Groovy Fashions, Sassy Jammies Doll Clothing Sets Recalled

The Manhattan Group is recalling about 9,200 sets of doll clothes because they contain excessive levels of lead.

The recalled doll clothing set features a two-piece pajama set, eye mask and slippers. The pajama top is pink satin and the pants are dark brown with multi-colored flowers printed on them.

The doll clothes, made in Indonesia, were sold at mail order, Internet and specialty gift stores nationwide from January 2008 through October 2008 for about $12.

Consumers should take the product away from young children immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund or store credit.

The recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
