Wal-Mart - Dangerous Products, Conditions

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

This is the complaint/comment against the Wal-Mart on Forest Drive outside of Fort Jackson, SC. I visited the store on Saturday, May 19, 2012. There were buggies in the parking lot full of trash. There was trash outside of the entrance door, trash in some of the buggies in the holding rack inside of the store. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Each end of the potato chip aisle smelled like fish. Upon exiting the store, I swallowed something that was flying around all of the trash that was laying around. It was disgusting. I had a cough for about an hour or so afterwards. I had a very disappointing shopping experience and I could not do the shopping that I needed to do. By this Wal-Mart being right outside a military installation, I expected the standards to be a little higher and the cleanliness of the store to be a little better. I recommend better management and a better staff.

This is the second CD that I have purchased from Wal-Mart that claimed to be edited. In the song "Starships" by Nicki Minaj in her Roman Reloaded album, there are two "f" words that are not at all edited. The rest of the CD is. When I want a normally explicit CD, I always choose Wal-Mart because of this awesome dedication to censorship. If this is going to be the case going forward, I will not be purchasing CD's from Wal-Mart.

I have no problem shopping at Wal-Mart and dealing with the rest of humanity. We all come in many shapes and sizes and no one scares me. What I do have a problem with is the lack of adequate parking for Wal-Mart's business in all locations. I have tried to get a license for a business before and I know each city requires adequate parking for each business and the restaurants inside them. I have never seen a Wal-Mart that has supplied safe and adequate parking for their facilities. I live in a bedroom community and have to travel to shop. I like Wal-Mart's prices at Simi Valley, Oxnard and Woodland Hills stores - all in California. Wal-Mart stores always have parking spaces that are too small in rows, too close together, and lack the volume of spaces to provide for the quantity of customers. I drive a Toyota Tercel.

There are never any empty spaces ever. I have never seen a worse parking situation, not even at the old karate studio I tried to license in an area that required one space per 10 square feet. I realize the zoning is different for a store, but the parking is horrendous, not to mention waiting in line to check out with a lack of customer help and plenty of empty check stands. I realize no one can do anything about the management and nobody is about to boycott the stores. I would suggest multi-floor parking garages and more stores or an inspection into the parking for each store as licenses require renewal. I'm sure there are some violations there. Then again, Wal-Mart seems to do the bare minimum to get away with everything, so maybe I'm mistaken. Thank you for reading. I'm just complaining.

I purchased a package of rib-eye steaks a couple of weeks ago from Wal-Mart and put them in the freezer. I got them out tonight to thaw (in the microwave) and cook for dinner. I set the microwave to defrost and left the room to check on my son who was playing in the next room. When I returned to the kitchen, I happened to look toward the microwave and saw flames. I immediately opened the door and the packaging was engulfed. The bottom tray and material between the meat and tray was burning. The plastic wrap was not flaming. I called the local store and spoke with the manager. I explained what happened. He finally agreed to give me another pack of steaks or my money back (with a receipt) after he told me that I must have a faulty microwave. This is the very first problem I've ever had with anything blazing in the microwave. My microwave is not faulty. I'm just wondering if something changed with the packaging. I'm just trying to prevent this from happening to someone else.

We are very discouraged with the fact that we received a piece of a finger tip off of a blue latex glove in a package of our Great Value Grape Drinks Mix. We are very fortunate that either one of our children, a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old, did not inhale this item in their juice cups. Unfortunately, my husband did. He was very discouraged with this and discarded the entire content down the drain.

We are continuous Wal-Mart Shopper and do not know how such an item was overlooked during inspection. Any employee would notice the portion of their hand equipment was missing considering the size, which was approx 1.5 to 2 inches in length and color of the latex glove was blue. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to look into this matter.

Walmart sells keys that start fires in your car. Do not take a chance with Wal-Mart keys. I bought keys from Wal-Mart at phone #414-355-0892. Jim ** of Wal-Mart works at phone # **. The keys started an electrical fire. The mechanic ordered brand new parts, installed them and tested Wal-Mart's keys again. All the keys made my engine go haywire. My own key which I brought the tech worked fine. The mechanic had to shut the engine off immediately or it would have started another fire with Wal-Mart keys.

Wal-Mart's representative was contacted by phone and was sent fax approximately 30 times. They don't want to pay for the devaluation of my vehicle and the car rental. They only want to pay for the labor and gave me one day to agree. I informed them that, "You are supposed to inform the public that your keys are a danger to the public." Forty five days later, I went back to the Wal-Mart and they still had no signs up warning the public that their keys can start an electrical fire. Why hasn't Walmart sent a technician out to test the brand new parts to see if they are endangering the public? Forty five days later, they haven't even put a sign up.

I purchased a quart of Great Value: Half & Half. The date on it was 5/8/12. I poured it in my coffee and it curdled like it was sour. I returned it to Wal-Mart and she gave me my money back. It was awful looking. I won't buy it again. Now, I'm afraid to even buy Great Value milk. Thanks.

I went to make coffee and turned on the coffee maker. Then I walked to the bedroom and came out, and I smelled something burning. My handle to the pot was melted! Now, I have to get a new one! This one is only a month old. I'm very upset with this company, and I will not recommend this product to anyone!

I recently purchased Great Value Milk. I tried to open it at home and found it to be almost impossible to do it by myself. I finally had to get a knife to cut around the lid and then pry it with the knife. When I finally got it open, I found the new safety lid needed to be pulled of, which was difficult too. I have arthritis in my hands, and I really hurt my hands trying to get this gallon of milk open. It's entirely too difficult not only for people with bad hands but as well as for young children home alone who just want a bowl of cereal. Please consider fixing this problem. Thank you.

I have purchased 3 hand-held can openers. I have returned 2 and about to return the third. I buy the best and most expensive opener Walmart carries. They last approximately 2 months and then they are almost impossible to open a can with. I have an electric opener, but I use the hand-held to open my dog food. What seems to be the problem? I am 65 years old and have used hand-held openers long before they became electric and I can't ever remember having such sorry luck. Years ago I bought the cheapest and didn't have a problem. I thought your name stood for quality.

Wal-Mart has outdated food not once but four times. I get home and found food outdated last night. I just bought meat and it's outdated months.

Walmart refuses to honor replacement plan for pool - We bought an Intex pool from Wal-Mart. We bought the additional replacement plan and we bought a lemon. The poles buckled and the brackets broke after only using it for about two months! I submitted pictures and spoke to several individuals. They called me and refused to pay for the pool!

Pirated CDs: I had purchased the new Van Halen "A Different Kind Of Truth" CD from Wal-Mart. While playing it, every song on CD skipped. I took it back and swapped it out with a new one. After listening to it, I noticed the music became soft and then loud. I also notice that on my sync system in my new truck wasn't identifying the name of band or any of the tracks. I then place it in my Blue Ray Disc player and same thing, No Disk Identified. I called a friend who purchased same CD from Target and he told me it plays fine and reads and identifies artist and names of songs. I will be taking this CD back and will never purchase CDs from Wal-Mart again.

The running shoes shredded my feet. I purchased a pair of running shoes in September of 2011. Within a month, I had both of my heels impaled on a rusty piece of metal coming from the heel of the shoes and needed a shot for it. I went to the manager with the expectation that the shoes would be replaced. 5 months later, even after I gave them one of the shoes—still nothing. Now, I'm looking at a lawsuit! I still have the other shoe if anyone wants to try on this high-quality product!

The office chair for the second time broke, put me on the floor. I took it back to Wal-Mart and was treated as an ** by the return lady and by a lady that said she is a superior for furniture. This chair will hurt someone badly.

I am a board certified Pediatrician and I am seeing a part in my clinic today for an unrelated issue but would like to voice my concerns about the fact that she had her ears pierced in a Wal-Mart store at 10 days of age. This is extremely inappropriate and could be very dangerous. There is no set recommendation, other than when a child can take care of them by themselves. But never is it appropriate to pierce a newborn's ears in the first 6 weeks of life. A global policy is needed on this issue guys before you end up with a complication and a lawsuit. This baby is fine at 14 days of age but they have very immature immune systems and this is why we don't immunize them until 6-8 weeks of age.

I bought many glass items and brought them home. They was all broke and I don't have a receipt because Wal-Mart's receipt machine was not working. I am unsatisfied nor I nor my family will return or buy Wal-Mart items again.

I am so upset. I am disabled and I went to Fuquay-Varina in NC to shop, and most of the driving carts were not plugged in, they were there, but not plugged in. Finally, there was a cart, the green light was on so I drove it. I got stuck in the middle of the floor for 20 minutes. Finally, a customer told someone that worked in Walmart to help me. I think if you are going to have the driving carts, you should have someone that works in the store to plug them in. My cart was green, but still I got stuck in the middle of the store. If I try to walk, I would have fallen. Walmart needs to keep the driving carts up to good working condition and make sure they are plugged in. I went home crying because I was sitting in the middle of Walmart with no help.

I purchased Wagon Train Dog Treats from Sam's on 45th Street in West Palm Beach, FL. My two dogs became ill and had bloody stool after eating them. You should not put poisonous products in your stores. What is wrong with you people? I am also contacting the FDA and the media.

I'm almost ready to stop shopping at Walmart, period. This is the third bag of cutie oranges I've got that is inedible. They are dried up and sour, my children refused to eat them and once again - no receipt, no exchange or refund. Your stores are becoming truly piss poor at customer service. I've been telling everyone not to buy clothes and now going to have to tell them to stay away from the produce as well.

Calling me a liar - After calling in a complaint about ammo cases were two of them were wide open, no one was around in that department. I went back into the store to find my wife. I talked to Tary and told him and two other assistant managers that they would be getting a call from the main office about a complaint and was told I had been on tape doing this before and was told to leave the store and never return. They would not let me see tape. If I had called the police, they would have them remove me from the store.

These things are dangerous. They break off in your ears, easily. My whole family has complained about this. Don't say q-tips don't go in your ear. That's ridiculous, as everyone in America does this. You should take these out of your stores. Having that little blurb on the package about ear canal doesn't protect you, as that is the common use.

I would like my situation to be handled as soon as possible. I am a National Account Manager for AARTech Canada. I am busy, and I really don't have time to waste on this. Therefore, a prompt and satisfying response would be appreciated.

I am a slightly frustrated and completely shocked about my experience at the Stevenson/Laval Oshawa Wal-Mart in Ontario. The complete and utter disregard to public safety and poor quality of customer service that occurred was simply appalling. Approximately 1 month ago, I had exchanged my propane tank at your Wal-Mart location listed above. The process was pretty quick and painless. I left the store, and I was on my way. It took me about 3 weeks to use the propane tank (which is a lot less than usual). it made me wonder how full this propane tank really was in the first place. However, this was not my main concern.

The problem began when I went back to the same location to do the exchange again for the second time. However, upon arrival, the lady at customer service informed me that she would not be able to take back the cylinder due to the fact that it was manufactured in 1998 and that Wal-Mart's policy states only tanks that are within 8 years of age are allowed to be exchanged (unless the tank was re-qualified and stamped right on the tank to show this.)

In my case, the tank was not re-qualified, thus not eligible to be exchanged or filled. Linda from customer service was professional and did the best that she could. However, being completely understaffed was frustrating for her because she had a line of 7 people waiting while we waited for a manager because I was not willing to leave the store being that I had just purchased that same thank from the same store three weeks ago, and now, they were not willing to help.

After waiting for one hour, a manager, whose I don't know, called Linda back and told her that they have been having problems with the rapid gas tanks and to just exchange it for me. Great! So here I am thinking after one hour that I may be able to get out of here now. No, not the case. The only guy with the key to the cage for the propane tanks was out on a "timmies" run to Tim Horton's for coffee.

At this point, I began to pretty much lose my patience. Not only do I now have to wait for this "teenager" to come back to the store to get my tank exchanged, my hands were tied. I couldn't even go to another store to get a proper customer service experience across the street at Rona, because the propane tank that Wal-Mart sold me 3 weeks ago was sold illegally and not by the TSSA's standards. Therefore, no other location would exchange or fill this tank as well.

After a long wait, the young employee finally came back and was able to exchange my tank for me. At this point, not even the manager would come out to help or anything. Nevertheless, I took my tank, and I went home. (That was the poor experience part.)

The following is what really concerns me and what I think the Oshawa public should be aware about, and I hope Wal-Mart does something to re-solidify my purchasing confidence in the products Wal-Mart represents.

The second tank that I took home also had issues. This is now the second tank from Wal-Mart that did not oblige to the TSSA's standards. When I got home that night, I noticed that this tank was back from 1994 (18 years old). In addition, the restore area has no date showing the re-qualification. Not to mention, the pressure valve in thank was among the ones from before 1995. The old valves were discontinued and changed due to leakage and over-pressure safety with the propane. This was quite concerning to find out. I feel as if Wal-Mart's negligence towards not only their quality control issues but also public safety in Oshawa was completely shocking.

I have since then spoken to Cos from the store, who is, I believe, a department manager. Thus far, he has not been very helpful, except in telling me I am going to have to buy a new tank and he would fill it for me. Why should I have to buy a new tank? My original one was fine. It's not my fault Wal-Mart is selling outdated, non-compliant tanks. In fact, not only do I believe I should receive a new tank full of propane, I believe I should be taken care of a little further.

I would like to be contacted to deal with this further. I have tried calling your customer relations head office twice and have not heard anything back. This will be my last attempt before further action is taken. Thank you.

Our Wal-Mart supercenter is very new (opened in October 2011). I find it very disappointing and completely disgusting that I can go into Wal-Mart on any given day and time, and the products never looks fresh. Most of the time, the cucumbers and squash are all shriveled up and about to go bad and the same is true with many other items in this department. It's very concerning especially with all the sicknesses and illnesses from products and other food items recently. I understand Wal-Mart tries to keep their costs low, but they should really consider selling products that are safe for consumption.

The TV started smoking, and got very hot, so we unplugged it. We had to buy another TV.

I purchased a precooked rotisserie chicken from the deli department of a Walmart in Chamblee, Georgia today. At the first bite, I was shocked at the amount of salt in the chicken. I know that restaurants in the US have been pushed to clean up their menus and serve healthier foods, but what about the Walmart grocery and deli departments who continue to push salty, fatty, foods? I know the difference and will never buy a rotisserie chicken from this store again, but I look around and see Walmart customers who are overweight and standing at the pharmacy buying high blood pressure meds because they are eating the unhealthy precooked foods there. Who holds Walmart responsible for this?

I contacted Wal-Mart regarding a bike I purchased for my stepson for Christmas. The first time he rode it, the handlebars came loose and he fell into the huge screw holding the bars to the bike, held onto the bars, causing him to go forward and flip the bike over. I had this bike put together by an associate at Wal-Mart the day that I purchased it! When I brought the bike to Wal-Mart, the manager immediately took the bike to the back to have the handlebars fixed. When she returned, I was given a million excuses as to why this happened.

When I go into a store and spend my money, and have them assemble something for me, I expect them to do it with the highest of quality knowing that the safety of a child will be riding on this bike, and that it is very important. I didn't get an apology. I got nothing from her except excuses!

On June 8th, I was walking to a self-checkout around 8:30 am. I was with my daughter as I approached the self-checkout. I turned to pull the cart to me as I slipped on something clear on the floor. I did not hit the floor. I graced the shopping cart, but instantly has a burning feeling in my lower back. I told an associate and she walked off and got some paper towels and cleaned up the spill. She never asked if I was okay or offered an accident report. I left the store and took my daughter to school and came home. A couple of hours later, my back was really hurting so I called Walmart and spoke to a manager. She asked me to come in and fill out an accident report. I did so. Later that evening I went to the local hospital. They took x-rays and said there were no broken bones, probably just strains and pulled muscles but told me to follow up with my primary doctor. I did so and he sent me to physical therapy and sent me to have an MRI done. Results came back that I have an herniated disc in my neck and in my lower back. I was then referred to a surgery. I had surgery on my neck fusion. I have large scar on my neck.

I have spoken to claims management and she has given me a run-around. I finally spoke to a supervisor and a worker called me back. She informed me they will pay for my medical bills and give me equal amount for pain and suffering. She then asked for my doctors' names and numbers. She then asked why I was seeing so many doctors. I explained my injury and her whole story changed. She said they would not do anything, and that I did not get the injury from Walmart. I told her she was not a doctor and could not say that. She had then hung up on me and will not return my phone calls. What do I do now besides get an attorney?

I purchased two bags of Gala apples and washed them. After I ate just one, I got terrible stomach cramps and they smell just terrible with some type of spray on them. They have to be washed very well and the skins peeled off them before they can be eaten. I love Gala apples, but I will never buy from this brand again and I will tell mothers not to buy. I am surprised that none has gotten really sick yet. Maybe they have.

I bought an 8 kg bag of salmon dog food. I purchased it on January 30. On the 30th, I fed my dog who has been eating this food for some years, Shortly after eating, he was sighing and very hot. Few hours later, he went outside and splattered my yard up. The next day, I fed him again and again. The same thing happened, but this time he spent half the day throwing up as well as the diarrhea.

The effects happened within half hour of eating the food. My dog had to go to the vet to get re-hydrated due to this. My otherwise healthy dog, will not be eating this dog food any more. I used to tell people this was pretty good food. Now, I don't feel like this at all. I will never buy this food again. I do really like Purina One. This is what I bought yesterday, after my vet visit.

I purchased four cans of Great Value Orange Juice Calcium (frozen concentrate). When mixed there was white grit in the juice. It was like calcium pills had been crushed and added to juice. I reported the matter to customer service and I was told all I could do was to return them. Once mixed, how can they be returned?

I kept hoping that the other cans would not be the same, but they were. I have saved the last empty can and the code is 78742228815. I just noticed in fine print that the ingredients list calcium phosphate and calcium lactate (not found in regular OJ). I would like to know why when reported, there was no concern to make sure product was safe for consumption? Where can such things be reported for the safety of the public?

After being employed by Walmart, I asked to be transferred to another store. My supervisor showed me how and I proceeded to move to another county.

The store 1724 did not contact me, left me unemployed, and never returned my phone calls. They locked me out of their system so I cannot receive my pay stubs and they will not give me a number to get my w2 that unemployment needs and I need to file my taxes. They left me unemployed and their head manager, Fran, was to call me according to personnel and the personnel would just say no to my calls and that she will call.

I often shop at the Walmart neighborhood food market on 9700 Hillcroft St Houston Tx. No complaints until lately. On my last two visits, I was in a hurry and did not notice the date on the merchandise until I opened it, on both occasions. Why is it so hard to check these things before a consumer buys? Walmart is not like it used to be. I am very disappointed with the merchandise I purchased at this Walmart store.

I have a 10 oz. "Holiday Time" 3 wick glass Candle from Wal-Mart. The glass cracked, picture taken for proof.

I lit the candle while getting ready for work. I heard a "crack" and then went to see what the noise was. The glass candle had cracked and top layer of wax started spilling out, with the wicks still lit! Luckily, I was able to blow out the candle wicks before the candle wax was able to melt, shift and carry the flames to the top of my wooden dresser. My guess, is that the three wicks were not placed directly in the center because the candle was laying on a flat surface so it should have burned evenly, but the glass had cracked at points by two of the three wicks creating a v-shaped piece of the side of the glass candle to break away.

I have purchased two Emerson microwaves in the past 18 months. The first I purchase was model number MW8115SS manufactured May 2006. After 8 months, the outlet it was connected to would spark and create fire. I had my electrical outlet checked, and nothing was wrong with the outlet. So I bought another Emerson microwave model number MW1119W Suffix A manufactured in May 2010. After 6 months, it started to throw sparks and lights inside the microwave. It was not connected to the same outlet. I had always bought Emerson products but not anymore.

This complaint started at the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market in Sherwood on Jan. 2, 2012. My husband bought a "Parents Choice" brand of gentle baby formula. This is the brand we have used with our son for 9 months, so I know it well. I opened the can and immediately noticed it smelled bad, yet I continued to fix the bottle and test it for correct temperature. It still had an odd smell, so I tasted it and it was rancid! I had to return it right then and didn't want to run in to the same problem so I went to Supercenter to return the bad formula and get more. I had no problem returning it after I told them there was something wrong with it and they let me get another can for even trade.

Great, right? No! I was shopping at the Supercenter tonight, Jan. 13, 2012 and had to again get formula like I do twice a week and everything seemed to be fine until I got home and opened the "new" can. First of all there was no seal like it had been opened previously. Second, I noticed my handwriting on the container where I always put the date when I open a can. I could not believe my eyes! I not only purchased the bad formula once, but twice! Someone just put it back on the shelf. What if it had been contaminated and I was a new mom and didn't know better? I would think that would be more likely than what happened to me.

This is putting lives of innocent babies at risk. Not only did no one check the container before they put it back on the shelf but I can probably bet no one called the Neighborhood Market to have them check their stock. Totally disgraceful, Wal-Mart. You're better than that. I didn't make a big deal in the store because I'm sure with all the employees there it would be hard to blame anyone person. Shameful! This is a very loaded section and I am not going to approach what I think should happen. I love both stores, but I do know something better be done to keep this from happening again and I would like to know what it is.

I also bought GV saltine crackers at WalMart which tasted of chemicals. Once I ate the cracker, I smelled the package and the whole package wreaked of chemicals. I had already consumed 2 of the 4 packages and they were fine. It was the 3rd package and opened it, horrible chemical taste and smell. I called the WalMart 800# and they could have cared less. They told me to throw them away! Duh!

Wal-Mart killed my dog.

I went to that store and bought Hartz flea drops for my dog. It killed him in two days. When I talked to the manager, Wal-Mart knew it was killing pets. There are no warning signs any where about this product. Near or on the product. The vet bills total around $800. Please help: I can't get no where with Wal-Mart. Hartz killed over 33,000 pets a year according to the EPA. Wal-Mart is just as responsible as Hartz. Wal-Mart knew it was bad but did not say anything to the consumer. No 100% guarantee.

I received survey emails from Walmart Survey and I have been selected to access the Walmart 2 Step Survey and win a $150.00 gift certificate and to complete the form to receive my reward.

It's my third email from Walmart to take a survey and collect $150 gift card. Well, I never got my first $250 card from last year. So, who is really responsible for sending out the cards? That short survey is not short. I want my cards and I want them both now - $400. And while they are at it, take me off their mailing lists. I have set their email to spam folder as of today. Let's see who is going to send these cards.

Walmart has recently started carrying a new generic soft drink, called COLA and Diet Cola with generic packaging. The thought never crossed my mind about the ingredients since one was regular and the other diet. With the economy as it is, you always think cheaper is better. Not so true in this case. I personally can't drink diet drinks with artificial sweeteners unless made with Splenda due to causing headaches, so I generally just drink regular sodas.

This new COLA was cheap enough. I bought several cartons to last a couple of months. I didn't think too much about drinking the first one but the second one, I noticed that I was starting to get an headache, it had a funny taste, and was leaving an after taste in my mouth. Reading the ingredients on the can, it stated that it contains Aspartame, which is used in diet sodas frequently. So now, my concern and question is this. If this is supposed to be a "regular cola" what are the ingredients in their diet cola? I will definitely be taking the unopened cases back to Walmart. Where Cott Beverage is concerned, I feel this is an issue that needs to be addressed. It makes me extremely angry to think that I have been lied to, buying what I thought was a regular cola only to find out differently.

Have been feeding my Shorkie ol' Roy Moist and Soft for 6 years now and in the past couple weeks he has been really restless and vomiting most of the day. He's been drinking way more and wanting out more often. And when I go check on him outside, he's vomiting! I've had to put him in his cage this past couple of nights so I could get some sleep. He has been so restless and I'm cleaning up vomit from the cage.

I purchased the 15 PC set at Wal-Mart for $49.95. In just three months, the knives are all rusting from washing them in the dishwasher. Are they not dishwasher safe? If I had saved the receipt, I would return them to the store.

I bought Hartz flea spray at Walmart for my cat. I used the spray at night before we went to bed. The next day, our cat starting having seizures and became non-responsive at points. We immediately rushed the cat to the vet, and they told us it had been poisoned from the Hartz flea spray. The cat had to be put on an IV and injected to detox from the poison. The bill was over $500 for the treatment.

We are currently looking for a lawyer to get justice in handling our Wal-Mart claim. Here's our story.

On Saturday May 28, 2011, we bought ground beef from Wal-Mart. The meat package date has use or freeze by May 30, 2011. On Sunday May 29, we cooked the ground beef. On Monday, May 30, my family member was sick all day with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. He went to the doctor the next day because his symptoms had worsened. The doctor diagnosed and treated him with three different types of antibiotics for food poisoning. On June 1, 2011, I took the remaining ground beef along with my receipt and told a manager what happened. The manager, Stephanie, filed a claim and took a sample of the ground beef. She stated that the meat would be sent out to a laboratory. Later on that day, the manager called me to get more information. She told me we should hear back from them in a week or so. We still have the phone logs to prove all calls received and all calls made. Over a week had gone by before anyone called with concern. On June 13, an employee named Erin, called to see how we were doing. I asked her a few questions about the claim.

She stated that she saw a file sitting out and decided to call us to find out what was going on and if we were doing better. She said she did not know much about the claim and gave me a number to contact CMI. CMI is the company that handles Wal-Mart claims. I called CMI and left a message. I called CMI several times on June 16, and left a message with Cricket **, still no call back. From June 17 to June 21, I tried again and was ignored with no response. I talked to a few managers from Wal-Mart and they basically kept giving me the run-around and told me that the manager who helped us with the claim was out on family leave. Finally, on July 12, I talked to Bart ** from Tyson Foods. He told me he sent out some forms for my family member to fill out and send back. Family member filled out, copied, and sent forms back on July 31.

On August 1, I talked to Erin, the employee, again. She stated that a manager asked her to give a call back to see what she could help with. I told her that we had not heard anything from CMI. Erin gave an address she found online and asked me to contact them by mail, she also stated she left a message with Cricket **. We never heard back from Erin but I made several attempts to get answers from Wal-Mart managers and CMI. No one showed any true concern.

Finally, I called and spoke to Joan from CMI and told her what was going on. Joan stated that she left a message and email with Cricket **. She claimed that Cricket was out for the day. Joan asked me questions regarding the claim. She told me she would contact Bart ** to find out what was going on. About 5 minutes later, Joan called me back and said that Bart ** was out of the office, but she left him a message asking him all the questions she wanted to ask concerning the claim. Joan also asked him in her message to contact Cricket ** on Monday morning, August 8, 2011.

Monday morning came, we never heard from anyone. August 11, I called Bart **. Bart told me he never received the ground beef sample and suggested we contact Wal-Mart to find out what happened. That same day, I called Wal-Mart and talked to a Manager named Melissa. This is the manager that took over for Stephanie while she was on family leave. She said Stephanie would be back on August 14. While over the phone, Melissa looked in our file and saw no documentation that the meat sample was ever sent out. We no longer wanted to speak to Bart **. We did not purchase the ground beef from Bart, we purchased the meat from Wal-Mart. We feel that Wal-Mart showed negligence when they took a sample of our meat and never sent it out to a lab. We have been lied to and treated with no respect, sincerity or true concern. We have been Wal-Mart customers for over 20 years and never thought we would ever be treated in this manner. We want justice and we want to be treated like the loyal customers we are. We have proof of medical records, receipts, copy of claim, claim number, copy of statement of damage form, photo copies of dates on meat package, phone logs, and written documentation of all calls made and received.

My Complaint is one of health and policy practices, non-enforcement, etc. Recently, I've noticed more and more people bringing their dogs into the Wal-Mart store listed, and on one occasion, at a nearby grocery store where a lady had a dog in her purse. These are not guide dogs or K-9 or assistance dogs, but personal, privately owned dogs, whose owners obviously desire to bring them into Wal-Mart either on leash or in their arms, rather than having them stay in their vehicle, leave them outside tied, or with someone, etc.

When questioned about Wal-Mart's policy, procedures and/or practices, I have been told by three different Wal-Mart employees that Wal-Mart has a policy in force, which allows for public assistance dogs to be allowed entrance. When questioned about how this public assistance criteria is determined, their universal answer is: If the dog is wearing a harness and/or coat displaying it is a 4-H, K-9, seeing-eye dog, etc., or if the owner says they are, we cannot argue and we have to allow them in.

Apparently, Wal-Mart has a policy and procedure regarding dogs as it does regarding, smoking, which still exists right outside their main door, which is unrealistic and unenforceable so the consumers suffer? Both violations are believed to be against California State Law and/or guidelines and as posted right on their front door regarding smoking within 50 feet, I believe it is? Consequently, of what good are they or any others?

Also recently, in the local papers, an article was published regarding fecal matter being found on shopping carts so most every establishment having them are now supplying customers with sanitary wipes at the door and at meat counters inside to help in that area as well as with blood and bacteria?

So, why are dogs allowed inside Wal-Mart, which has a food court, open food bins with vegetables, etc., a huge bread isle and numerous isles of food under refrigeration? I am wondering at this point if they have a policy and procedure for doggie accidents? Health problems, loss of customers, potential law suits, arguments.

In contacting the headquarters of customer service on Oct 2, 2011, I talked to 3 reps and all put me on hold or gave me a phone # that no one answered. I spent 40 min, all of which (I hope was recorded) for my pre legal. My great concern was listeria with cantaloupe sold in AR.

As of Sept. 29 update, AR was added to the list of outbreak. I purchased cantaloupe at Clinton, AR store on Sept 23. I ate it on Saturday, September 24. The store manager, Jason, was not aware of AR being added to the list of outbreak states. He could not tell me where the cantaloupe sold at their store came from. I want to know, now! I will contact offices tomorrow. Why did I have to wait? Wal-Mart should have information to answer customer's urgent questions. This is serious, consumers are dying nationwide.

We are currently looking for a lawyer to get justice in our Wal-Mart claim. Here's our story. On Saturday May 28, 2011, we bought ground beef from Wal-Mart. The meat package was labeled "use or freeze by May 30, 2011". On Sunday of May 29, we cooked the ground beef. On Monday of May 30, my family member was sick all day with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. He went to the doctor the next day because his symptoms had worsened. The doctor diagnosed and treated him with three different types of antibiotics for food poisoning.

On June 1, 2011, I took the remaining ground beef along with my receipt and told a manager what happened. The manager, Stephanie, filed a claim. She took a sample of the ground beef. She stated to me that the meat would be sent out to a laboratory. Later on that day, the manager called me to get more information. She told me we would hear back from them in a week or so. We still have the phone logs to prove all calls received and all calls made.

Over a week had gone by before anyone called with concern. June 13, an employee named Erin, called to see how we were doing. I asked her a few questions about the claim. She stated that she saw a file sitting out; she decided to call us to find out what was going on, and if we were doing better. She said she did not know much about the claim, and she gave me a number to contact CMI. CMI is the company that handles Wal-Mart claims. I called CMI and left a message. I called CMI several times on June 16, and left a message with Cricket **, still no call back. From June 17 to June 21, I tried again; I was ignored and have not received a response. I talked to a few managers from Wal-Mart and they basically kept giving me the runaround. I was told me that the manager who helped us with the claim was out on family leave.

Finally, on July 12, I talked to a Bart ** from Tyson Foods. He told me that he sent out some forms for a family member to fill out and send back. My family member filled out, copied, and sent forms back on July 31. On August 1, I talked to Erin, the employee, again. She stated that a manager asked her to give us a call back to see what she could help with. I told her that we had not heard anything from CMI. Erin gave an address she found online and asked me to contact them by mail. She also stated that she left a message with Cricket **. We never heard back from Erin, but I made several attempts to get answers from Wal-Mart managers and CMI. No one showed any true concern.

Finally, I called and spoke to a Joan from CMI, and I told her what was going on. Joan stated to me that she left a message/email with Cricket **. She claimed that Cricket was out for the day. Joan asked me questions regarding the claim. She told me she would contact Bart ** to find out what was going on. About five minutes later, Joan called me back and said that Bart ** was out of the office, but she left him a message asking him all the questions she wanted to ask concerning the claim. I bought a bag of beef jerky and after eating two small pieces, I pulled out half a chicken foot. I have vomited all night from it. Who do I contact about this and what kind of compensation will I receive for having to deal with something as revolting as this?

I was in the bakery dept when I slipped in water and fell. A man from the Deli helped me, and the lady from the bakery cleaned up the water and gave me a wet paper towel to clean my self. A stranger told me to do an accident report but I went on with my shopping after.

There were mouse feces imbedded in my frozen fish. I had to go to the room in order to have a bowel movement, after eating the frozen fish.

The fish department is disgusting. I emailed this store about the problem before and have never heard back. The second email was sent today. The betta fishes are in Tupperware bowls full of feces. The fish tanks are full of algae (algae starve fish of oxygen). One tank was so full of algae that the water was brown and the fishes were gasping for air at the surface. Almost all of the fishes are diseased with Ich. They have pygmy puffers, a fish that require brackish water, in freshwater. 4 of the 6 puffers were dead and obviously have been for days. The tanks were severely overcrowded and lacked any plants or hiding places. Some fishes have obvious parasites. These are all really easy fixes, yet Walmart insists treating these living animals like merchandise. It is clearly a quantity trumps quality issue with them.

I know fish aren't cute and cuddly like kittens and puppies, but they are still living creatures and require basic, daily care. If they can't provide this care, then they shouldn't have pets. Also, I implore people not to buy from pet stores. You may take pity on these animals and think you're "saving" them when you buy them and take them home, but all you're doing is endorsing an industry that promotes cruelty.

The Walmart store on Transit Rd, Amherst NY is selling apple juice with too much arsenic. Studies have shown that 23pb is a level of concern that could have the potential of causing cancer! The drinking water in NY state is only allowed a level of 10pb of arsenic. Needless to say, I will never buy apple juice from Walmart again!

I bought Bedoyecta vitamins and took two pills when I noticed that they were already expired for three months; however, Walmart still have them on stock.

I bought a 2.25 pound package of ground beef 80/20 on September 1st, 2011, and when I separated it, I found mouse droppings in the beef. I only separated half of the 2.25 lbs., so I'm not sure if there's any more in it. I put it in a freezer bag with its wrapping and it's now sitting in the freezer until I get a hold of the health department.

Okay, I went to get underglow lights for under my car. I did not know how to wire them up. Your tech in automotive told me how: "Just run your wire up to your battery terminals, buy some crimp connectors and hook up dude", as he said. I did just that. The end result burned both of my hands, melted wires (not just the coating), smoke, melted copper wires, almost burned my dead grass up, and my car. All the manager said to me when I went back the next day was, "no, he told you the wrong wire and he shouldn't have told you that. It's wrong" and he refunded my money on the speaker wire and said sorry about that. Is that it? Really? Please respond to my complaint. It's been almost a week and the manager or anyone from Walmart has not contacted me.

Thanks,

Steve

Yesterday, I had such a bad day at work. All I wanted to do was go to the store, get what I needed, and go home. Seemed simple enough, but apparently, it was too much to ask for. The cashier bagged my items as I was getting my credit card out of my wallet to pay, so I was not paying attention to how she was bagging my items, my mistake. When I got home, I started to unpack my groceries and was very dismayed to find that she had put the one thing that was going to turn my day around - a Boston creme donut in the bag with the raw chicken!

My first thought was of disbelief. Really, in this day and age? Who, I ask you, does not understand the dangers of cross contamination? E. Coli, anyone? As if it was not enough that my donut had been squished beyond recognition, completely inedible. Needless to say. I was far from happy, so I decided to call and complain. The phone rang and rang for a good two-three minutes. Really? When someone finally decided to do their job, she was rude, and when I asked to talk to a manager, I was put on hold for quite a while. It was so long in fact that I hung up to call again, only to have the same exact experience.

When I finally did speak to a manager, he was quite pleasant actually and offered when it was convenient for me to come in and refund the amount of the donut and then he surprised me and said that he'd also give me a $15 gift card for my trouble. I felt good actually. I was still a little disappointed about the donut, but I was ok.

Later that evening, I did go back to the store. When I got to customer service, the young girl behind the counter gave me anything but service. She gave me attitude, she gave me stress, but she definitely did not give me service! A manager was called and more waiting took place because my time is not important, and even though I am the customer, it is all about the employees' time and happiness. When the manager finally came, I told him the situation and then he informed me that he wasn't authorized to issue gift cards and another manager had to be called - more waiting.

When he finally arrived, he did get the card. Now, I am willing to admit that perhaps I was tired and irritated, and perhaps I misunderstood. With that being said, I would almost be willing to bet money that the girl behind the counter and the managers were laughing about the situation, and I am 99% sure that the girl said that she was going to write a book of scams. Then they all laughed about it. Now, as I said that I may be wrong, it's possible. Having said that, it doesn't really matter if she did or did not say anything of that sort because the appearance of impropriety is what matters.

I, being the customer, felt disrespected. I did nothing wrong, and I gave the store my patronage, spending my hard earned money only to have it ruined by the negligence of your employee. It was and is the manager's job to make the situation right. I was not asking for a favor, I was just expecting them to do their job and do it right. Honestly, at that point, I wanted to walk off and tell them they could keep their money and their attitude, but at that point, as I told my son who was with me through this whole ordeal, it was a matter of principle.

I was going to be compensated for the whole situation. I used every cent of the $15 card! There were two redeeming people that night and shamefully, I only know the name of the very kind cashier that checked us out after the whole thing was finally over. His name was Micheal and he was very pleasant, and in my opinion, he would make a far better manager than any of the ones I dealt with!

I love the Parent's Choice diapers but this last pack that I have bought has been sticking to my babies back, leaving big black marks. I am not pleased with it right now and will be discontinuing the use of this product until you can ensure me any different.

I have been purchasing produce from Walmart and, in the last three months, I have had to throw away most that I buy. Today, I went to purchase strawberries and I noticed that every container of Dole strawberries were either rotten or had molds on them. I asked to speak with the manager regarding this. In turn, I had two employees from the produce section come and look at the strawberries. I proceeded to show them every container that has problems and they removed them immediately.

They have sold peaches, avocados, plums, squash, salad mixes and outdated bags of chips. This has to stop. There are older people that just can't afford this and people who are on a fixed income that have to use food stamps. This is wasteful and dangerous to people.

Went to a Walmart and they had a crowded goldfish tank, some of the fishes died as they were wrapped around the filter. Then they had some fantails in a tank, one is already dead and floating around, but I got three fantails out of the tank anyway. I told the man who works in the department that there was dead fish in the tank, he said he'll get to it. He was quick to get the fish out to sell them, but not quick enough to get the dead ones out the tank.

I got one fish that had ick cured 3 weeks later. The second got sick and now the third is on its last leg. My other 2 goldfishes are just fine, I had them for 4 months.

At checkout today, I noticed the loading belt was wet, smeared, and carried streaks of what looked like leaked milk. I asked the lady at the register if she had paper towels, and she replied that she did. She finished up with the lady in front of me, and then she began checking the items I'd put on the belt where it was clean and dry.

I asked her again for a paper towel, telling her the belt needed to be cleaned. She actually "huffed" as she ripped off a couple towels. As I reached for them, she said, "It's only milk!" (I didn't care what it was--I don't appreciate my groceries getting sticky with some substance that may carry such germs as salmonella, etc.) She grabbed a bottle at the back of her cash register and spritzed one small streak of the liquid on one of the areas that needed cleaning. She then set the bottle back and I reached, took the bottle, sprayed all the areas where there was white droplets and other wet smears along the belt. I then set the bottle back where it was.

I paid for my items--there were 40 of them equaling $145.55. She gave me change for $160.00 and I started to leave. She reminded me that I'd left the damp paper towel and I needed to put it in the trash. I asked her if she had one beneath her counter and she told me "No!" I then took the paper towel and threw it in the trash can beneath the vacant register at my back.

I'd say that the young lady needs an attitude adjustment. She was clearly not agreeable to my needs, desires. I guess she felt I ought not want a clean belt on which to have my purchased items transported to check out.

I bought some Equate brand prescription strength deodorant for $5.75 at Walmart. The product does not come with a lid and dries out after first use. Why does it not have a lid?

I cannot give any stars, unless I could give a negative one. Recently, my daughter and I went into the said store to purchase formula for my granddaughter. Everything seemed to be fine until today. My granddaughter started throwing up. This in itself wasn't the bad part. What happened next - we are debating what to do about it. My daughter went to make a bottle, and there was a bug, cocoon and all in the can of formula. It was the Parent's Choice Gentle Formula.

Dana is only 4 1/2 months old, and this is just plain ridiculous. If she gets any worse or continues the way she has been all day, then we will have no other choice but to contact an attorney. And I am sure we will not have a problem getting one. I would appreciate a phone call, my cell number is **, and home is **. I would really rather resolve this matter without the use of an attorney, however, if need be, I will seek counsel.

Thank-you for your time,

Diana **

While exiting the store I tripped on a piece of plastic and fell. I wanted to lay still and catch my breath. But against my wishes Walmart employees lifted me into a wheel chair took me inside. They called and ambulance and when EMT's suggested going to the hospital, employees and a manager agreed. If I had know Walmart had no intention of paying the hospital bill I would have went home.

George Wylie of Walmart claims says the video shows me fall but the parking lot is pristine. He refused two request by me to see the video. I feel the video will show the plastic catching my foot and tripping me. I am shocked at the callous behavior of Walmart. Any other business or home owner would expect the insurance to pay the simple medical claims of a guest. Walmart has their own insurance and refuses to cover my claim. They are so large they do not care about a guy like me. Like most people who shop at Walmart I find it hard to make ends meet. I have no hope of paying these bills and will never believe Walmart is being fair to me, unless they pay these bills. I a sure they mistreat hundreds of shoppers every year.

I have used the Equate brand of tampons for about a year now. They often get stuck in the tube and have been difficult to use, but otherwise work well.

Tonight I am now stuck with one inside of me as there is no string attached for me to be able to remove it. I can not remove it and have been trying for hours. Now what do I do, go to the emergency room with this dilemma? I am heavily bleeding and can not get this one removed myself. This is quite a dilemma and very embarrassing.

We shopped our usual weekly list and when we got to the check out, a lady on the line behind us told us that our meat smelled like fish. So, we sniffed all our meat and found our ground beef was cross contaminated with fish. It was horrible. The cashier, whose name I do not remember, looked at us with distaste after we complained and told her that we did not want the meats.

I was told not to buy meat there but now I have found out for myself. The Department always has an oder but this takes the cake. I will no longer shop for meat or perishables in this store or any other Wal-Mart.

I am writing to you to make you aware of a situation that occurred involving your Walmart location on Hwy 27 in Woodbridge, Ontario.

On Monday, July 18, 2011, I purchased a 6-pack of Walmart brand Raisin Bran muffins from this location. Last night, I ate one of the muffins and found a toothpick lodged in it. I didn't notice it as it was probably located somewhere in the middle of the muffin. I began to eat it normally and as I swallowed, I was confused when I felt something hard and scratchy in my throat. So I begin to cough and pull out a wooden spike from the back of my throat. I believe it was a piece of toothpick or some kind of wooden object. A picture can be provided if necessary.

Luckily I didn't choke nor have any serious damage. However, the idea of how unsanitary and disgusting this is disturbs me greatly. I am making you aware as I hope serious action will be taken. I don't feel your kitchen or baking staff are using the appropriate precautionary measures when handling food.

Thank you for your time and I hope that the appropriate person will deal with this diligently.

I purchased some SPF 70 sunscreen for my children, and applied the sunscreen throughout the day, several times. My children still ended up with very bad sunburn. I was not happy with the sunscreen, and now, my children are in pain on top of it all! Something needs to be done about this brand of sunscreen!

Young children are being placed inside the shopping carts. These children have anything from colds to dirty dippers. And who knows what they have walked in. And Wal-Mart expects me to put the food I eat into the same area that has just been used by a customer and their child in the cart. Why does Wal-Mart allow this?

Rival Coffee Maker model # PIL-HC08104:

When making coffee with the Rival coffee pot, the filter unit comes out and boiling hot water spills on the back of your hand when removing the coffee pot. I got first degree burns.

As a frequent Walmart shopper, I am upset with their security system. More than once and at more than one location, the alarm has gone off as I am exiting the store with my purchases. You are approached usually by someone who can hardly speak English demanding your receipt or wanting to go through your bags. This is embarrassing as everyone stops and stares thinking "oh another shoplifter". When you become upset and verbalize how you feel, it's always the cashier's fault. To be quite honest, I don't care whose fault it is. It needs to be fixed. I am not a thief and dislike being treated like a common criminal because Walmart has a glitch in their security system.

I fell at a Walmart store and injured myself. I was taken off from work for three days and when I went back for my follow-up doctor's appointment, I was told not to sit down for 14 days and for thirty days I should be allowed to stand up whenever I needed to do so. I am a Preschool Teacher so it is very difficult not to sit down. The doctor gave me bed rest for the week.

I spoke with a Walmart claim representative and gave her a recorded statement on 24 August 2010. She called me back on 25 August 2010 to tell me that the claim was not a payable claim because the liquid had just gotten on the floor. I asked her how did she know that it had just gotten on the floor and she said "You did not fall when you walked up there and the person that came up behind you did not fall." I asked her questions that she appeared not to like and I told her that she was getting upset and that I am being polite to her so there was no reason for her to be upset.

I told her that I would just get an attorney. She said "I will tell the attorney the same thing" and she hung up in my face. I was the one that was hurt and had my lifestyle and daily routine disrupted. I should be the one upset not her or Walmart. I have been a Walmart customer for years and do not appreciate the customer service that I received from this claim representative.

I will be seeking an attorney to prove that this accident could have been avoided if the cashier was doing her job. There would have been no reason for me to walk back out towards the way I fell and someone may have found the spill on the floor. Someone else could have possibly fell, but it would not have been me. I went to work after being off for three days and had to go back to the doctor because standing all day was very painful because I was having to put all my body weight on one side of my body.

I have a hematoma on the left side of my buttocks and the doctor said that it could take up to sixty days for the pain to go away. He said that all they can do is give me pain medication and let the hematoma thin out by itself. I am a teacher and a full time student, so I will have to deal with the pain because I cannot take vicodin and function at work or at school. I missed time off from work and I am a dedicated employee that never calls out unless I am very sick. I am an honor student and never miss my classes. My pay check is going to be short because of the time I missed from work and do not have enough leave time to cover the days I missed from work. My entire life was altered because of this accident.

Absolutely the most disgusting Walmart store I have ever visited. I took my 4-year old son to the restroom. There was excrement all over the toilet seat, the stalls smelled of urine and feces. The restroom were so disgusting that I decided to have my son wait until we found a store in the area where he could use the restroom. After I left out of the restroom, I told a manager about the bathroom.

I don't know if she had it cleaned. I immediately told my wife, who was shopping, about the restroom. As I was telling her, I noticed potato chips spilled all over the floor and someone simply swept them to the side. I will never visit that particular Walmart ever again. I feel that if this Walmart was in a predominantly white area, it would be much cleaner. This is totally unacceptable, perhaps corporate should make a surprise visit to the store.

I was at Walmart in the evening till daylight, and when I came out, I found my car had been broken into and my radio and car systems gone. Also, keys to my spouse's Explorer was gone. I did forget to lock my driver side's door, but still the security guard was nowhere to be found in parking lot. I looked for him for 20 minutes.

I went inside and told the greeter what happened, and he just said he was going to tell management. And nothing ever happened. Finally, i found the security guard mysteriously out of nowhere. He came out, and all he did was write down on a notepad. I told him if the camera didn't get anything, since I was near it. He said they don't work properly and can't see anything. Like come on, the speaker box is big. How could one not see anything? And if the security was doing his job, he should have spotted that easily.

I called PD and just filed a report. He told me that those cameras don't work there for show. Now, I have a damaged vehicle, and $800 worth of items from my car were stolen.

I am highly disturbed with their tactics of entrapment online. I tried on of their simple store surveys, only 5 minutes! It was one and a half hours before I finally gave up and shut my computer off! There was no way out! Trying to sell me insurance and every other thing I didn't want! I was going to give them a good survey, was! I found out they have very cheap and under handed ways of trapping people. They gave my name out to places to contact me when I put no contact! This is their cheap way of making more money off the public! I am not impressed with all their well-published charity donations, seeing that it's just a smoke screen.

I fell while shopping in the garden section and hit my head (temple area) on a metal display rack. The cause of the fall was due to store negligence, a piece of plywood was in the aisle. Management stated that it was there to display plants. I tripped over the plywood, called the store manager, had an individual get an ice pack, filled out an accident report and went to my family doctor the next day. My husband was there as my witness. Wal-Mart is stating that it is my fault for not looking for the debris, and I should have been more careful. They refuse to pay any medical bills.

I bought a shower curtain of tree frogs. After 2 months, the colored picture of the frogs are coming off. The paint on the plastic shower curtain comes off when wet. It doesn't make sense that it is a shower curtain. It is too late to bring it back. I won't be buying a shower curtain like that again. I paid $15.00 for this. Gets paint on tub.

I was shopping at Walmart Bakery and noticed worker Monchell drop doughnuts and picked them up and place them on the display to be sold.

In this new facility, at the electronics department, the HVAC unit at the ceiling makes this clicking noise that's very loud and has been going on for a number of weeks. I asked if maintenance couldn't address that and was told, "Oh, he can't deal with that type of problem." It would seem a service rep should have been contacted as this has got to be harmful to the HVAC unit and annoying to others as well, you know an ounce of prevention deal. Thanks.

When we brought it home, the DVD player played good for about a week then it went out and would not eject the CDs, and the picture started going out. Blue light would be on and you could hear it but could not see it. We would have to turn it off and on. But, this is the worst. My TV popped tonight and caught on fire. Thanks to our smoke detector we caught it on time. We were all eating in another room. I am so thankful to God that we hadn't fallen asleep with the TV on like we have many times. Please be careful.

I was assaulted from behind by a large young woman in Wal-Mart. I was standing with my back to the entrance doors, giving my items to exchange to the associate Doris. I looked down to reach for my ticket when I felt something hit my head. My eye glasses fell off. My first thought was a ceiling tile must have fallen off, but it continued. I then realized I was being hit. My hands went up instinctively. I started screaming stop it. After time it stopped. I then stepped and turned around and there she stood in front of me. There was an adult with her. She told this young lady, you know you are not to hit. I asked her what is wrong with her. She said she is crazy. I was told by the associate Doris that this young lady came directly to me when she entered and proceeded to hit me wildly.

The person that was with this young lady did nothing to stop her nor did anyone else. There was no one standing next to me. In fact the young lady stepped forward and I stepped back. I was trying to wrap my head around what just happened. An associate from Wal-Mart asked if I wanted to call the police. I said to him just a minute, I am still processing what just happened. I told them I needed to sit down. I sat down and he asked me again and I would motion with my hand I needed a little more time. He said he could not call the police. I had to tell him to call. I first felt sorry for the young lady.

The lady that was with her asked if I was alright. I told her I don't know yet. I felt my mouth and cheek hurting. I had hit the podium with my face when she first hit me. This woman told the young lady let's go. She refused. They were standing still by the entrance. They started to head into the store. I then realized that this should not happen to anyone else, that who ever is responsible for this young lady needs to be held responsible. I motioned to an associate to call the police. By that time they exited out the side entrance and I was told Wal-Mart could not go after them. I thought the mall security then. Another Wal-Mart associate said that they were seen driving off quickly, not stopping at any stop signs. I thought Wal-Mart had gotten their names. This person just assaulted one of their customers. No names were taken.

I waited two hours for the police to arrive. I made an incident report since no names were taken. They have her on video showing her hands swinging I was told, but could not see her face nor mine. I know they have more of them while they were standing in front of the entrance doors and there were witnesses. The officer was told in front of me by a manager that she is a regular. She said that they bring them in to shop, but still didn't know her name or the facility she is with.

Consequence: I want this young lady found so this won't happen to anyone else. What if she had something on her person that could have caused more damage? No one stopped her. Wal-Mart must take steps in protecting their customers by at least taking down names. Why couldn't they have just called the police even to make an incident? They allow this type of person back into their store. How many assaults does it take? What would have happened if it had been their associate that had gotten assaulted? They can refuse service. I went to emergency to have myself checked out. My head was hurting, headache and feeling the results of the assault. It is a week as of today and I haven't heard any type of concern from Wal-Mart to see how I am doing.

On 4/14/2010, my daughter and I went shopping to Walmart store # 3524. We were on the 2nd floor and as we went down the escalator, my daughter's shoe lace was caught (her shoe lace was not untied). It was a little long reaching the sole of her shoe. As we went down, she fell flat on her belly/face as the shoe lace got caught on the escalator. People kept shoving in back of me and I was holding as hard as I could. At the same time I tried to lift up my daughter. I couldn't because her shoe lace was stuck and the escalator wouldn't stop. There is a stop button all the way on the top and all the way in the bottom in the middle.

I explained to Michelle, the assistant manager, that I couldn't go over my daughter and take the risk of people falling on top of her. She agreed. I asked about the escalator sensor and she said that it was set up not to be that sensitive. She called the next morning asking how my daughter was and she stated that the manager was going to increase the sensitivity to the escalator.

CMI is their insurance company and is denying the hospital claim of $ 271. My daughter was taken that same day to the hospital because she was complaining about her leg, knee and ankle hurting. Per the doctor, there was bruising on her knees and he thought there wasn't anything major.

I have noticed that every time I use my Visa card at Wal-Mart, within a few days the "Florida" calls start coming in at least once a day offering me a $25 Wal-Mart card. They quote the last 4 numbers of my card. (Where do they get that?) The offer includes a 30 day free trial offer for discounts of many stores. I tried that once. The company, whoever they are, never responded with anything until the 30 days were up, leaving me no time to cancel; therefore, they were free to charge my card with the $29.95 a month. I had a miserable time trying to get my money back and the plan canceled. No prize ever arrived. I believe you must be providing them with Visa numbers, which, if it is not illegal, should be. In fact, it even lead to someone stealing my card number. I had to cancel the card and get another one. Please get my name off that list. I have stopped shopping at Wal-Mart.

On or about April 2, 2010, my wife and myself were parked on the south side of the WalMart store in Tooele UT. When we returned after about 45 minutes shopping, my wife noticed a mark on the passenger side of my truck. I went over to look and found that the truck had been "keyed" with some sort of sharp object. I know it was not there prior to shopping at WalMart. I went inside to see if anything may have been recorded on camera. They took all of my information and said they would contact me.

I phoned the police and the officer took all information and I told him about going inside and he informed me that there were no cameras on that location of the store. I spend on average approximately $200.00 per week in that store. If WalMart cannot ensure the safety of my truck or any vehicle, then I will have to take my business elsewhere. I'm quite sure it would not hurt this size of business without mine but I have been mulling this over for a month and thought I would write. The price tag for this incident was just under $1,300.00 for repairs all though it was $100.00 out of my pocket for the deductible. It was still $100.00.

I was without my truck for 2 weeks and it cost $100.00 for my insurance deductible.

I was using my computer and a flashing sign came up and said, I had won $1,000 for being the millionth (? ) person to get on the website. I had to OK two tricked offers, which I did for $1,000. I am completely ashamed of Walmart, whose founder would roll over in his grave for this corrupt action. I have not been called or emailed regarding the $1,000. I have to assume it was a rotten trick which I would have never suspected of Walmart. And if it had been any other company, I never would have tried to get the money, I would have known it was a trick, but Walmart, I trusted. Cost me money from each of the two free offers, I accepted none of which I never really wanted. And no gift card!

My cat Mischa, my best friend, died suddenly last month one week after eating special kitty gourmet dry mix 18# bag. The bar code is 81131 17548, the same cat food was recalled in 2008 after killing cats then. Apparently the ** have reissued the product with no regard for the devastation they are causing. I want action now. They know what they are doing and don't care. This is $1900 in vet bill, three days off work and terrible depression since then, costing me at least $5000 in lost revenue.

Deli selling stale food. This has been noticed more than one time. A box of fried chicken had a time on it of 10:10 AM. I was at the Deli department after 5PM. This box of chicken was still in the display case for sale. How many hours was it there? Too many for healthy food. The Deli seems to have no supervisors whatsoever. I did not buy and hope no one else did.

A few months ago, I purchased a pizza crust. After I opened the package, I noticed mold on it. It was expired. Then two weeks ago, I purchased burrito shells and kept them in the refrigerator. I took them out last night to make burritos and made my little boy his burrito. When I went to make mine, I noticed huge spots of mold on them. I don't know if they were expired or not. At that point, I was so mad. My little boy had already eaten his by the time I noticed the mold on the other shells. Some of the spots were big and some really small. I shouldn't have to eat my food carefully before we consume it. Needless to say, about two hours later, he got sick. I'm tired of this happening.

I got hurt in parking lot on Dec. 24. They have sent it to every insurance company in the world. I haven't heard from anyone in six weeks. It was supposed to be Liberty Insurance. I am hurt, confused, and alone on this issue.

Sometimes I shop at Walmart Super Centers and there have been several malicious attacks of a chemical compound sprayed on the nape of my neck resulting in undue health concerns. It is believed this is an over-the-counter medication where a predictable result is achieved. This is pure harassment and I have contacted Walmart directly and the police department as a result of the intentional actions of employees and some customers who are acting with malice on the Walmart property.

I began shopping at 3 am when there was only one or two customers in the store. My observations indicated a cashier who made unpleasant facial expressions, and within two minutes, there was an episode of an unpleasant sensation. At the register, the same employee looked into my eyes and was disappointed that the result was less than expected, I had washed that chemical off of my neck to reduce the exposure.

Several people stocking the store also were following me around the store watching what I was doing. While I was distracted, there were similar attacks causing blurred vision, heart palpitations, panic attacks, red dilated burning eyes, nasal drainage, repertory difficulties these effects are long-lasting and consistent with a histamine product. I have seen the employees running away from me and I also had a wet sensation on the nape of my neck.

Each time this happens, it contributes to emotional distress and I have conveyed to Walmart that I intend to expose this situation because there has been no resolution on their part to stop the continued harassment; it was also conveyed that the CEO is responsible for the deplorable actions of their employees regardless of their position in the company.

I completed a survey and won a $1000 gift certificate from Walmart, which is an email. The email could not be answered by me, the place that provided to reply on the email never replied on the email. I am at a loss to find anyone to officially complain to, to obtain my gift certificate. I believe they are illegally hiding to keep from paying for what I worked for hours on the survey. You are the only organization that I can think of to contact these people and obtain my $1000 gift certificate. Thank you in advance.

I was shopping in Walmart today and purchased a loaf of bread. And when I got home, the bread had a slit across the top. I would like my money to be refunded. It seems the bread was okay, just hard where the slit was made. I ate a piece and it seems to be okay. I don't understand who could have done this, but security needs to be more alert of consumers in Walmart. I shop at this store all the time. I've never had an incident to happen like this one. Please be concerned for the safety of individuals who shop at Walmart, especially my concerns for myself. Can you please get me some type of refund the next time I shop at Walmart? l look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

My 7-year-old son fell off a swing set at a Walmart display model in March 2009 when a bolt pulled out of the set while on second story. I did not have insurance and thought it would get better. He's still complaining about his neck pain. He fell head first to pavement. I tried to catch him but could not. He had cut on his head, but not too serious and a cut on his arm. We went home He started complaining again about the pain the next day. Walmart paid me $250.00 and that was all they would do. I went to a chiropractor, I did not have insurance coverage and could not afford the needed treatment.

I entered an online survey that was on my sales slip with a ID number of 7BF51YDXHXB. When finished, I got a phone call saying I had won a $200.00 Walmart Gift Card for filling out the survey and given phone numbers to check on it when I talked to them on 3/15. I called on the 19th and was told that they didn't know anything about it. Please let me know what is going on with this. Thank you.

As I was eating a Great Value tortilla (straight from the package with nothing on it), I felt a hair in my mouth. I spit the food out. I looked at the tortilla in my hand and it had a long black hair baked into it. You could only see part of the hair. So I pulled it and came out of the the center of the tortilla. This is very disgusting! I'm feeling sick to my stomach from being grossed out. Here are the numbers from the package: EXP: 05/28/10 2-F1-B03101206. Thank you!

On a couple of occasion, we have reported having our butts pinched by loose toilet seat in the men and women's room. At which we told management about this and they said they would have it looked into and fixed. As of today, they still have not been fixed.

My car was hit in the parking lot as I was leaving. The lady did not have back up lights on her vehicle. I honked and tried to get my car out of her path, but it was too late. It caused $1700.00 in damage to my car. The lady was rude and I was going to call the police because she wanted to just drive away. She was in a Chevy Tahoe and I was in a Kia Spectra, so the only damage her car sustained was my paint on the bottom of her bumper. My bumper is cracked and it left a good size dent in the trunk.

I also believe the parking lots are very small, so as to pack as many people in a small area as possible. I have had my car dinged by rude people hitting it with their doors and now this. I lost more money in one trip to this store than I could save in several years. Thanks for nothing! I've had to take time to get estimates and now it is going to cost me $500.00 to repair the damage (and hope my insurance doesn't go up) and I have to rent a car for 4 days so I can go to work.

I purchased a Farmstand candle. When it got to the bottom, the ceramic got so hot, it burnt my countertop. I looked for manufacturer information to read a warning and directions on the bottom of the candle that said to stop using after you have half in of wax remaining. I always use candles but never had a problem like this.

I went to the Fair Lakes Walmart on Tuesday the 23rd of February to buy a few items. One of the items I bought was a jar of Walmart brand grape jelly. I brought it home and went to open it to make a sandwich for my three-year-old son. Before I opened it, I went to brush off what I thought was a piece of foil from a stick of butter. This turned out to actually be a piece of glass imbedded into the lid of the jar.

I cut my finger and freaked out. The reason I got so upset is that I am on Warfarin for the past 3 years and a very high dose at that. I bleed a lot and I will admit I was scared. All I could think about was what if I was reaching in past this jar to get something behind it and cut my wrist. What would happen if I had passed out, my son would be all alone until his father came home hours later.

I called my mother and she said that had happened to her but it was on the inside of the lid. I am not sure what to do about this, I couldn't find any where online to leave a complaint. I'm just glad I got a lot of pictures and I have the jar. Thank you!

On February 7, 2010, I purchased a gallon of Great Value Fat Free Milk. The container seemed okay with an expiration date of February 24, 2010. However, the milk inside the container was actually whole milk or at least 2% milk fat. I have been drinking only fat free milk for more than 25 years and it was obvious that this milk is not. I called the store and they merely said to return it without much consideration for how this may affect people who cannot tolerate whole milk in their diet.

To me, none, other than distaste and inconvenience of having to return another inferior Great Value product, but for someone else this could have been much worse. Product labeling is a serious issue.

I visited the East Palmdale Walmart location yesterday evening (2.1.10) around 5pm. While waiting approx 30 mins. at check out to pay for my items, I witnessed several verbal and physical employee altercations. One situation occurred in the pharmacy dept. involving two female employees engrossed in a yelling frenzy, which escalated into a physical boxing and hair pulling match. The other situation involved 5 teenage kids of a female employee who earlier was removed from the property for verbally attacking a fellow female employee.

While the fellow employee was working checkout, the kids entered Walmart & brutally attacked her; kicking and beating her to the floor. For children and families to witness such behavior is extremely unsettling, and conveys an unsafe environment for your customers. This is not the first time I have experienced such lude behavior at this location. I have chosen to take my business to Target in East Palmdale, which is 5 minutes away from Walmart location. The items are a few dollars more, however, being in a more civilized environment is well worth the added cost.

I got a hanging candle with 6 glass holders for my birthday. My husband had lit them for me so they would be lit when I get home. Well, we were watching TV and then one exploded. shooting glass and hot wax across the wall, floor, table. If it was a couple hours earlier, my two little children would have and could have been playing. I have candles for as long as I can remember and nothing has ever happened like this. I'm extremely terrified of candles now. If this candle would have been above the couch, it could have killed or hurt me very bad sending broken hot glass and wax shooting through the air. I'm very mad about this. I'm glad that my kids were in their beds sleeping because the night before, they had fallen asleep on couch and this would have been disastrous.

I purchased Angel Soft Toilet Tissue at local Wal-Mart in St. Louis. As the roll was used, there was a long brown furry object attached to the paper which resembled a rodent's tail. This caused emotional distress and shock.

I bought a Dell laptop from WalMart which had no special marking and no discount but when I connected to the internet for the first time and went to Yahoo, it logged me in as someone else automatically with private emails, personal information, pictures, and the works. This laptop had been returned. I emailed the address that was on the profile I was in and asked, "Did you buy and return a laptop from WalMart?" and he responded yes.

Who are you and how did you know that?" This has to be illegal or unethical at the least and a violation of this guy's privacy. I called customer service at this store and they said they put returned items that haven't been damaged right back on the shelf. Maybe they should have a different policy for computers, I said. The girl told me she didn't make the policies but just enforce them. Whatever! I could have stolen this person's identity and committed all types of crimes.

I purchased a can of green beans from walmart when I opened the can it was half filled with something green and smelled like sewer. I almost poured it in the pot to serve to my family. This was not jus spoiled green beans it was something else because the smell was something that should not be in a can it stank up my kitchen. can #1FSG 83252 01:18 BB 11 20 11

On August 17 2009,a check out person jerked the bager thing that curculates the bags from me causing damage?

I did file a complaint at store rigt away, then went to er as a ifelt a pull in my fore arm when it happened. I was diganosed with a sprian, and to this day am still having problems with my left arm. your claimes department says that walmart was not in thw wrong,my husbad was with me and seen the inncedent happen. I feel some sort of compensation would be in order, evern a 1000,walmart card. I will not got to walmat again because of the way we have been treated at this store on a few other occations also.

I was shopping at Wal mart with my fiance and my daughter. We were looking around the infant/child department when I slipped on something that was on the floor, I fell and landed hard on my right side. I had a hard time getting up as my hip felt numb. I did recover from fall and felt I was in no need of ambulance and we filed a report with the Wal Mart and left, on trip home I noticed my hip and shoulder were in more pain than I realised, my fiance then brought me to Infirmary West Hosipital where they x-rayed me and said I had bruised shoulder and sent me home with perscription.

I am now getting bills from hospital after letting them know it was due to accident at Wal Mart and should be filed with them that they had the accident on file. When I asked Wal mart for a copy of this accident report they said it was theirs and that I could not get a copy. I felt it was the only way I could get this bill resolved with hospital....what am I to do if no-one will help with this simple request?

On Friday In August 2008 after church my son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandkids went there to do some shopping. Myself and the kids went to the food area and there was a spill and I slipped and fell. As I approached 3 different managers and not one of them asked me if I was okay. I had to go to physical therapy for 5 months and now over a year later I have to have an operation on my left wrist. I have never been treated so unfairly by such non caring people in my life. They didnt even offer to pay my bills. No Lawyer will take the case because there is no proof that they were responsible for the spill. I know I wasnt responsible for it. I use to be a BHT and now I am not able to do that any more. When I did speak with the lady who handles slips and falls she lied and said that she tried to get my medical records. My doctors never recieved anything from her so she denied me any help.

i was in the check out line puting my things on the counter to be checked out. when a piece of metal caught my blouse & ripped it.i told the cashier, she told me to go to the customer service desk. when i got & told the girl what had happened, she called the manager up to the front. the manager did not come up there. she just called on the phone. when the girl told elsa ( the manager ) what had happened the manager still di not come up to the front. she told the girl to ask me what i wanted to do about it. i told them that i wanted a new blouse. then i was told that i had to bring in the upc code. well i had already cute it off my blouse. they then asked me where i got my blouse. i told them here at wal-mart. so now they will not do anything about it.

After use for an hour or so the unit was extremely hot. So we unplugged it, waited for it to cool for a while then continued to watch dvd's. Hear of the recall. We are returning two units. The one in the house and the other my son used in the garage. To know that it might have caught fire and injured my son and his friends when listening to music just scared me. Thanks for taking prompt action and recalling the units.

I recently reported an accident that occurred at my local Walmart here at Copperas Cove, TX. This happened approximately at 2:45 pm at 08/22/09.

I was in the refreshment isle picking up a 24 pack of Pure Life bottled water which was placed on a stack at least 5 1/2 feet high. When I proceeded to put the package in my cart, the next package had slid off the stack and onto my shin and foot area. When this occured, there was a worker placing the Sam's Choice water onto stacks less than 5 ft away and did not bother to ask if I was okay. I even said, "Ouch", because it did hurt me. Those 24 packs of bottled water are not light (about 30 pounds) and coming off of a shelf that is at least 5 ft high, it felt like 100 pounds. I was nice enough to put the package back up on the shelf upside down.

I left the isle in search of a manager, and felt I should have got the associate's name. I went back to the isle and the associate was not there. I also noticed the water pack I had put back on the stack was moved into the upright position. At this time, my shin had started to burn from where the package had fell on me. I went to check out and asked the cashier where I was to go to file an incident report. She called the manager and I proceeded to explain what had happened to me and filled out a report.

I feel as a large and well-known company, safety should be a priority. The packages of water bottles should have been on shelves, rather than one shelf staked up sky-high. I have always been a satisfied customer, however, this incident has put a damper on what I felt was a decent department store.

Thought you may be interested in my complaint about the stores air conditioning. This was the 3rd. time that I have been in the Clinton store in the last 7 days and the store was very unconfortable. I noticed the little checker and she was perspiring just like I was. I had more shopping to do and I left and went to the other grocery store to finish my shopping and I found it very cool and completed my shopping. I know that we have an outstanding manager in Jane M and this time I did not find her to express my concern to her. The humidity has been very bad here for the past few days and it was NOT cool in the store. Thank you

yes i purchased many items. the lady that bagged them put too man items in the bag. because when i got home to unload them one bag broke and a big can fell on my big toe. it broke the skin and it started to bleed and was wery painful. i ended up going to the hospital because i was i so much pain. i trie to put ice on it and took some pain medicine. i thought i broke it but i did not. my hospitl bill was 125.00 plus prescription. i think wal-mart is responsible for my pain and suffering and my finacial bills. doris was really nice and took my complaint. oh i was at the st. robert store i am here on vacation. so this kind of ruined my time here because now i im unable to do anythink because i am so much pain.

Have been drinking Sams Choice White Grape Juice for quite sometime. The last 64oz. bottle I consumed had probably at least 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of a substance in the bottle. I always shake bottle before pouring, but did not ingest any until the bottle was almost empty. At first I thought the grit was in the ice until I looked at bottle. The number stamped on bottle is 14:32 CT133-8 Best by070710

Several months back, I persuaded Wal Marts Home office to install sanitary wipes for the grocery cart handles as the are filthier than an outhouse door knob. And The store in question did so. For a while.

I emailed the home office after the store managers complacency and total ignorance got the best of me and they assured me (via telephone) the problem would be resolved. It was for a short time.

I'm over 70 with COPD I'm so afraid of communicable diseases. At my visit to this store 08/10/09 at 2:00 PM PT I informed a manager (Jason) that there were no Sanitary wipes at the entrance. He told me he would make note and inform his managers. This morning, 08/11/09 there are still no sani wipes.

I purchased a 10# bag of white sugar from said Walmart (distributed out of Walmart, Bentonville, Ar. 72716) and found a tip of an acrylic fingernail, with some blue in it as I dumped the sugar in my large container. No one at my home has acrylics, it's just my husband and I that reside here.

At first we thought it was our cooking of a different product when my wife had a big pain in her stomach
but over the next couple days when making our daughter her formula.. Simalac her eating habits changed. she spit up alot and cried more.
we thought it was the weather. i finally tasted the water today my self. and over the few days of experience. ive concluded the problems we are having is the drinking water listed. above. from birth our 3.5 month old daughter has only had bottled watter.

we stopped by the nearest store at the moment monday night and picked up a pack of 24 bottled lowest priced bottled water at the KENNEWICK WALMART ON 27TH AVENUE. WASHINGTON 99336. my tasting this water at 915 am today it tasted dry and not so good.

I asked my wife this morning if she had drank the water last night. she said yes and she did have stomach cramps. we have stopped using the water immediately and hope this can be resolved. Question.. shall we take it back to the store or hold onto this water for further investigation?

I was in Wal-Mart shopping and it was so hot, I had to pull my sweat rag out of my purse to wipe my face. I was told Wal-Mart is cutting down the air and shutting it off at night. I have a breathing problem with 2 spots on my lungs and I can't breathe if it is so hot.

So I will go back to Wal-Mart one more time to buy my groceries and if it is still so hot that it makes me sweat and can't breathe, I will no longer shop at Wal-Mart. I will go to a store that is not making customers suffer while they shop. What will Wal-Mart do when some worker has a heat stroke in the store from putting up stock and getting too hot? Is it really good for all that food to get hot then cool, then hot again? I was also asking myself if that could be good for their products to get hot then cool.

I went shopping at the Walmart across the street from my residence and was in the store for about 30-45 minutes. My mouth became dry and I started to feel funny. When I reached the register, I desperately searched for a drink as I was very hot and thirsty. It was at this time I realized there was no air conditioning in the store! We have had 90-plus degree weather and daily heat advisories. I was almost ready to pass out and I'm only 28 years old. I can't imagine how OSHA could permit all the employees and senior citizens going into this store and the potential for heat exhaustion. Something needs to be done about this. I am posting this hoping whoever sees this can notify the correct people as I'm still looking into this. It made me very upset as a customer that Walmart would be so neglectful. I believe the company has the financial capacity to provide this basic necessity for its customers and employees.

The receipt offers $1,000 possible winner after a survey. Open the website and it says "You are a winner, proceed to get your $1,000 Wal-Mart shopping card." They gather private information then start offers after offer with your private information already inserted to the products you don't take, and keep skipping ahead until the end, "buy these first" and then you might be eligible for the $1,000 shopping card.

Well, I cancelled everything but too late after they inserted my personal information into about 15 product databases. This is a bold faced scam. I booted up my email and there they were 15 offers to go to college, to flying to the moon. This is outrageous, an invasion of privacy, a manipulation on the Wal-Mart name. I will never buy anything from Wal-Mart and will be telling my friends of the scam. This is an unconscionable abuse, the old Carny barkers suck in.

The physical damage is loading my email with a bunch of unasked for advertisements spam. I am not done with Wal-Mart. I might sue them. My time, my home, my domain, super stressful, probably full of Trojans, viruses and phishing attempts. Disgusting behavior.

I was in your store, Wal-Mart, today and watched the service people suffer in the 100+ degree heat that they were working in. I asked one of the TLE personel if they had any air conditioning for their work area. He said, "No, it doesn't work. We only have these evaporative coolers and they are threatening to take them away from us. We have a large evaporative unit on the roof but they won't fix it. It's been like this for two years." There is no way I would work any employees under these conditions. You are putting these people's lives in jeopardy because of the extreme heat. You get out of your climate controlled office and go to work for one hour in a hot box. See how you feel and how well you can operate. Don't tell me that you cannot afford to repair one evaporative cooling unit. You all waste more in five minutes than it would cost to repair that unit. Get up and fix their cooling unit before you have someone drop because of heatstroke! That hospital bill will sure be more than a repair bill on a cooling unit. You just don't treat employees like this.

I am a business owner in the area and shop at this Walmart almost daily. I went there this morning and purchased $66.00 worth of goods. Upon entering the check lane I discovered my cell phone had been removed from the front pocket of my purse. I had taken it out of my bra and put it in my purse right before entering the store. My purse was in the child carrier section of the buggy. I asked the check out clerk to please call my number and see if it would ring, which she did. It went immediately to voice mail. That meant it had been turned off and I never turn it off because it is for my business.

I realized immediately it had been stolen. When I asked the store employees about checking the cameras they refused. They said the cameras probably weren't working properly. The Dallas police officer that was working security was busy texting on his phone and said, "Oh the cameras probably aren't pointed in the right direction because we're remodeling." He didn't even offer to get a unit to take a report or anything. Almost everyone in the store at that time were employees and I have a strong feeling it was an inside job so they don't want to get involved. That was a $400 Samsung Eternity with internet and GPS and was barely a month old and I feel they should be more concerned than that.

I frequently visit several different Wal-Marts in our area. This is Texas in the summer, and it is hot! I've noticed the stores getting hotter and hotter, and upon inquiring, I have been told that corporate has told the Wal-Mart stores to stop keeping the stores as cool. At one store, I have witnessed an ambulance outside the store, picking someone up on three different occasions. Could this be heat related? As much money as they bring in every year, I think they can afford to keep the store cool. I'm going to Target.

The store is so warm by the time i get to check it, it felt like I've been in a sauna.

My husband was doing an online survey supposedly on Walmart website where we would be eligible for $1000, and gave them our phone number. On our AT&T bill was a charge of $9.99 for subscription to News Prediction game by Predicto. I am furious. I haven't called AT&T yet, but I will. I will not pay for this. I have canceled by texting "stop" to the short code. We have learned a lesson, but what can be done to stop this?

I bought a 50-pound bag of dog food a week ago. I was feeling my dog bowl up and nosed there was mold in the dog food. Then I looked at the bag, and I noticed that the date on the dog bag was "use by Nov 05." My dog have eaten a lot of the dog food. What should I do?

Why can't the temperature be adjusted to handle little children too. Designate one faucet for them is all I ask. I don't want my granddaughter to get burnt because of the water temperature but I want her to wash her hands. The manager said there were many complaints about this but because of sanitary reasons...it needs to be hot. Well, how sanitary is it to the children who cry not to have to wash because it hurts.

I am a shopper at the walmart store in Franklin Ky too. The same there. If you have small children, then you know anytime you shop little children have to go to the bathroom. My granddaughter is six but she has very tender hands. It seems like a very simple solution to me. I hope I get a response back because this bothers me more and more evertime we go. Please let me know you care. In sharing my complaint with friends who firmly agree with me...I'm sure we can find someone to listen.

I have a physical disability and have to use the electric carts when shopping. I rely on these and cannot make it through the store without them.

The Wal-Mart on Hilton Head has 4 carts, and all of them are in horrible shape. They are always filthy. They are beat up, missing parts/chunks, the wheels are uneven and often missing pieces of the rubber, the arm rests are broken and some of them are missing chunks or pieces of rubber/padding.

All of them are EXTREMELY SLOW. The motors are burned out because they are old and have not been properly cared for.

Further, two of them are not aligned, so when you are driving them, you have to fight to keep them going straight. Combine that with the missing rubber on the wheels and you are in for a bumpy, struggle of a ride.

ost people who use these carts have physical problems, many of which are muscular in nature. When you put someone in a cart like this in which they are being jostled around or are having to fight to get to stay in one direction... by the time the shopping is over, that person is in physical pain.

I cannot tell you how much I dislike going to Walmart. I avoid it like the plague.

I don't understand how Target, Publix, and other stores can provide wonderful, clean, and well-running carts, and Wal-Mart's have to be in such a terrible state.

I have asked so many times for them to have the carts serviced. I've spoke to numerous managers, and they all act very concerned... nothing ever happens.

I own a business, and spend an average of $1000/month a Wal-Mart. It's stopping. I now am a Target shopper. If they don't care enough to see that I can shop in comfort then I will not return. Shame on them.

My hubby bought a large plastice jar of Planters Peanuts yesterday at Wal-Mart, When he got home we opened it up. Laying right on top was a cooked and salted cat doodoo. I know what cat turds look like because I have 2 cats and a litter box.

When he brought it back to Wal-Mart, they wonen gagged and choked when they saw it. Too bad I did not read the label for a phone number for Planters, but the lady at wally world said she would tell the supervisor. I did write to CDC, as well. Phil got his money back.

On this day I was inside my vehicle geting ready to enter the store. I saw a cart comeing from blowing wind which hit my car. Thinking that the hit was lite, I got out the car and saw, the hit was hard on the driver side. I can not claim it on my insurance cause i just recently been in a car accident. Economic the car has a medeuim dent in my car. Whose going to paid for it?

I has just finished paying for my merchandise, walking through the main hallway exit in front of the eye center, slipped and fell on my knee. I am 8 months pregnant, employees from the vision center and the cashier witnessed this and did not help me at all. The cashier immediately pulled out her roll of paper towels and cleaned up the wet area. It looked like maybe a customer had a bag of ice in the basket and it leaked through the walkway. The cashier immediate returned to work. The vision center just sat there and watched as my mother tried to help me up. A customer did come up to ask me if I was ok.

I was very disappointed of the way the situation was handled. The assistant manager came out to talk to me as I was sitting in a chair and started telling me about his grandaughter that was pregnant and had toxemia and made made a joke about my mothers last name. At the end he asked if I needed a wheelchair. I told him I just wanted to get done so I can get home. The assistant Manager Jesus went into the vision center and asked the Doctor if he saw anything and the Doctor said no. I mentioned to Jesus that the Doctor was not out there only the two employees sitting at the counter. They said they did not see it happen but when I fell the gentlement sitting there made said ooh, when I fell so I know he saw me on the ground. He then said "Walmart can view it on their camera". I am very upset that the cashier did not call anyone. My mom had to go get someone. No one ever apologized for anything.

knee pain and soreness to my body. Luckily I was holding on to the basket and broke some of the weight when I fell but I got scared and tightened up my body trying to hold myself. Being that I am eight months pregnant, this is my first baby. I feel like I have to watch everywhere I walk on the ground to make sure there is no puddle of water like at walmart. It was very scary and worried.

The electric scooters for the handicapped! You need to go take a look at them and ride one. They jerk and buck. There are in discusting condition. Large hunks of foam showing and the plastic covering them loose and harp. I have an injured leg and the scooter bucked and jerked so bad it hurt me and I had to leave the store. They are like that in every store. If you ask to get another one..ha..all alike.

Now a big wealthy company like walmart could surley get new ones. You are not allowed to take them outside so who is going to steal them. ALL the walmarts are like that. Because of that scooter problem I am changing my purchasing habits to Target. Better service, better equipment. As to the amount of complaints Walmart receives one would think they need to clean up their act. Past Walmart shopper.

I purchased a Bouncy Mouse toy for my cat, Rambo, at Wal Mart, Liberty Hwy. Store, in Anderson SC, thinking I was doing a good thing that was going to make my kitty happy. Never did I think that the toy would kill him. On Saturday, April 11th, my cat seemed that something was wrong with him. He was not eating and I had noticed vomit throughout our house. I took him to the vet. hospital and they told me that his kidneys were failing. They put him on a high dose of IV to see if they were truly failing or if he was dehydrated, and to observe him.

By Monday, his kidney values had returned to normal, so the Dr.s decided that by the way he was acting (projectile vomiting) he had a blockage. They performed surgery on him and found that a piece of one of his toys was blocking his intestine. It was the fuuzy foot off of the bouncy mouse. In inspecting this toy closely, I found that the feet are just tack stitched...no glue or anything to make them secure. They pull off easily. This kitty was my child. He helped me cope with my daughter moving away to college. He was only 11 months old. I got him when he was 3 days old and raised him from a bottle. His mom had been killed 3 days before he was found as he was brought to these peoples garage by their tomcat. I nursed him to health, saved his life, and did everything I could to make him happy.

I never thought that I was buying him something that would kill him. I have written this company by email and told them that I feel they should pay the vet bills and compensate me for the loss of my baby as I see this as no differently than a human child being killed by a dangerous toy. I also told them that they should pull these toys before they kill someone elses animal and that I plan to seek legal action if they don't do so. I have had no response. Please see if you can help me. I do not plan to let this go until something is done because right is right and wrong is wrong. They just can't keep putting out toys that kill pets. The loss is almost more than I can bare. Thank you for your time.

My kitty, Rambo, was killed by a defective cat toy. The damamges are large vet bills and severe emotional trauma to me and my children.

I bought a pack of plastic eggs prefilled with different name brand candies that my 2 yr old loves. When he ate them he would say yuck. Then he just refused the candy. My husband and I tried some they were Kisses and Reeses peanut butter cups that tasted like chemical--sorta like bug spray. Is this another China problem? Could it have harmed my child?

We aren't sure--what about other children?

I was shopping and just happened to be in the wrong place I guess. I could hear people talking loudly to each other and it just kept getting louder then 2 black men and a black lady came up the isle screaming at each other-they were so mad I was truely afraid that one of them would pull out a gun and shoot us all. Then the assistant manager came over there and didn't even ask them to move to the back or anything-he proceeded to join in the argument. This was a horrible experience-I will never shop in this store again-I was afraid for my life and the manager didn't even attempt to settle it down.

My stomach has been upset and my hands are still shaking from the experience. You should not be subjected to this to go to Wal-mart. I am very upset that the manager did not call the police or anything. They were really mean looking. They kept looking right at me I was afraid to move.

I was cooking frozen peas for my family tonight from a package I bought at Wal-Mart. It was a produce called Great Value Peas, 1 pound. Good until 11-08-10.

I put the peas in a glass bowl, put it in the microwave like i have a hundred times before. When I took the peas out and got ready to serve them to my family.......OH MY GAWD....there was a one inch black worm!!!!!!! I have have the package AND the worm right here......what do i do!!! I am soooooooooooooo upset!!

I took a survey for store to win 1000 gift card only now I'm getting all this junk e-mail i don't want nor need. so can [they] please take my e-mail address off list. it is worth 1000. the survey had nothing to do with anything about how i found my trip to walmart instead it was about other company. i will tell anyone who ask's about the survey not to take nuless they want all that junk mail.

My daughter purchased a can of Cheese Wow in February of this year. Best by July 27, 2009, code-BC6117 0723. She used it on crackers and noticed a strange taste afterwards. She didn't think anything of it. She tried it again yesterday, same taste and threw up. She sprayed it on her crackers and took a look, the cheese was moldy or something. It had black stuff mixed in it.

no physical damage was permanently done, just the nasty after taste and the fact that when she actually saw it, she threw up.

I recently purchased a bag of frozen cod fish. It consisted of 4 fillets which were individually vacuum sealed. Upon returning home I opened the bag to find that 2 of the 4 fillets were ruined/spoiled due to poor sealing. I returned this to the store for a refund. There's no excuse for poor quality!

I'm just [upset] that I had to make an extra trip to the store!

I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in ANY store as I did in Wal-mart tonight! First I tried to take my car to have a tire fixed and I sat at the little station for a few good minutes and no one came out so I pulled up and walked in and they told me that I would have to drive my car back to the station and wait. I did and finally a person came out and said that she couldn't get her machine working and to just pull back up.

Then and most importanly I tried to find one of those carts that has a big blue childs sit (those ones that seat 2 children) and I could not. Asked a greeter for help and she told me that they where all outside (IN THE COLD) so I went to get one and a customer who overheard me asking for one got one for me and I buckled my kids in (or so I thought) and it wasn't 2 minutes later and I looked down to see my son choking because he managed to get down past the strap because the buckle did not work. Went to find another kid cart and looked through everyone and ALL the buckles where broke.

Asked the greeter for help because I couldn't find one that wasn't broke. She rudly told me that I would have to go over to the otherside. I asked her if there was anyone who could help me and she told me I could do it myself! Went through several carts both kid carts and otherwise and spent 20 minutes before I found a cart that the child saftey buckle was not broke! NO ONE (not even the supervisor) would help! I went to talk to the supervisor and he just handed me a complant form. Finally I just gave up and pushed 2 carts (one for my kids and one for my stuff) through the store for 2 hours)

Then I went back to the pharmacy because I had dropped off a perscription for my childrens medication and after waiting a hour they told me that they had a problem with 2 of the 3 perscriptions and I had to wait another 30 minutes to get only to get 1 out of the 2 that had a problem filled. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had in any store and it could have been very dangerous because most of the buckles on the carts where broke! I could not saftley strap my children in!

My child almost fell out of the cart several times (out of several different carts!) and almost choked as a result of the buckle not working and him wiggling his way down!

Purchased a 12 pack of 85/15 'Great Value' uncooked beef patties around the 1st of March 2009. Date info on bottom of package is factory smeared and unreadable.

Bought a 12 pack of uncooked meat pattiess (Wal-Mart) brand from a store in Flowood, MS. Cooked 2 and put on buns and ate 1. Within an hour I was feeling like I never have before. Like I was going to pass out. Had to lay down. Within minutes it all came back up. Slept about 6-7 hours. After getting up, still felt that something was wrong. I still have the cooked hamburger on bun in refrigerator, and the 10 other uncooked in freezer. Stamped date info on bottom of package is smeared from factory and unreadable. Advise if there is something that can be done and on a contingency basis. Thank you.

Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano also has HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP in it! This is addictive, worthless, detrimental to the health of America, and contributes to obesity, diabetes, and many other health problems. Walmart - be responsible - life is not about MONEY and someday you will face your Maker (God) and have a lot to account for!

I am furious as I spent a lot of time and money making a hugh quantity of healthy salsa for my diet. This included a lot of fresh vegetables and jalepenos peppers, etc. I tasted it after it is combined and its SWEET and horrible! Why did Walmart have to add high fructose corn syrup to their brand of diced tomatoes? I bought a case of this. Walmart should be sued for contributing to the health problems caused by Obesity as they are so irresponsible to put high frutose corn syrup in a product that does not need it. They are contributing to the addiction people are having with food! High fructose corn syrup is sugar at the extreme refined level and is addicting.

I have been buying chicken thighs at Walmart for a while now. I buy them for my cats and dog, and sometimes buy chicken breasts for the family. I have been buying chicken for 45 years and am suddenly finding hematomas on at least one package every week. Apart from being very unappetizing, I do believe this means the chicken was injured while still alive and this is very disturbing. Today I found one on a chicken breast. I have never had this problem at any other store.

I am presently looking for another place to buy the chicken at a similar price but I am also going to delve deeper into the reason for these marks. I know PETA will probably be able to give me an idea if excess cruelty is being used.

i am partialy handicapet i go to the store 3-4 times week. the restrooms are never cleaned at a convient time from 8-10. you never know wich to go to. i go to florida every year. they clean them at night. they should try to clean them early enough so you dont have to run from back to front. i have ahard time doing this. thanks

purchase of faulty product or product not upp to standards

I have made several purchases of your products, thinking they were good reputable items. It turn out after purchasing two of your big knife block sets along with other product, they really weren't worth it at all. I am not sure as to what type of stainless you are using but it seems to be very, very cheap. Your product says dishwasher safe but after washing them in the dishwasher or by hand every item gets rust on it in some form or another. The knives easily break while in use. Not expecting them to be the best product in the world but I did expect them to last more than one use without getting dull or rusting.

I am a healthcare provider and a manager for an Outpatient Surgery Center. I understand quality and accountability for providing a service/product. I am disappointed with Great Value brand whole leaf spinach. Today I nearly swallowed a piece of wood approximately 1 inch in length. The spinach was stirred and heated on the stove without my noticeing anything in it. It was stuck in the back of my throut until I gagged it forward (and nearly vomitted). It has seriously scratched the back of my throat. I will no longer purchase Great Value Brand canned vegitables. I have become less and less impressed with Wal Mart products in general over the past 3 years. If my throat does not feel better in the AM, I will seek medical attention.

Scratched throat. Questionable medical follow up.

I responed to a request on my sales receipt to fill out a survey. When I got into tyhe web site there was no survey questions. I was told I might receive a $1000 gift card for Walmart. I am now bombard with unsolicited e-mails, as much as 35 per day.

It is just a nuisance. I just want a stop to the e-mails.

i was standing in line to be checked out she ask if i was ready to be checked out i said yes she told me to go to the service desk i started to go to the service desk i stoped to get a magazine she come over and told me to go to the service desk and the girl at the service desk would check me out i told her that i was going to get a magazine and i would be there in a min i went to the service desk put my purchases on the desk there was a bicycle was in the way in front of the cash registure when i ckecked out i had to walk around to the debit card machine to swipe my card the bicycle was a safety hazard i ask that the bicycle be moved the girl moved the bicycle it about three feet and left it proped up on the counter

I bought Equate green mint mouth from Walmart. I put it on my granite bathroom sink. The next day, I went in there and picked it up, it left a permanent circle on my granite sink. It is as wide as the bottle. I don't know if it's the ingredients that stained it, or the plastic container it is made out of. There was no leak in the bottle. I'm very upset about this product.

There is no 800 number on the bottle. How do I get a new bathroom counter top? I can't get it off with anything. Please direct me in the right location. Thank you very much for your time.

Our local Houghton Michigan Walmart puts their price tags over the expiration date on baby food and dairy products on a regular basis. Is this legal? Can anything be done to correct this situation?

On January 8, 2008 I was in Walmart. Ireached for a twelve (12) pack of water, when suddenly a twelve pack of water fell on my head which resulted in incruciating headaches for three days. The headaches stopped, so I did not go to the doctor. Unfortunatly I did not go to the doctor. I talked with of the managers (did not get her) name). She took down the information on a form and assured me that someone would be calling me on Friday, February 9. No one called on Friday.

I went back to Walmarts to talk to another manager. She said the manager that took the information was not in that day. The second manager assured that some from Walmart's corporate office would be calling me. I am incensed that no one ever called me to inquire how I was feeling. Customers who are injured in Walmart's should not be lied to and teated like they do not matter. I would like to know the status of the report and my injury.

Because the 12 pack of water fell on my head, I had headaches for two days. Since then I am very afraid to get items from the top shelf at Walmart. I should be compensated for Walmart's negligence in placing items on real high shelfs that customers cannot reach. It poses a hazard to customers attempting to reach items placed on the top shelf.

The Home Styles Large Kitchen Cart with the stainless steel top and wheels attached is a hazard to a toddler. When the child pulls out the drawers the cart can and will topple over and the child could be injured or due to the weight of the cart, killed. A warning should be issued with the purchase of these carts.

Removing the wheels has stabilized the cart and has made it safer for toddlers.

I am a senior and I use a moterized cart when I come to shop. Thanks you for their convenience. I am sure when you lay out your store and create aisles you never take into consideration the person riding in one of your carts. To go into the ladies wear, men's wear and shoe departments in your store are a accident waiting to happen not to mention just not being able to manuver at all. I have often wished I could shop in these departments however I stay clear of them if I possibly can. This definitly limits my shopping and buying power as well as my enjoyment in these departments.

Knocked down displays. Frustration coming from the inability of going where I want to shop.

I purchased a pair of coveralls for work. When I got home I tried them on. I then reached int the pocket and felt something cut me. When I pulled it out it was a boxcutter blade. The next day I tried contacting a Walmart manager on the phone. I was put on hold many times and I never did speak to a manager.I was afraid something was on the blade so i went to the doctor. I was given a shot.

Finally I went to Walmart and told them what had happened. I spoke to the assistant manager. He then went to the back to get a claims paper. When he returned he had that a manager with him. The manager started asking questions so I told him what had happened. I then preceeded to fill out the claims paper. I finished it and handed it to the assistant manager. He told me someone from the insurance company would contact me.

Mr S from CMI call me once and left a messessage to contact him. I tried numerous times to contract him but was never able to talk to him. I did get his answering machine and left messages for him. About a week later I received a letter from CMI the insurance company saying Walmat was not responsible for what happend. They were giving the clain to the manufactor which is Walls Industries Inc. . They letter went on to say if I had any problems I was to contact Walls. The letter that CMI sent had my name all wrong.

I received a cut finger which resulted in me going to see a Doctor and getting a shot. I do not know what was on that blade.

Just wanted to make buyers beware of what happened to us today on Christmas. I bought my husband an electric razor from Wal-Mart. He opened it to use this moring and it was USED!!!!! How gross is that? I am pretty sure this a health violation

Forever paranoid about razors. Oh the trauma! LOL -Just wanted to make buyers aware. This is very unhealthy to buy a razor that has been returned to Wal-mart! I think the staff should check returned merchandise just a little closer.

I was shopping w/ my son (Gavin--5 mo.). I was finished with my shopping and went into the bathroom to change my son's diaper. I used to changing table in the front of the restroom. When I was finished I ficked him up and folded the changing table back up. I proceeded to put him in his car seat, as I was bending over the metal changing table came down and hit me really hard on the right side of my head. My son starting crying really hard...I am not sure if it hit him or not. I am pretty sure it did not hit him because I did not notice any marks or bumps on him. I think it just startled him because I yelled.

There was a Wal-mart associate in the bathroom that heard me (she did not see to incident happen). She asked me what happened and if I was okay...and informed me that I needed to speak with a manager and submit an incident report. I left the bathroom and went to the Customer service desk after taking my items to the car and inspecting my son and making sure he was okay. I waited for a manager and he came, I told him what happened and he handed me a form a told me to fill it out. He didn't be concerned, he actually seemed upset that he had to deal with me. I apologized for taking him away from his daily duties. I did inform him that I was as much concerned for myself as I was for my 5 month old. He said...well I highly doubt that it hit him because of the wau you describe the incident. He did not ask me if I was okay or anything. I feel that the incident could have been handled in a more professional manner. I wanted to submit this complaint so that it is documented, being is that I am not sure what happened to the form after I filled it out. Thank you!

I have a knot on the back right side of my head

i cut the back of my hand reaching for the divider used on the grocery belt on saturday dec.6th it was the 3rd line from the right door..it bled quite profusely the clerk called the manager who came back with a 2x2 piece of gauze. no tape-no antiseptic-no first aid. well i just wanted to get out of there and i left holding the 2x2 piece of gauze and pushing my cart with the other . i got to the car and found out i couldn't drive while holding the gauze and the steering wheel. so i sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for the hand to stop bleeding and then i drove home and treated my hand.. i just feel bad that the manager did not bring a sealed piece of gauze and an antiseptic of some kind.. i do not know where her hands have been..

bought pecan divinity. found ceramic chips in a piece of divinity.

I shop at walmart all the time i went to walmart to get me some holiday decorations and a outdoor timer for the lights well the out door timer caught my decorations on fire and caused a fire in my front yard when i purchased the timer from walmart i threw the package away but had the recent and the ladies in customer service was rude and so was the manager telling me that the timer i purchased was not a walmart merchandise and that i was not able to get money back and i was lieing and that i stole the item then they told me that the cashier rung the item up and removed it and stuck it in the bag and they acted like i caused the fire of my own .

i did not want my money back i wanted a new item or a reason why this happen or i wanted my money back if i could or a new item i am out of a decoration and a bush in the front yard because of the outdoor timer that caught and shortened the decorations and caused a fire. i was ticked off made a scene and they wanted to call the cops on me i purchased other things like a spiral tree that was broken and they resold it they stock broken things and then restock them when people bring them back it is a resell thing it could be the most dangerous thing and they re sell it like it is ok . They treat people like morons like we are the ones that know things catch on fire or break . some people are dishonest and the ones that are honest they want to treat them like morons i think it is not right i think that walmart needs to sell better things not broken crap if i wanted broken crap i would go to a outlet store or something to buy it other wise what is the time or the patience to get broken things it is a waste and i have no time or the patience to shop if walmart is going to restock the shelves with broken crap.

my bushes and my front of my house caught on fire it shorted a outlet plug out and caught my front of my decorations on fire the out door timers they sell is junk and so is those spiral trees they sell is junk

i am appalled to hear about the man who died in long island, ny. it is ridiculous to think that a time meant for fun and Christmas spirit has turned into fights, yelling, and even death! i believe that next year should be different. there should be a sale but maybe not as much so there could be more items (example: 20 tvs for $50 should be more like 45 tvs for $75.) they still make money, we still save, and people aren't as horrible.

my family, friends, and i will no longer attend black friday sales until things change.

My son tripped and fell into one of walmart peg racks and cut his neck open, required to be dermabonded shut at local hospital, filed an accident report through walmart and recieved a letter a few weeks later that they did not feel responsible for the $2200 hospital bill that resulted in this, how are they not responsible if something in their store can do that damage? Mind you my son was 6 years old at the time. People say I should contact a lawyer what should I do?

Scar on my sons neck and an unpaid hospital now on my credit report for $2200.

We bought the product at Walmart in portage, because our undercounter canopener broke. We decided to purchase a OneTouch canopener for something new. The next day I decide to open some hash for lunch and when I did I sliced my finger. I think this product should be taken off the market or changed. This product cuts the cans on the side instead of the top. This in turn makes the top sides of the can very sharp.

I'm 54 years old and have opened alot of cans in my day and I have not seen a canopener so dangerous. If a child were to stick their hand into a can after it being cut with this canopener it could easily cut there wrist because of a childs arm being shorter. I know I would not allow my grandchildern to use this product. After this canopener opens the can the top sides are so sharp its like a razor blade. Please do something about this product before someone else gets hurt worst then I did.

Deep slice to top of finger on the right hand.

I received an email today with the header Walmart subject line: Important Notification. Once I opened up the email it stated the following: You have been randomly chosen to access the Walmart 2 steps November Satisfaction Survey and win a 350.00 $ gift certificate . Please click here and complete the form to claim your reward .Thank you This is an automated message, you do not have to reply.

After you click on to complete the survey it then directs you to complete your banking information (Debit Card) Pin# and CRV code. After you have completed the information it takes you directly to the Walmart website. I immediately realized after conducting a websearch on internet scams that this was a form of Identity Theft and called me bank immediately to submit a new card to me. Just thought this information would be helpful to alert others about this scam. I learned a valuable lesson not to respond to those type of emails. Hope this information is useful.

My Dad ran into a pole at walmart, the poles paint had worn off and it was hard to see, turns out one week early the same poll was hit and kids were taken to the hospital, Dad was thinking they should cover repair cost I'm wondering why the pole was not painted or flagged after the first vichicle hit it.

approx. 4000 damage to car neglect, something should have been done after the first acident, still nothing done

i purchased a bottle of 80 court advil gel caps today 11/07/08 and when i got home and opened the box, that did not appear to be damaged, i found that inside was not gel caps, but a completely different product all together. it is aspirin l, round tablets. when my sister got home from work i showed her and she asked if the seal was broken on the bottle, i told her it did not have a seal, but it had cotton in the top, which is odd also.

i of course did not take this medication and my sister looked at it and she notice it looked like the seal had been cut as there was still some inside the lip. how could this happen? i am afraid to buy more as i may get the same thing again. i have been taking gel caps for a long time and nothing like this has ever happened

On 6-23-08 I had a nasty fall inside the store #2883 located in Frisco, Texas. Due to wet floor conditions and no signage for the public, I slipped as I was coming into the store with my son who is 13 yrs old.

the manager on duty and the Shift Incharge person witnessed all this, and then the Night Manager asked me to fill out a report and asked me to call theTele# given to me in the morning. I needed assistance to get to my car, as I could not walk because my knee was hurt due to the fall and left knee getting twisted.

I finally with the help of the motorized cart, got to my car somehow with help from my 13 yr old son, and drove home.

Next day I called the Personnel Dept, and a Claim# was provided (5571517) and was referred to call another person named Kelly Williams at 800-599-9906 ext 6658. for assistance.

It was acknowledge that a claim was valid and he would check his sources and get back with me in 2 wks to a 30 days max. Since then i have tried to reach him several times, via phone contact and even a formal letter sent to him. Now my calls are not returned or he never responds to any mail or any messages left for him for this injury claim.

I have gone to the doctor several times for tests, and taken RX medicines for the pain I have suffered. Mr. Kelly denied my proposed visit for a MRI as suggested by the doctor because he will not pay for it upfront, and which I could not complete because he now never contacts me at all. I have all details of calls made so far and the letter sent to him in response to this claim.

This is now like I do not exist and that all of this is just a joke with WALMART STORES INC. I am on the verge of writing to the President of the company about this.
