Extremely high shipping charges. I canceled my order and keep getting charged money on my card. It's a complete rip off! It's a scam! Do not buy this **. I called many times and got no satisfaction.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I ordered a product based on a telephone offer. Shipping (from Canada, as it turned out) was nearly the price of the product. When it arrived, and I examined it closely, I learned that it was identical to the one I owned, and had purchased from my local drug store for half the price, less, of course, shipping and handling. I am returning, but will have to pay shipping to Canada, forfeit the shipping I paid, and will not end up whole.

They would not cancel my order. I called customer service, but got no help. I called the LLC main office at 818-217-2000, and spoke to Collena ** in their so called legal department, but still, no help. I suggest you call her anyway, because she seemed rather skeptical to anyone who had problems with orders. I asked her how she slept at night. Apparently, no problem. I cancelled my credit card so they can not keep charging me, and will file a dispute with the bank for a full refund.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 pair of inserts, online at the official company website. The website wrongly recorded my order. When I contacted the company by phone, I thought I had straightened out the order.
When I finally received the order, I got 12 pairs instead of two (none of them the correct size) and was charged accordingly on my credit card, plus postage and handling for 2 separate packages. I have mailed the order back to the company in certified mail. I was told by a company representative that I would be charged $19.95 for a processing fee upon their receipt of returned items. This is an American company using cheap labor in India, and the people working there obviously don't give a damn.

I ordered replacement Walkfit for my husband. The company cashed the check and has yet to send the package. When I call the 1-800 432-05378, it is someone in South Asia and the English is terrible/very bad. The lady was reading a script and could not answer any of my questions regarding the replacements. Finally, I requested to the supervisor and she states the order will arrive in two-three weeks.
Well, let just say I have yet to receive the package. Either send the replacement Walkfit or send me my money back. It is only $5.95, but it is my money. Why doesn't Walk-Fit Inc, have a customer service in the United States? I do not trust oversees company.

I ordered from the infomercial. I am a diabetic. There was no mention during the infomercial that the inserts were not recommended for diabetics. There also was no mention of the ridiculous break-in period. I kept them because I knew it wouldn't be worth my while to try to return them and get my money back but I for whatever reason, kept them around and finally decided to just mark them Return To Sender and let them have to pay the return postage. I sure wish I had read everyone's horror stories before I ordered.

I ordered the Walkfit for the price of $19.95, but turns out that I never received such order and I was charged twice, over $80 and they only want to credit my account for $19.95, and in order for me to receive my money back, I have to call back in 10 days for an approval, approval of what?, to get my money back!?

I ordered Walkfit Platinum with Joint Support pills. I was told that I had 30 days to refund the product. I returned the product. I called and canceled everything. I was then charged $44.85 for an "automatic shipment" of Joint Support pills. I contacted a very rude customer service lady regarding my return and refund. She said that there was no record of me calling to cancel everything. She said that I would only be refunded once they received the products back, minus the shipping and handling. I could not understand her terrible English. I asked to speak to a supervisor 5 times before Sumit got on the phone and told me the same thing. This company is a scam and the government should shut them down! The product is horrible and they are taking people's money left and right here!

I placed an order for a pair of WalkFit's foot soles. When you place the order, their website forces you to go through at least 15 other pages where they solicit you to buy other products, including more of their foot soles. I carefully went through each page to make sure I don't end up ordering anything else than the one pair I ordered. At the end of my transaction, they didn't provide me with my subtotal which I thought was very odd. They emailed me a confirmation email of my order that also didn't list the price of my order.
I knew the product was $19.95 plus tax based on what they advertised on their website. When I received their package, I saw that they sent me 2 pairs of the foot soles and billed me $65.03. I was very upset about this because:
1) I know I did not order a second pair.2) The second pair was 2 sizes bigger than the pair I ordered.
3) I learned that shipping was $9.95 for the soles, which I am perfectly fine with except they billed me twice! One for the soles I did order and another for the foot soles I did not order.
I called their customer service line and spoke to someone from India. I was told that I can return their product that I did not order and pay for the return shipping, but that I was also responsible for paying the shipping and handling charge for the 2nd pair. So to break down the math, even after they refund me the 19.95 of the soles I did not order, I still end up paying almost $50 when I should have paid $32.51. This is a 100% scam.

There should be a minus category for the rating system. This company is fraudulent, horribly deceptive and incredibly unethical!
I saw the infomercial and called but changed my mind before getting through recordings. I was called back within five minutes by a company representative who persuaded me to purchase and would guarantee s/h of only $5.95. I agreed and got the product. Within one week, my daughter and I realized that these stupid things were doing our feet more harm than good! Invoice said to call customer service to obtain return information/instructions. I called back on four separate occasions but only got recording; never a person.
After being on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes each time, I finally got a woman, named Shwepa on the phone, who told me that I was beyond my 30-day refund grace period. How can it have only a 30-day refund period if the insoles have a lifetime guarantee? I told her the whole "no refund" thing was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with her supervisor. She kept trying to talk in circles until after the third time and then transferred me to "Shane" after I growled at her. He told me the same thing that she had and I told him that it was unacceptable, especially since I had not been able to speak with them prior to the expiration of my refund window.
I Immediately filed with the Better Business Bureau against them. I also found out that they had over 200 complaints lodged against them already! They agreed after this to refund my money once they received their product back. I have confirmed they received the product but have not seen my refund as yet.
I called the company and was told on August 22nd 2011 by Mandeep that refund in the amount of $29.90 was coming to me. I told him in no uncertain terms that he better re-do his math and fast! I was owed $44.37 from the order after the initial s/h of $5.95 was deducted from the $50.32. He back pedaled and said it would be for $44.37 once tax was added. I think they are trying to rip me off for the regular s/h they usually charge but I have my invoice which proves s/h as $5.95 and I'm prepared to sue their assessment if they think for a second they are going to give me less than what is due back to me!

Want to avoid the WalkFit scam? Target stores sell WalkFit. No shipping or handling and no extra charges, and Target gives you a refund if you don't like the product. Bypass the online sales and TV ordering.

This company is horrible and I strongly recommend anyone not to purchase anything from this company! Read on for my horror story.
On January 4, 2011, I visited the Walkfit website. I followed the steps to place an order. I did not ever see a total for the purchase or a confirmation or a "submit to complete the order". After approximately six different screens of other offers, my Web browser closed/crashed. I logged back in and the browser crashed again, and a third time. I tried to call to verify that my order was not submitted. I reached a recording to call back between the times of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. I called the following day, January 5, 2011. I was advised that their computer system had crashed and they were experiencing technical difficulties. I was asked to call back the following day.
Approximately one week later, I received a package with 3 Walkfit devices. I was billed a total of $75.85 on my credit card. On January 18, 2011, I again called the customer service number and I spoke to Peter (ext. 0402) at 10:32 am. He stated that I could return the items, but I would be charged the shipping and handling charge for the three items ($9.95 x 3). I told Peter that I refused to pay the shipping and handling and I wanted a full refund. He stated that the website and company policy states that the product could be returned within 30 days, but only the product price would be refunded. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused to allow me to speak to him. He stated that I would have to call back in 5 to 10 minutes because his supervisor was on the phone. I asked for the supervisor's name and he refused to provide it. He stated that it was against company policy to provide that information.
I called back at 11:08 am and spoke to another operator, Jennifer (ext. 524). I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated that I could not until I advised her of the problem. I explained my situation and again I was advised about company policy and I could not get a full refund. After numerous demands to speak to a supervisor, she said he was on the phone and I need to call back 10 minutes later. I asked her what her supervisor's name was and she said it was Alan. I called back at 12:42 pm and spoke to another operator named Matthew. I asked for the supervisor and he told me that I needed to explain to him what the problem was. I explained the situation and he also told me that I would only be refunded the product price. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. He stated that he would explain the situation to the supervisor and put me on hold. After several minutes on hold, Matthew came back on and said the supervisor was unavailable. I asked if I could go to the factory in Rancho Cucamonga, which is local to me, and he stated no, I could not go, it was against company policy. I asked him if it was against company policy for me to speak to a supervisor or he was just refusing to connect me. He told me that he would again speak to his supervisor and put me on hold. A few minutes later he came back on the line and told me the supervisor authorized him to refund my full purchase. He required me to mail the items back and call back with a tracking number.
I mailed the Walkfit products back at the cost of $6.00 so I could get my refund of $75.85, which should not have been charged in the first place. This company is horrible and I strongly recommend anyone not to purchase anything from this company. But remember, if you're persistent, you may get the same result. Additionally, I believe their customer service department is in India somewhere due to the accents of the customer service representatives.
I was misled by the website, and unlike any other legitimate website, you are not advised of the true purchase price. I had to spend more money to ship the items back when I did not want it in the first place.

On TV, I saw their offer for insoles costing $19.95. I went on their website and found the same offer, even comparing this price with their regular price which was more than $200.00. So I ordered one pair of insoles for $19.95. On December 2, 2010, I saw on my Chase card statement that they had deducted $75.91. Right away, I wrote to them and told them that I only wanted to pay $19.95. If not, I didn't want the order. They never answered my complaint. Yesterday, December 9, 2010, I received a package containing not only the insoles which I had ordered, but 4 bottles of capsules called Yellex for an additional $29.95. Of course, they charged me the tax for the higher total, plus an enormous sum of $19.90 for shipment. Had I only received the insoles, taxes and shipping would have been much lower.
Today December 10th, I called them, talked to a man with an Indian accent and complained again. He said I could send it back but that I would have to pay for the big shipment. I didn't want to do that and told him that I wanted not less than $50.00 back. He refused. So now, I have written already to "Better Business" and from you. I hope that you can take some action against this unethical business behavior.

This company obviously makes their money on shipping and handling charges, which they add to each and every item ordered. If you order 2 of the same thing, you pay shipping and handling twice. If you return the product, they only credit the product and get to keep their exorbitant shipping and handling charges which are way more than the cost. If you order something from them and change your mind 2 minutes later or, as I did, decided to cancel even before you have finished the order process because their cheap sales gimmicks make you realize they are selling junk and making their money on shipping, sorry too late.
You can't cancel and they tell you to refuse the product when it arrives. Of course, once they get it back, you only get a fraction refund. They get to keep their shipping charges. I have disputed with American Express and I am certain AE will make them eat it since I have all the documentation to prove this outfits sleazy sales tactics!

I received more items than I requested and they billed me for it. When I called to tell them I had returned their product. They said, they will credit my account. They did but only for $19.95 ( they billed me over $100 ). They charged me again an automatic fee of $37.80 for items they said would be sent monthly and I did not order them. I cancelled the order. I have not heard from them. It cost me over $90, more than I thought I was ordering.

I ordered the Walkfit orthonics through As Seen on TV. When I called customer service to see why they charged my account and never received, thus far, my product I noticed that they don't even answer the phone with their business name, first clue that something was not right.
Three weeks later they charge my credit card $45 for some kind of joint pills that I never ordered. When I called about the charge, this foreign lady named Sapie gave me the run around until I told her that something seems shady. I'm going report them to the Better Business Bureau. I demanded my refund immediately, she finally agreed. Do not trust this business, something is shady!

I order the walk-fit from an infomercial, they added extra items I did not order. The following morning I called them, the order had not been placed at this time, so I informed them I wanted to cancel the order and my account credited. They said they could not do, that I to refuse shipment and then they would return the money. The man I spoke with was Sam with a heavy Indian accent.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office. I would urge anyone who has had a problem with them to do the same. I wished I had read the complaints before I ordered.

I purchased their walk fit orthotics. They started sending me something called Flex Relief in a bottle. I called them on September 15, 2010 at 4:27 p.m. Mountain Time to cancel their auto ship. They continue to ship product to me and charge me. I have called and received confirmation of cancellation numbers, but when I ask for that information in writing, they refuse to email it to me or fax it to me. I am sure they will continue to ship and charge me.
I have called three times to request written confirmation of cancellation and they tell me that their email service is down, or they can't fax me anything. They won't let me speak to someone in charge. I have acted calmly and then irately. They refuse to assist in any way. Don't do business with this company. I am sending a complaint to the California department of Consumer Affairs as well as Utah department of consumer affairs. They continue to charge my credit card 44.85 every month for something I do not wish to have or that I do not need.

They said they would cancel. They have been taking money for months and say they don't. I have proof on my bank account. They won't credit me. I have sent product back. I am now going to cancel my bank account to get them to stop.

Wanted to place an order on WalkFit web site. Filled in all the required information and thought that the order entry process will advise me the total order value and ask for me to accept or reject it before confirming the order. Well, WalkFit On-line order entry process does not give the buyer the option to either approve or cancel the order. Once you hit the submit order button, without telling you how much the total order value is, your order is confirmed. This is absolutely unethical and utter deception.

Walk Fit definitely uses business practices that are "suspect!" I, in good faith, placed an order via phone after viewing infomercial. Using the automated phone order system, and after giving my credit card number, I was bombarded with numerous supplement bargains, magazine offers, and additional shoe aids. This became increasingly annoying and was bordering on harassment!
I tried to cancel at that time or speak to customer service but neither was an option. After 15 minutes of sheer irritation, I closed the order. At that time, the system hung up on me--no confirmation number, no total of purchase (stupidly, I ordered 3!), and it was unclear if each pair would be charged. I called back immediately but customer service hours for Saturday were unavailable. So, I then wrote an email on the website to inform Walk Fit of my wishes to cancel. No response.
On Monday, I called customer service and was told that my order was not "in the system" yet and it may take 4-5 days. In retrospect, cancelling with my credit card may have been better. When the merchandise arrived, the original package was returned to UPS with a tracking number. When I requested for a return, I was credited $59. The original charge was $89 and some change! Okay, this was war! I was outraged that this amount was held when I asked for cancellation before processing of order!
Please, anyone wishing to order from Walk Fit, beware! Walk fast and away from this company! Today, two months after the order was placed, I had an unpleasant phone conversation with a customer service person, who then informed me that I should have been informed with the no return of in the event of a cancellation! You guessed it. I was never informed of this and the infomercial failed to mention it. At the time of the order, it was left out by the "fembot" on the other end. So I am awaiting a full return of charge at this writing. And the funny thing was that I was hung up on during that last call!

I ordered 2 WalkFit--one for my husband and one for myself on 02/09/2010 for a cost of $34.90 plus tax of $4.61, ship cost of $14.90, total $54.41. After several months of not using them, I followed the return instructions exactly. First, enclose the order form and package items in strong box. Second, return using Parcel Post to the Rancho Cucamonga address. Third, insure the package. Fourth, don't send C.O.D. I also called the 800 and left a message to inform that I was returning the items and supplied what my order number was along with my phone number.
Two weeks later on 7-13-10, I called after verifying the signature for confirmation that they had received the package. I spoke to Roger and after he looked up my order number, he confirmed the received package and said that a refund was being processed and that it would take 3-5 days more to process the refund. No mention was made that I didn't qualify for a refund.
On 07/22 12:30 p.m., I spoke to Andy and he informed me that no refund would be issued due to the fact that the refund policy was 30 days. I asked to speak with his supervisor Andy (ext. **) and he verified the no-refund but that the refund policy was for 60 days. There seemed to be a confusion even as to their understanding of their refund policy. Both said the refund policy was very clear and I asked where. I had not seen that on the return instructions but both said it was on the infomercial of their product. Nowhere else was this made clear and certainly not on the order invoice that was enclosed on the product when it was shipped to me. Otherwise I would not have returned the items. As it is now, I paid $54.41 to get the product and $18.25 to return the product and no compensation was being offered (such as a credit for another product, which I even suggested).

I ordered WalkFit orthotic insoles. My account was billed $82.65 which included $9.95 for shipping. I received an invoice with a balance due of $44.65 for shipping and handling. I called the company to let them know I did not agree with this S & H charge. They told me to return the product for a refund. The company refunded me a total of $38.00 keeping $44.65 from the $82.65 for S & H. I called the customer service several times. They refused to give a complete refund. I felt this company was ripping me off and I'm sure many others with this ridiculous charge. I lost $44.65 and also the $10.70 it had cost me to return the product.

I returned the entire order of shoe inserts for full refund one day after receiving. My credit card was charged $69.80 for the products, $8.34 sales tax and $29.80 for ship cost, making a total of $70.14. They refunded me $37.85 and said that the ship cost was non- refundable and a portion of the sales tax. The sales tax can only be charged on the product and should have been refunded to me. Their ship cost charge is a total rip-off.

"This is to notify you that I am cancelling any and all future orders from your company. Please stop and desist debiting my credit card account as of this date. Please do not ship any more orders to me. I appreciate your consideration in the above."
They received the letter as the certified mail receipt was returned to me signed upon receipt.
They have ignored my request and sent another order which debited my American Express card $44.85 on June 16, 2010.

When placing an order, you need to "uncheck" all the options or extras they try to push during the initial sale. I did not see that priority shipping was automatically selected. I immediatley e-mailed the company but it took 2 days for a response and I was told the order was placed and couldn't be cancelled. The "priority" shipment took nearly 2 weeks to receive. I have been flooded with solicitation e-mails since placing the order. Not a pleasant experience.

I just got off the phone and talked with Bruce the Supervisor (he would not give me his last name) and he told me that they WOULD NOT refund my shipping cost. He said that they do not refund shipping cost! Well if I cancelled why not refund my money? They charged me 9.95 per X's 2. I want my money back! This is a rip off and they should be shut down asap.

This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. This company reminds me of ENZYTE and how their former CEO scammed millions of people by charging people repeatedly for product that they cancelled and or will not allow anybody to cancel a product because they missed the deadline.

I ordered arch supports from a TV informercial. I had 3 problems.
1) They started sending condroitin shipments. I called and they refunded the charge but not the shipping costs. 2) Four months later, I noticed a continuing charge on my credit card for enrollment in some shopping discout services. Upon my calling, they removed two of the months but I am working on removing the second two. My credit card company cannot intervene in this complaint because they are considered a third party merchant, not the primary merchant I did business with. Even though I gave my credit card to the primary company and it passed my personal information to another party. As of this date, they still owe me $40.00.
3) I just received new arch supports in the mail. My credit card was charged $20.00. I called to tell them I didn't order these. They referred me to a piece of paper that came with the original order of six months ago which states that I am now enrolled in a six month program in which I will be resupplied with arch supports unless I cancel my "enrollment." I told the man I never agreed to this but to no avail. My credit card company did take the charge off.
This company clearly uses fraudulant practices and I can't imagine how they continue to stay in business. Can someone do something?

I purchased a pair of Walk Fit inserts, I did not order their supplements but I had no choice as they came with the inserts. One month later, I was charged for additional supplements which were returned for a refund. I was charged $50.32 but my refund was only 43.79. When questioned, I was told I had to pay for shipping. Since I did not authorize the charge in the first place, I should not have to pay shipping. They claim there was a letter included with my inserts that said if I didn't want them to call and cancel.
Why would I even think this would be necessary when I didn't order them in the first place. When I tried to explain that I refused to pay their shipping and wanted a refund, I was hung up on three time. They refused to allow me to talk with a manager or supervisor and now when I call, I am automatically disconnected. What kind of service is this. From reading other complaints on this company, this behavior appears to be their norm.
The dollar amount is small, but their treatment of the consumer is outrageous. They were rude and disrepectful of my right to refuse their product. For $6.53 they have lost a prospective return customer, they will never be recommended by me to anyone and the treament so outraged me that I am now filing this complaint.

We received a package from WalkFit out of the blue (we'd never placed an order). Because I'd been having problems with my feet, I assumed a family member had sent these as a gift. The next day, another package, from another company, arrived out of the blue. The following day, yet another company. We've realized our credit card has been stolen and someone is committing wire fraud purchasing these products with our private credit card information. We've contacted our credit card company and reported the card as stolen. We're working through additional remedies through our credit card company. It all started with a wire fraud transaction through WalkFit.

Do not use this company! I called to talk about their "rush shipping". I selected standard, it took a couple of weeks and they charged me $20. I called and questioned them. While on hold, I looked these guys up. Stay clear. Bad service, poor business practices!

On 4/2/10, we placed an online order at walkfitplatinum.com for 3 arch support inserts for $54.85. For an extra $5, we bought the "WalkFit for Life Program" where they will send replacement arches every 6 months. The online invoice also showed we were to receive 1 bottle of joint relief plus mystery gift for free. Shipping was $24.85 for a total invoice of $84.70, although, they charged our credit card $87.70.
When we received the product, we got the three arches, 1 bottle of pills, two bottles of mint lotion and three sets of cushion pads to go on top of the arches. The mint lotion and cushions were not listed in the original online order, so we assumed they were the mystery gifts. However, the bill inside of the box was as follows: 2 - size G arches with lotion $39.90, 1 - size C arches $14.95, 3 - cushions $1 trial $44.85, 1 - joint support $5.00, shipping $39.70, Total invoice $144.40, Balance due $56.70.
On 4/16/10, I called and spoke with Jason and expressed my concern. First he offered me a $10 discount. I said no thank you. Then he offered me a $20 discount. I said no again and told him I only wanted to pay for what we ordered. He said that if we did not want the cushion pads, that we could return them at our expense for a refund. I said no again. He said that is the only way that we can get refunded the difference. We shouldn't have to return something we did not order and then pay to ship it back. As of now they have only charged our credit card $87.70 ($5.00 more than the order), but he said they will be charging the balance due of $56.70 at a later date. He was totally uncooperative. I advised him that I will be disputing this with my credit card company and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

This company unlawfully charged my bank account without my authorization or consent. They sent me products I did not order and refuse to credit my account. They do not have proof of my "alleged" approval of the terms and conditions, and when I called to speak to someone, I got transferred to India. They stole money from my bank account.
Consequences include financial difficulty, because it's keeping me from working due to having to deal with my bank when I tried to dispute the charge. But I was told I authorized the charges. Also, I spent hours on the phone with customer service to get it resolved, adding stress.

Company gives you the run around, very rude over phone, charges were more than stated, does not honor returns you still lose money and time and I just took the loss. Wish I had read on-line complaints before giving all my credit card info. I learned a good lesson, now I check products on-line complaints and have not been duped since.

Just want to be able to help others.
First, you should know that Walkfit Platinum is sold at Bed Bath and Beyond. Second, let the company who have processed the payment transaction for you help you, they will. If you did it through your bank account, contact your bank and dispute the charge. They will refund you money and cancel your account so that no more charges can be applied. But remember, never give out your banking information. If you used a credit card, they will also give you a credit. All you have to do is explain the situation and dispute the charge.
I will never order anything from this company again. Their product may be good, but they do unethical business practices.

They lie and hung up on me. The response I received when I stated I was way over charged was, "Oh I see, there was a glitch in the system". Yet he would not refund my money.

My wife ordered a pair of inserts. They charged for that item, and in the package she also received the Joint Support Formula which we have also been entered into an automatic monthly supply for another $48 plus change. She has called the company and spoke with a representative who said they would discontinue further shipments and cancel all debts. We have yet to be refunded for the $48 Joint Support Formula which she did not authorize.

They sent pills I didn't order, and when I called them, I was told to send them back with a tacking number. I called them with the number and they hung up on me twice! All I want is my account credited back.

I ordered the special deal online (as shown on TV). My mistake was not reading these consumer complaints before ordering! I paid the agreed (though higher than I expected first and final charge of $30.90) in January. I received the product and tried them out. They did not help. I called the company and spoke to Peter (extremely rude) who refused to refund. I asked to speak to a manager and he responded, "There is no managers. You have expired." I told him the date I ordered and I am calling with in the 30 days warranty/guarantee and to cancel anything and everything related to my credit card.
Now, I have another charge on my bank statement of $44.85 that should not be there! So I called again on 2/17/2010. Now, the phone number is no longer in service. What else can I do to get my money back? I truly hope someone can help. I am not financially rich. I do have insurance but my insurance does not cover the orthotic inserts that I need. I thought I was saving myself money. Now, I have lost over $100. Please help me recover my money. I am thanking you in advance for your kindness and hopeful help.

My husband ordered this product by phone on Feb. 6th, 2010. He said they didn't ask for his size. So, I called to make sure. I spoke with Chris. He said to call back on Monday. Right after I spoke with him, someone called and asked for our credit card number. My husband said he already gave the number and the person hung up. I called on Monday and spoke with Peter; he said they would not do that. And he said the package had already been shipped, with the wrong size. I told him I would not accept the package. I called the credit card company to verify the correct charge and they told me it was $9.95 more than expected.
I called the company again and spoke with Kelly. She said the other charge was to expedite the package. I told her we did not authorize this and wanted credit. She then told me the package has not gone out. That's when I got furious and asked to speak with the manager or president of company. She said people were in a meeting and she could not give me the name of the president. At this point, I called 18007891065 and spoke with Natasha. She stated they do not have that information because they are just a call center. Now at this point, I want the inserts for free. This is outrageous and irritating to say the least. I need some answers. Their phone system stinks.

I hope that my first complaint came through as it was lengthy and I will not repeat it all because I am mad. This company must be shut down or get all of us together on a class action suit. They have no intention of living up to there 30 day guarantee. I did everything they required and just got done calling them and that dumb Sam that I talked to would not respond to me, telling have papers from the US Post office that they signed for my return. He would just say your time has run out. Over and over. I asked his if he was crazy, or just could not hear me and he would answer your time has run out. Boy I wish someone had the guts to nail this outfit. All the lies they tell on TV and promise's not kept is enough to put them out of business. In the first place, a set of orthodics from WalMart for $10 beat there junk. Some people will buy anything if the company lies to them. And I am sure many just throw them away and eat it.

I ordered the special deal online (as shown on TV). My mistake was not reading these consumer complaints before ordering! I paid the agreed (though higher than I expected) first and final charge of $30.90 in December. I received the products and kept them, but they have not helped my leg pain. Now, I have another charge on my bank statement of $18.90----should not be there! Here's hoping I never hear from them again. I got the runaround about why I got a January charge. What else can I do to get the money back?

I tried to order their product as advertised on TV. Instead, I found that you have to give credit card information before you could look at products for sale or place an order. When placing an order, you are automatically signed up to receive monthly shipments of health products. The site offers an opt out, but it does not work. I never completed the order and tried to do same a second time. Later shipped both orders, even though neither completed. Also, the second order for the same items was billed a greater amount. I feel this offer is a modified or a new version of the old "bait and switch" scam. Two months later, I'm still trying to recover the money that was illegally billed.

I ordered Walk Fit platinum insoles as a gift for my elder sister in a remote part of the U.S. Upon ordering online, there were multiple pages of "additional suggested items" of which I declined all. When she received the insoles, also included was a bottle of "Joint Support Supplements". She did not know I had not ordered them as part of her gift. Then 2 months later, she received another order, she called me and asked about them. I explained I had not ordered them, and to return them. I assumed they would refund my card. Nope, 2 more months they did the same, which she returned, and then again in December. It is quite a task for her to get things to the post office due to her extreme remote location, but she did return them.
Calling Walk Fit, they were very rude, was hung up on by Steve, and upon calling back, talked to someone out of the country. He only offered to refund the last package, each at $44.85. He said he "had no proof" she'd returned the other packages so he couldn't return my money. I asked why she was receiving these unordered supplements anyway. He said that when I ordered the sole inserts, "They were sent as a gift" a free bottle, with a request she declines if she wanted no further bottles sent! She didn't see that. That is nearly $100 they charged me, and worse they are preying on people who have difficulty walking. So to ask them to a Post Office for a receipt is absurd. Visa is much more help and putting in a dispute on my behalf.

I ordered a single pair of Walkfit Orthotics that I had seen on TV. The transaction was completed using their voice recognition device. After I had completed my request, I was informed that I would also receive some sort of joint compound, which I refused. That was for naught for the robot could not respond to me and I was then told that I could call a "customer service" number and I did. The guy who answered in customer service after about fifteen minutes told me that he could not access my order for ten hours in order to cancel what I did not want.
I immediately smelled scam because I have never heard of an order entry system that could not be accessed for modification once an order has been placed. Since I had ordered on a debit card and the transaction had not been charged to my bank (which is right next door), I immediately canceled the debit card. Their marketing tactics are abominable. Even if their claims are legitimate, I would never order their product directly from them, choosing instead an alternate supplier if I can find one.

I called the number from the infomercial and during the order declined any extras or free stuff and felt that the order was taking way too long with all the extra promotional, try free junk and tried to get an customer service person. My cell phone died. I called back from my land line right away. They told me to call another number, customer service? I described what happened and asked jonny 5 to check my order and see if it went through or not. This order was a Christmas gift. He seemed to hang up. I called right back, got him again and he remembered me! He then told the info was not in the computer yet. And to call back in three hours. I did and they were closed.
I called back the next day, Saturday and the new person said it takes at least 24- 48 hours to be in his computer. So please call back after. I called Monday. And the story was that it still isn;t there. I by now was hoping it didn't because I felt this is s scam. I knew from my first phone call that they wantd me to pay for every item I was declining. I then received my order for multiple pairs of walkfit platinums I did order, plus cusions I tried to decline for every pair! Plus the flex support formula I also declined and that they will be billing me for future bi-monthly shipments. Plus a large amount for shipping! The people who are making this scam possible should pay for the thier crimes.

I have some orthotic inserts from a podiatrist that have helped my pain in my feet. I saw the add on TV, did a search on the internet and found the product on the Walkfit, LLC web site. I missed the Walkfit complaint site also found on the search. I ordered (2pairs) the inserts with my credit card and noticed that boxes to refuse the Joint Support Formula they were promoting with the inserts. I checked every box that kept appearing on each page of the check out process. I was charged the agreed $48.80 and I received the order within a week and work fine, saving myself transferring from shoe to shoe, the inserts.
One month later I find a $44.85 charge by 5969Joint Support CA, US 800-8196294 on my credit card. I called the customer service for Walkfit and was to I ordered the continuing/self refilling monthly order of the supplement I had refused. If the product is so good an honest company would not have to trick or place the burden of cancellation on the scammed consumer. I would just stay away from Walkfit, there are manny other sources to buy this product as I have found by reading the other complaints on this web site. I informed my credit card company and want everyone to be informed of this scam. I have to return the supplement when it arrives, but do not know the costs and conditions required until I receive.

I first ordered 1 set of Walk-fits original- When I gt the confirmation - I cancelled the order (within 1 hour of original order) I explained that my husband wanted platinum. I then ordered 1 set of the platinums - I declined all other offers. They sent me three sets, charged me with excessive shipping charges for three, and charged me for items that I declined. I called customer service and spoke to a rude agent named Eric and he told me he could not refund the money. I then saw online numerous similar cmplaints. I cancelled my card that I used. I feel that I was scammed and taken advantage of during the holiday season.

Ordered 1 set online, declined the numerous interrupting screen offers. Listed price was 14.95 plus 5.95 S&H. Was supposed to be $19.95. No confirming checkout was provided before it sent an email that said our order was placed. No confirming number of units, no confirming price was sent to email address, just a "your order received". Sent 2X the ordered amount, plus other items NOT ORDERED.
First customer service person was so rude I could barely speak. Interrupting, contradicting me, impossible to work with. Called back and a polite worker would not refund the full amount, confirmed I had ordered 1X yet it was still my problem to send it all back. They could not confirm what value of refund to my Credit card would be made.
After 6 weeks receive only a partial refund. SCAM ordering online set up to not allow confirmation of the order. UNETHICAL, a waste of time and money. Now I find them at local store.
Wasted time, wasted more shipping costs, wasted excess cost shipping it back, did not refund the correct amount. They could not correctly subtract $9.95 from $54.71 (the overcharge) = $44.76 and instead refunded $43.79. Not a big deal but what a ridiculous exercise in bad faith ordering. STAY AWAY FROM WALKFIT ONLINE

Ordered on the phone, only one set of Walkfit Platinum cushions for my shoes to help my sore feet. I declined all the offers they offered on the phone and the computer voice on the other end repeated "declined" back to me when I ordered. When I received the order, they included all the items I declined and billed my bank card for them. The original amount was $19.95 for the cushions and 14.95 for shipping (that was a rip off), which totalled to 34.90. I was billed on by bank card, 61.80, not 34.90, and according to my bank, Walkfit Platinum has attempted to draw out additional amounts of 31.80 on two other dates just after the first of December.
I called the number listed on the invoice and could not get resolve with the customer service person and asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor kept telling me that I ordered them over the internet and not the phone, which I told him I did order them over the phone and not the internet. He asked how they had my email address and I stated that I had to input it in their website in order to access information about their product, to see if I wanted to order their product. Since I did not seem to accomplish anything with this supervisor, I asked to talk to his supervisor, where he said that he would have to have his supervisor call me back. At this point, I am going to return their product (it is supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee ) and cut my losses.
I have contacted my bank and they have stopped this company from taking any further funds from my account. The bank has also filed an action to attempt to get my funds back. I have contacted my attorney to see if they can assist with this situation also. It appears that this company moves around alot as some of the other people who have filed a complaints against them stated that the company was located in Torrance, Ca, and now it is located in Rancho Cucamonga Ca. All I can say is I will never buy from an infomerical on TV or over the internet until I have checked them out thoroughly on the internet.

My leggs and knees hurt so bad at work so I decided to try walk the fit insoles. Before I completed filling out the order form online, I I went back and noticed the complaints from other people about ordering from this site, and the 19.99 cost of shipping and handeling ( ridiculous!!) I then found another site (activeforever.com) offering the same insoles with free shipping. So I ordered from them instead. I paid a total of 19.99 and got them in less than 5 days! I then realized that my bank account had been debited almost forty dollars by the walkfit official site!
Apparentally once I put in my credit card number, they were ordered, I never completed the order, but somehow they were ordered anyway. Of course I called to complain about the order and tried to cancell, but of course nothing could be done. Over a week later I still haven't recieved the ones that charge 19.99 shipping, but got the ones with free shipping in 5 days. Then I found out I could get them at CVS, I'll NEVER order anything off TV again!!!

The agents of WalkFit are very rude and keep handing me off to other people. Their supervisor wouldn't do anything to help me. I have not received my full refund of $43.04 as requested and keep getting the run-around by their customer service.

I spoke with "Brand" and "Ronnie" who were very rude, and no help and hung up in my face after I asked to speak to their supervisor. To this date, I haven't received my replacement orthotics. the orthotics were broken on the sides, and I just want replacements, not a refund. I am a senior citizen, and I feel I have been taken advantage ot.

Bought the walkfit inserts with no problem. But then they sent two bottles of joint support pills and charged my credit card $44.85 without my premission. Sent the stuff back and called them, they were very rude and hung up on me. I'll now have to cancel my card and call the attorney general's office. Lost $44.85 and the flustration of being scamed!

I have been a Walkfit orthotics customer for 6 to 8 years. They have a lifetime replacement warranty on their product with the customer paying $5.95 for S & H. Walkfit will replace for FREE, FOREVER. They are extremely slow in sending the replacement Walkfit (2 to 3 months). This delay is planned so they can sell you a second pair of Walkfits which I did purchase. The Walkfits last on the average of 6 to 8 months except the last pair which failed (cracked) in two weeks.
Walkfit customer service always has the same excuses:1. They never received the defective orthotics.
2. They never received the $5.95 S & H payment.
I always have to remind them that I have a signed receipt that they received my shipment and a cancelled check number that my check was cashed and cleared my bank. They always try to tell me to cancel my check and give them a credit card number. They than suddently find the record of receiving my order and tell me it will be shipped in 7 to 10 days. In ten days I call them back and go through this same process. This usually goes on for 90 days or more before sending my replacement.

In March of 09 I ordered Walkfit arches. There were also a number of promos that I accepted. One was a free 30 day supply of joint support formula. When the shipment arrived there was a one page descripton of Joint support formula included that indicated I was now on a bi-monthly shipping schedule for this product. I contacted the company via email to their customer service address, received confirmation of receipt of my email, and explained to them that I did not sign up for this and was not interested. I told them not to send it. On April 10th I received it anyway and my credit card was charged $44.85 for this product. I contacted them again by email indicating that I was not happy and to credit my account. I sent the product back along with hard copies of my emails to ensure my account credit occurred and that the shipments cease. I received another shipment in July with a charge to my account preceding delivery on 6/26. I just now sent yet another complaint to the complany and then noticed a number of complaints sites noting similar experiences. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order for orthotics ($19.95) on the Walkfit LLC internet site, filled out the credit card information. Then I saw they were adding an additional "processing" charge of $9.95 in addition to postage of $9.95 (for an package total weight 11 ounces)so I backed up and removed my information from the forms. I did not see nor click on a final approval box. However, they filled the order, the items were shipped to me and their refund policy is that I may return it but shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Totally unethical business.

I ordered arch supports only @ $19.95 with a S&H charge of $9.95-total $29.90 on June 27,'09. I did not get an online invoice like I've always had from other companies.I e-mailed WalkFit immediately and repeated my order and Asked for confirmation. Three days later they answered my e-mail by saying I ordered some "cushion" @$9.95 plus an additonal S&H of $4.95-now my total is $54.75! They did not say anything about an invoice. I went online and saw that these people, once they get your credit card info.,send totally unrelated items and charge your account and add ridiculous S&H charges.

I got my Walkfit insoles about 3 weeks ago and now they are charging me $44.85 for the joint formula.
I called them up and they told me that I clicked yes on the internet about the formula and that I would have to cancel it and they would not give my money back. They also said you should have already gotten your second shipment and I told them I have not received it. Then they said to wait 5 to 7 buisness days. Well I reported it to my bank and told them that I am disputing the charges and they are trying to get the money back. I also canceled my debit card so they can not charge me anymore. My bank disputed it and got my money back. What a big scam

I placed an order with Walkfit, LLC. I order 2 pairs of Walkfit inserts and 2 Walkfit gels. They gave me 2 small bottles of peppermint for the heals free. Now they had shipping options and I picked the Media Mail which is very cheap and it takes a little long to get to its destination. However, Walkfit, LLC charged my credit card $29.80 for Media Mail which is one of the cheapest rates.
I placed a call to the company and they said that they charged me per product on the shipping. How stupid could that be since everything came in 1 package.
