Glass BowlPier 1 has received nine reports of the glass base separating from the bowl, resulting in seven cuts to consumers.

The candleholders were made in China. The price sticker on the bottom of the candleholder reads "SKU 1920833."

Pier 1 Imports sold the candleholders through its retail stores and on-line nationwide from March 2002 through the beginning of October 2003 for about $12.
