Horrible! I ordered 5 pairs of Ugg boots from a supposed Ugg Outlet to the tune of $453.00. I placed the ordered on November 29, 2011.I have never received the boots! It was Christmas for my grandkids! It was at Arooshi.com **. I get no response and my Visa was charge for this. What can I do?
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I ordered ugg boots from this website. After placing the order, I did a background check. I read customer complaints about the company. I didn't know the company was in China. I'm so upset, because this was a gift for my daughter now. I lost money, and she doesn't get her boots. I don't have a number to contact them, only email. I sent a couple of emails, and there's no response. I called the payment company, and they can't do anything. I have to call the merchant.

I ordered 2 pairs of uggs. They arrived from China to my surprise. when i opened the boxes the boots had a horrible smell. It was obviious that the lining was not sheepskin but polyester or some other fabric. there are some irregularities that distinguish the boots i received from authentic uggs. I tried to get in touch with the comapny many times. No one responded. I tried the email on my receipt. No response! There aren't any phone numbers to contact & no return shipping address. I paid 176.00. i notified my credit card company who is putting the charge into dispute while they investigate. paypal can't do anything except red flag the seller,

On 01/05/09 i purchased a pair of ugg boots from uggbuy.com for 132.55 i thought it was a good deal. I received my order within a week or so, when i opened the box i thought they looked good ( since it was my first pair of ugg i had no idea what they should look like. On 01/21/09 I purchased my 2nd pair. They were so ugly the stiching on the back of the boot was off center. one boot was taller than the other one. I was so disappointed!
I have been emailing them ever since so they can pay for shipping and they keep saying i should pay for shipping. i been talking to Michelle. half of my emails to them aren't even answered with the correct response all they say is, everything will be ok. I had to pay for shipping because i figure they wouldn't. DON'T PAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FAKE!

The website was false stating it sold authentic Ugg boots for a discount. The site looked like it was in the US, but turned out to be China. Having Ugg boots before, I can easily tell the difference in the packaging and the boot.
They cost me $120.00

I purchased a pair of boots at uggbuy.inc for $98.00. I did receive them and have been trying to return them for a different size. I own Ugg boots in a size 8 which these are supposed to be however they do not fit.
I've emailed them 4 times for a returned request authorization which their site tells you to do, and this is the only response I have gotten. dear friend, the qulity is good. you can check it. I am sorry to the problem. we will do best in the future. after you order we will send it to you very quickly. if you order we will give you the 15% discount. you can present it to your friend who he like the colour boot. if you return it the shipping is high. any question please contact with us.
This is the company that took the funds from my account, LUXURY-STOCK. I cannot return them either for a different size or a refund of my money. Consequences are I own a pair of boots that cost me 98.00 and they do not fit.

I wrote to you previously telling you that I immediately thought I had been scammed by this company, well this will verify it. I received the Ugg Boots, I was not home and my husband signed for them. I receive packages all the time so this was not unusual. When I got home he informed me that he had signed for a package for me. When I looked at the invoice, it states that they charged me $394.00. I have checked with both of my Credit Card companies and neither have this charge. I initially thought I wanted to use AM Exp and Pay Pals put me through the wringer, so I used my Visa and went through an online payment company called NPS Online Payment, I think that NPS is somehow affiliated with UGG BUY, Inc. So now I am waiting for statements from my credit card companies to see where this charge lies. And by the way, the boots are fake. They are not real UGGS-this is all my stupidity, but I wish this could help someone else not to make the same mistake.

On January 6, 2008, I purchased a pair of Uggs boot US7 in Black for $129.00, I thought the price was great, and didn't even give it a second thought that they were knock offs. The arrived via EMS and I received them on Monday, January 12, 2009, I thought real quick delivery from China, I was give a tracking number and all. When I opened the package the boots looked okay (first time buyer of Uggs) so what did I know...I tried them on they fit well.
The first time I put them on to wear to work both boots ripped in the back seam, pulling apart the stitching as well as the leather. I However I didn't notice until I got to work an a coworker told me about the rips, I was beside myself. I tried calling the overseas number but to no avail, I figured it was because of the time difference. I sent three emails yesterday.
Today I have not hear one word from this company. I just don't know what to do. I got taken big time. After doing some research via I found that this company was not an authorized Uggs retailer, I knew I a victim of a scam. I decided not to send them back until I hear from them, I do want a full refund, which may be a joke. I paid via PayPal and filled out some paper work hoping to retrieve my money. I am so upset for my own stupidity, I'm just a very trusting person.

I ordered a pair of boots that arrived a couple of weeks later. They are not authentic Ugg boots but a very poor imitation and the size was wrong. I attempted to return them but get this ridiculous message from a Sandy saying it is too expensive to return and they will give me 15% off my next order. These are scam artists do not purchase I am out 99$
Sent fake boots and out 99%

On Jan.6th I was looking for Ugg Sheepskin boots. Came upon a web site that offered them at a great price. I ordered them. Now the web site is gone and they are in Bejing, China. I have corresponded with a lady via e-mail named Sandy who gave me an order number and tracking number. When I tried to track the shoes through EMS that is how I found that this company is in China and EMS has no such tracking number.
I am afraid that I will never get the boots and do not know how to reach them. The lady, Sandy from UggBuy.com sent me an e-mail telling me just not to worry.

I purchased a pair of boots and they sent me the wrong color. They are refusing to correct the situation at their expense. I refuse to incur any additional expense.
I now have boots in a color I did not order and I am out $99.
