Negative Option: When No Means Yes

VistaPrint's business cards are fine but from what we hear, VistaPrint has a nasty habit of herding their customers into MWI's fleecing arena. The company says it's just not so.

Lisa of Sacramento CA (11/13/08)
Vista prints offers free business cards, however you pay for shipping and handling.A total of about 3.99.I was charged almost TWENTY dollars, did not recieve my cards for two weeks and the cards were ruined and definately not what they looked like online. There is no available customer service representative t deal with these types of issues and the automated system just rolls you over continuously regardless of the option you choose. I want a frefund and I dont want these horrible cards.

I am a paralegal and also do conflict resolution referrals. Business cards are a valuable networkisng tool in this field and reflect what I represent in my field.

I have two complaints about VistaPrint. My check card was fraudulently used to purchase a VistaPrint product. A box from VistaPrint arrived in the mail addressed to me. I reported the fraud to my bank and they credited me the charge.

My first complaint against VistaPrint is that because VistaPrint does not adequately seal their package before sending, the Post Office will not allow me to return it. The bottom of the mailer box is not sealed with tape. My second complaint against VistaPrint is that I cannot reach a person on the phone to find out how to return the item to them. My fraud case is still pending.

I also noticed 2 charges of 14.95 for the last several months. This happened before but I figured out what they did. After you finish checking out, they have a button that says NEXT, once you click that you've agreed to the charges, that's dirty.

Now I don't know how they got me, I did not click any NEXT button. They must have changed it. I will never do business with them again.  I'm sure they will lose a lot of business because of this low down dirty cheating practice.

I seem to have the same complaint as most everyone else here. I stared using Vista Prints about a year ago and really liked the service. Last month I noticed a strange charge on my credit card two 14.95 for Passport to fun. I had to clue what that was and immediately called my customer service number who gave me the number to the company that made the charge. Upon calling passport to fun i was told i was signed up for their service through ON BEHALF OF VISTA PRINTS. I was furious, luckily they reversed the charges and actually said this is a common problem.

I ordered cards from Vista print also and paid a 9.15 shipping charge to receive my cards in 2 weeks. Never received them and theres no phone number to contact them about it. Looks like numerous folks are having similiar problems.

9. 15 cent so far but I'll double check my account.
