Web Savers Club

Henderson, NV

Lisa of belding, MI August 15, 2010

I had written a complaint about websavers, that took my money out of my account without being informed. I didnt relize that it was happing to everybody. I had went to my bank and was refunded my money back that these non english talking took out of my account. And i closed it and their not getting anything else from me. Because your not really getting a loan because their getting there money without consent on top of when you need to pay the loan off that you so called got. Us Americans are so very stupid and feel for all that got scammed. You all need to close your accounts and never go through any payday loan sights. Im very sorry for all.

deanna of lansing, MI August 13, 2010

They debited my acct 29.95 that gave me over draft fees. I called them they said they would take care of it. The next day the debited it again with another over draft charge and then they so called putting it back. So they really never put the money back

Kenya of Akron, OH August 6, 2010

heather of racine, WI July 23, 2010

had 2 seperate charges within a week of each other come out of my acct. one for 29.98 and one 29.95, when i called i was informed that i had agreed to the terms of the contract and that they would refund the 29.95 but the 29.98 is non refundable.

tandeka of Hayward, CA July 22, 2010

I was charged 29.00 for applying for a loan. I was told that this was a added bonus? I'm on a fixed income SSI disability and do not understand how I was charged for applying for a loan??

Denise of Brooklyn, NY July 16, 2010

I filled out a couple of online applications for a payday loan. I checked my account the next day and there is a charge from Web Savers for 29.98 deducted from account. I spoke with a rep who could barely speak english. After numerous attempts of trying to explain to me how she got my info, I told I didnt care and that I wanted the manager. She put Mario on the phone who kept telling me that they cant refund my money, but they can cancel the memebership. I told him that he better cancel it, because I never authorized it. He kept apologizing and telling me that I cant get my money back. I asked for his boss and he told me that his boss does not take phone calls.

I got my cancellation number from him and told him that I will see him in court. now I have to go through the aggrevation of filing a fraud dispute with my bank. This company is full of non-english speaking thieves that take pleasure out taking peoples money. I have an emergency to rent a car and go pick up my 2 babies from VA. I had every penny accounted for, and now I am not sure if I can go get them. I am a single mother of 5 kids, I cannot afford to have unneccessary monies taken out of my account.

Tara of Loveland, OH July 11, 2010

I talked to Monica C. she said that my account would be taken care of.Yes she did continue on about what they had to offer.I explained to her that I was a telemarketer before and that when someone says NO they mean NO.That it isn't right to take advantage of the information provided and that I never received anything stating that any funds would be taken out of my checking account, which was in the amount of 29.98 had been taken out of it.I also informed her that I am not the only one this has happened to and it isn't right. It made my account go under even more which put it into a negative.I'm hoping all will be resolved.I also notified my bank as well.

Pamela of Chatham, IL July 6, 2010

Checked my bank account, saw 29.98 was done by electronic check. I have never heard of this Company....I googled and found a ph# contacted someone who I could very understand. I asked to cancel and refund my money....she said they could not do that. Kept trying to offer me specials, I refused and asked to speak with a manager. Was informed no one could help me...So I will stop by my bank and do an unauthorized draft and will dispute with this company.

timmy of rocksprings, WY June 19, 2010

i applied for a loand and refused it and got 29.98 taken out of my bank account. It almost overdrafted me but my family covered it to avoid that.
