This was the first company to show up when "googling" for tickets to an event. They had a misleading link - thinking I was going to actual venue. Tickets were 3 times the amount that the venue was selling them for.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I am appalled at this company and how they can do what they are doing! Their website is deceiving! I thought I was buying tickets from a legitimate place, but came to find out they are charging more than double what the actual ticket costs! They sold me tickets that didn't even go on sale yet! I just hope and pray that I will actually get my tickets! When I called to dispute the charge and ask to cancel it, they were beyond rude! Do not use this joke of a company! You will pay dearly!

After purchasing these tickets to a Mana concert at the American Bank center, it popped to my head that I never researched the website I just paid for my tickets. I bought 2 floor tickets that I paid $95 each plus a $22.33 service fee plus a $7.50 e-ticket fee! The total came out to $242.16! Then I came to this website, and I realized from all the reviews, I got duped! I almost had a heart attack from realizing that I probably won't get my tickets or get crappy seats! I'm going to my bank tomorrow to dispute this charge that is going to come out of my account. Don't buy your tickets from Official Online Tickets!

After reading the other people's comments, I realized I was duped, like they were, into thinking that I was buying my tickets from the legitimate site. They even showed a seating chart and now I've come to find out that I paid a lot more than the ticket was worth. I just hope that it is a legitimate seat and I'll know better next time. I even tried cancelling with my credit card but found out that it would have to be disputed and I don't think I could win that dispute.

Their site looked like it was the official site for Kellar Auditorium. I selected premium seats, received a call that the only tickets available were in limited view and he could give me other tickets in a different section. When I said I didn't want that, the operator became belligerent. When I said I wanted my money back, he said I couldn't because I had agreed to buy these tickets. By then I realized that I was not dealing with a reliable ticket agency. I will file a fraudulent purchase complaint with my credit chard charge. When I went to the real ticket site, I purchased better seats for less money. This company is not legitimate. Do not use, bait and switch company.

I went to what I thought was the site for the State Theatre in Cleveland and was redirected to these people. It all looks legit, like they are the official ticket agent for the venue. I ordered the tickets, gave them a credit card number and then I got a confirmation email from another place called Amazing Tickets.com saying the tickets would sip around March 7.
On February first, I got a FedEx envelope with just a receipt inside and no tickets. The receipt clearly states the tickets will ship on Mar 7. I called yesterday (March 16) to ask when the tickets would be shipped, and they rudely told me that they were in the envelope that I received on February 1. I said they were not. I was then accused of not paying attention when I opened the envelope, and that there was nothing they could do but sell me two more tickets. The funny thing was, they became aggressive and obnoxious almost from the start. They went on the offensive, told me I was wrong and that they were not capable of making a mistake.

I purchased tickets online from "Official Online Tickets for the Cirque du Soleil - Dralion" performance at 1st Bank Center (formerly name Broomfield Center) in Broomfield, Colorado. The domain name is 'centerbroomfield.com' which is deceptively similar to 'Broomfield Center' which is the former name of where the performance will take place.
The first line of the webpage banner reads, "1st Bank Center", which allows one to believe they are on 1st Bank Center's website. The second line reads, "Powered by Official Online Tickets. Not Affiliated with Official Site." The first sentence is certainly true, but the second is ambiguous. If one thought they were viewing the actual 1st Bank Center website, one could easily believe that the second sentence was saying that the 1st Bank Center webpage was not affiliated with the Cirque du Soleil organization.
When I received my two tickets for $243 each (plus 2 x $55.89 service charges), I discovered I had been duped into paying $622.78 for two $90 tickets. Official Online Tickets undoubtedly has designed their website to mislead consumers.

I went to Official Online Tickets to order tickets to Dralion in Denver and they were listed at $124 plus all of stupid fees associated with it, which sucks, but I get it. The total came to $320 and change. When I received the tickets, they were marked at $75 seats, **! I paid an extra $49 per ticket! So I went to tickethorse, not only to find better seats, but $138 cheaper for everything!
I tried calling the company and asked the lady how she would feel if a company charged her extra for 2 tickets, and she said she would totally do it. Don't even freaking tell me you would do that, no one would do that if they knew this company was fraudulent and charging people out of the ** for tickets marked up that high! I could get cheaper tickets from a scalper! Don't ever order tickets through this website!

Do not order from them. You will be sorry. We ordered tickets and received tickets way in the back in the handicapped row. Paid 4 times retail. They used third party vendors who do not answer their phones or return emails ever. They take no responsibility for who they outsource these tickets to. Again, do not use them.

We spent over $540.00 for two Jason Aldean VIP concert tickets, VIP entrance, seating, food, wine, beer, and club seating. What a joke, there was no VIP entrance at the venue so we waited in line to get into the concert with general admission, then when we got inside, we waited in line again to get to an over crowded, over sold out club box with no seating. The beer and wine was a joke, so you had to buy drinks. The tickets does not say VIP entrance so no one knew what we were talking about, but it was on our receipt.

I googled Rascal Flatts in Hershey and was taken to the official online tickets website. I purchased three tickets for $778.83 on Oct 17, 2011. The concert is on Jan 14th, 2012. My credit card was charged but I never received the tickets. I kept calling and was promised the tickets would be sent out in a few days. This company is a huge scam.

Online "Bait and Switch" when in most U.S. States is illegal, and "official online tickets" should be held liable. In November 2011, I needed to purchase tickets for "War Horse" in Lincoln Center, NY for any date after December 25, 2011. The "Official Online Ticket" site (which was internet linked from the official Lincoln Center site) advertised better "premium" seating located in the center and rear priced at roughly 3 times the face value for the Lincoln Center online price.
The purchase was made, and the "official online" switch occurred when the tickets delivered (from yet another 3rd party in Washington State) were in the extreme right side, the tickets were actually printed from the "TeleCharge" website. I will be making another complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Lincoln Center directly.

I was sold tickets that do not have assigned seats. This company also charged a service fee of $36.00 and a shipping fee of $15.00. I could have bought the same tickets anywhere else without the added fees. I thought I was getting tickets directly from the venue but I was misled by Official Online Tickets. It was a scam.

I purchased two tickets advertised as $59 each. There was no other option that HP Pavilion listed for ticket sales. I had to pay an expensive service fee as well as shipping charges. When I received my tickets, they were only worth $23 a piece. I called to speak to somebody and she was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. I will never purchase anything with this company again. I feel that the amount I paid, $140, was completely ridiculous, seeing as I should have only been charged $46.

Same as all of the other complaints. This unethical company charged me 125% mark-up (face of $72 versus their charge of $162 per ticket), plus service charge of $37 per ticket. Total charge was $413, though should have only been about $160.
There should be legislation put into place that requires these online companies to show the face value of the ticket and make you confirm that you have seen the face value and are comfortable paying a 100+% mark-up. Obviously, if this were the case, these companies would be out of business, as they should be. In addition, these websites make theirs look like the official site of the venue, though in fine print they state otherwise; a fraudulently deceptive marketing ploy. Very poor business practices and unethical, but unfortunately, they are able to get away with it.

Purchased tickets in a specific section and row for a local event. Received tickets for a different section and row.
Complained to both official-tickets-online.net via email and phone call, as well as the seller, Song Entertainment 3, who essentially said "tough", sales are final, no refunds or exchanges, sell them at StubHub if you don't want them. I've been on hold with official-tickets-online for 1/2 an hour now and no one has bothered to respond. Deceptive practices, fraudulent sales. We are stuck with tickets we did not purchase. No recourse as to getting the correct ones. Someone needs to stop these people.

After a search on the desired event, I was led to a website that presented itself as "official" tickets. The illusion is that you are buying tickets at face value directly from a legitimate venue. At no time did I notice that this was not the case. Directly after, I received an email saying that the tickets would be FedExed. That was the first sign that something was not right. In calling, I was never connected within a half hour before hanging up. When I received the tickets I realized I was duped into buying tickets at twice the face value and unreasonable handling and shipping was added to the cost of the above market prices. What a scam.
I've returned the tickets, called them and got nowhere. I cancelled the transaction with my credit card company. After another 40 minutes on the phone, I was told there was nothing that can be done and asked to speak to a manager who was too busy to talk to me and was placed back on hold. I was told that anything that I had done would be ignored. In requesting names and addresses of the business, I was denied that information.

I purchased 2 tickets for the play "Memphis" at the Hippodrome Theater in Baltimore. Ticket price was $139.00 per seat plus service fee of $31.97. When I received the tickets, the face value of the tickets were only $65.00. When I called to question the value, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it as it was sold by a 3rd party company. They told me, "Too bad, and we will not refund your ticket or take them back." I could not believe that I had just gotten ripped off. Please let everyone know never to use this company or a company by the name of Xceptional events tickets as this was the 3rd party vendor they used.

We purchased two tickets for the Trans Siberian Orchestra for $62 in Section 209 Rows 1-15. The tickets we received were in the name of Steve *** and were $29 face value. When I called to question the difference, Antoine, the customer service representative, was rude and argued with me saying that they are an intermediary company and sell tickets that are of equal or better quality. Our ticketed seats were five sections away from center and our promised tickets were three rows away from center, therefore, not an even exchange. He continued to argue with me. I then asked him to put me through to his manager. It took me asking five times before he put me through to a manager.
Lynn, the manager, started off pleasantly and explained the same 'policies' to me and helped me find the policies on their website and then proceeded to chastise me for not reading the fine print. I then told her that I would go ahead and dispute the charges through my credit card, she became belligerent and berated me for not reading their fine print. I am embarrassed to say that at this point I lost my temper and then hung up on her. However, I did not feel that her tone nor harsh words were appropriate for a customer service representative. Beware. They are a third party merchant. Brokers purchase standard rate tickets and jack up the prices to make a massive profit.

I bought tickets for a Selena Gomez concert for my 8 year old daughter and I and did not get the tickets. I was told the tickets would be emailed within a couple of hours but they never came and we missed the concert. Aaabesttickets.com, aaatickets.com and official-online-tickets.com are all associated and no one can help. People should be warned that individuals are selling their tickets through these website and they resell the tickets to get top dollar and then you are scammed out of your money.

I purchased four tickets to a concert from their website. I was under the impression that this was the official site of the venue--my mistake, but they clearly designed it to appear that way.
The tickets were listed at $119 each, and ended up including a service fee of $22.02 each and forced me to choose a premium delivery (another $15). All told, I paid $579.08. When I received the tickets, they were for different seats entirely. Worse still, they had a face value of $50 each. That's right, a 140% markup.
The service fees alone are nearly 50% of the face value. I had no idea that I was going to be the victim of a bait-and-switch operation. I contacted the company, and was informed that they have a no-refunds, no-exchange policy and refused to make amends. The position of the representative was that the seats were worth that much in market value. I'm not sure how, given that they're not great, and the concert is not sold out.
I'm angry at myself for falling for such a scam, but angrier still at this company for deliberately misleading consumers and refusing to take responsibility for their actions. This is outright fraud.

On February 14, I ordered 3 tickets to the Train concert playing at Tanglewood, Lenox, MA. On this website, the ticket price was $137 each. Nowhere did it show the actual price of each ticket. I was also charged additional $30.14 for each ticket for a service charge and $15.00 delivery fee. The total came to $516.42. When I received the tickets, the price on the tickets was $56.00 each.
How can a company charge more than double the original price. Should they be made to disclose the actual value so consumers like me can decide if this is what they want to pay for tickets only worth half as much? I have called, emailed and have not been able to get to talk to anyone. Thank you for all the help you can give me.
