Camelia of winchester, MA October 14, 2009 I have placed business card order with vista print and chancel the order right a way as the order quantity was wrong, I reorder the same type of business cards only with the quantity number changed. The cards quality as expected good but an offal customer service they have, they have charged me twice and received only one order. I try to contact them several times and there is no answer from them. I finally received after two weeks of trouble an email from them that they are sorry for what happen and they will give me credit as of money reimbursement. I am very frustrated and would like my money back. P of Chapel Hill, NC October 11, 2009 I had been a frequent customer of Vistaprint. After I ordered two products from Vistaprint in June 2009 I clicked through check-out but had about 20 pop-up offers. I declined ALL of them and was very annoyed at the check-out delay & effort. One pop-up said I was going to receive magazines --NO WAY to decline offer and could cancel subscription by calling a number. Of course I did that. The next month I received a credit card charge of 14.95 from Passport to Fun and did so for the next 3 months until I told my credit card company. I have wondered if this company got my credit card number from Vistaprint. Now I read that other Vistaprint customers have had the same awful experience. I'm FINISHED with VISTAPRINT! Tammy of Knoxville, TN October 8, 2009 This company continually charges my checking account each month for 17.95. I have called them 4 times and have e-mailed them. Last month I was short on cash and their charge went through the day before payday and I got socked with a 35 overdraft charge. Somebody needs to put these people in their place and make them stop stealing our money. Shelia of Toney, AL October 5, 2009 A charge of 17.95 was on my account every month for a year or more and I couldn't find out who it was. Finally I found it....it was Vista Print. We had used their services 26 times and were happy with their merchandise, but they enrolled us in VPCLUBUS without our knowledge and I HOPEFULLY got it stopped today. We'll know soon. In these economic times I cannot throw away 18 a month on anything. Jack of Philadelphia, PA October 3, 2009 ordered card several months ago. when I received my next bank statement I noticed an amount of 14.95 taken out for Family FunMB. I am still receiving that amount taken out of my checking account. I did not know that Family Fun wouldf take money without my authorization. Tasha of Carrollton, GA October 1, 2009 STOP! Don't use Vistaprint! We used their free logo design service and loved the logo, but as we were about to place the order, we noticed that the price had gone up in the fifteen minutes that it took us to complete the design process. We called their customer service department and eventually spoke to a supervisor named Terry. He apologized and told us to go ahead and place the order, then he would mail us a refund for the difference. It all started to sound fishy, so we googled Vistaprint scams and found the many complaints that others have made. Whew! That was a close one! Greg of Stanwood , WA October 1, 2009 Apparently I have been the victim of similar items mentioned here but for a longer period of time. over 40 per month has been taken from my credit card from Shopp Essentials and BizMax. THis has happened for over a year! My bank, Bank Of America credited back 134.00 worth of these charges which is the maximum they are allowed, by Federal Statute, to credit. Bizmax which also operates Shop Essentials refused to credit me with any monies. I am contacting VistaPrint to file a complaint with them. brenda of lake wales, FL September 30, 2009 i have been a repeat customer for a about 2 years. their refer a friend program is not what it claims. i have referred 4 people and ever time it takes them to my account and they order from my account so therefore i don't get my credits. i have contacted vista and they keep telling me to all sorts of things that i have done. i love their products.but will not refer or use them anymore. Lynn of Lenexa, KS September 30, 2009 I would just like to warn others that Vistaprint is really slipping in their customer service department. They used to have a phone number listed on their website which they have removed recently. I am a reseller, but they are constantly rerouting me out of the reseller site into their ordinary site and adding charges. It's really a shame. Charged all kinds of extra charges I shouldn't have been and now I will have to chase them down.
