our daughter her formula.. Simalac her eating habits changed. she spit up alot and cried more. we thought it was the weather. i finally tasted the water today my self. and over the few days of experience. ive concluded the problems we are having is the drinking water listed. above. from birth our 3.5 month old daughter has only had bottled watter.

we stopped by the nearest store at the moment monday night and picked up a pack of 24 bottled lowest priced bottled water at the KENNEWICK WALMART ON 27TH AVENUE. WASHINGTON 99336. my tasting this water at 915 am today it tasted dry and not so good.

I asked my wife this morning if she had drank the water last night. she said yes and she did have stomach cramps. we have stopped using the water immediately and hope this can be resolved. Question.. shall we take it back to the store or hold onto this water for further investigation?
