Charm shapes include silver-colored crosses, suns, moons, stars, butterflies, cupids, angels, keys, elephants, hands, cell phones, fish, and shoes. The items were sold through vending machines located in malls, discount, department and grocery stores nationwide from February 2007 through March 2007 for 25 cents. Consumers should immediately take the recalled rings and necklaces away from children and throw them away.
