Consumer Complaints & Reviews

After several times demanding for them to discontinue phone calls to me to sell me directory space online, they continued to call. I am on the DNC list and I did report to them for the violation, but they continued to call. I spoke to their parent company, Xacti, and they claim the number calling me is not associated with **.

When I reverse looked up the number, the company name is listed as Phoenix in Arcadia, CA, but when you call the number, they tell you they are located in Boca Raton, FL and are **.

I have lost minutes on my cell phone every week. Sometimes several times in one day. My time was spent on researching, calling, emailing, and reporting. I charge $30.00 per hour for my services. I have spent numerous hours trying to find out the true identity and location of these individuals so that I can file a complaint with the police for harassment. They hide well for that very reason, I'm sure.

I was offered a package at $5 per month to advertise in US Directory.com. I was told that each time someone looked at my information that I would be billed $0.25. I was also told that I would be advised who was searching my directory listing. My credit card was billed for $92.75. That's over 350 hits on my directory listing. I called the company and asked for a listing of persons who researched my listing and I was told that I could not have it. I asked for a supervisor and I was told that no supervisor was available to speak with me. I cancelled my account and contacted my bank to question the charges. I would not do business with US Directory.com again. There should be a class action complaint.

USDirectory.com - I contracted their services for a price but later, they wanted to charge me for a lot of other services. They wanted to charge me over than a thousand dollars.

I had these individual come to my business and ask me if I want to advertise my business online for the amount of $5 per month. Today, I realized through looking at my checking account online that this company has been cashing many checks from my account for different sums, $90 on many occasions, $18.50 and $5 on many occasions. I can only look as far as three months. Upon calling them, they refused to issue a refund.
