Littermaid - Privacy Tent

I bought the Littermaid privacy tent and had it for maybe 2 weeks and my kitten jumped on top of it and it busted into pieces. I contacted the customer service department at Littermaid hoping to leave a comment about the cheap design and they were very rude and didn't care to hear about my problem. I spent $40.00 for the tent and it is junk.

I have purchased the Littermaid and I also purchased the tent that goes around it. The litter box works great, I have had it for almost a year and so far no problems. The problem I do have is I spent $30.00 on the tent and some of the plastic poles broke. Also, the ramp that comes with the litter box broke. I think if you are going to sell products that cost over $88 and sell other things like the tent for $30 you should have replacement parts.

I would have to pay $30.00 to replace the tent and a whole new litter box in order to get the ramp which is $89.00 plus tax. If you don't have the tent then the litter flys everywhere.
