I' m complaining about the poor managment of the leasing office. On Wednesday August 2nd, I came back from work around 7 PM. I went to the bathroom to satisfy my needs and noticed that the water could not flush out of the toilet seat. I called the emergency maintenance service at once because to me it seemed pretty serious.

First of all the maintenance guy came without any tools to assess the problem, he left, and was back in an hour later with some help and his tools. They tried everything they could with no success. They then called a more structured plumbing company for help. Anyway, that company finally arrived around midnight, start drilling, making all kind of noises and could not fix the problem In the meantime, everyone in the apartment is stuck, can't sleep, and can't take a shower. And to top all that, the sewage waters had filled all the bathrooms and run under the carpet and reached out all the three bedrooms. Now very bad odors have become our apartment air freshener. We had to wear boots to avoid any contact with this festival of bacteria.

The pipe was left opened for two days and we could even see dirty water flushing down on us coming from the upper apartment. I've taken pictures to corroborate this entire pitiful situation.

As I'm putting this in writing the apartment remains in that condition. I don't think anything that I' m putting in writing here can explain the inconvenience we faced and still living in now.
