The air conditioning unit for my apartment stopped working, I called the rental office and asked for them to fix my air conditioning unit. This happened around the first part of september. It took the people in charge of these apartments a week to get my air conditing unit replaced. During that week without air conditioning the temperatures inside my apartment were over 100 degrees and my apartment felt like the inside of an oven. It should not have taken the apartment management a week to replace my air conditioning unit.

Whenever I have a maintenance related problem with my apartment I have to go tell the people in charge at the rental office 3 or 4 times about the problem before they ever even start getting the maintenance problem fixed. This has been extremely frustrating and upsetting for me. It is like the people in charge at the rental office do not care about the residents (what am I paying rent for?).

Recently my hot water heater has not been working properly. The problem is when I am taking a shower the water will only be hot for a short period of time and then becomes cold. I do not like cold showers. I have told the people in charge at the rental office about this maintenance problem 3 or 4 times already. They claim that there is nothing wrong with my hot water heater. The hot water heater in my apartment appears old and i think it needs to be replaced.
