Andrew of New York, NY May 13, 2009 I placed the order and paid for it by PayPal, I have received only part of it. When I was investigated where is the rest of it, they promise me to issue the money back, but they request to pay for what I had by credit card. They charged me on PayPal and credit card and never issue any money back. I have been trying to fix this situation for the year but I can not, I was trying to get help from PayPal (they investigated case and after coupe months they said that the transaction is not from eBay). I was trying to get money with my credit card company (but after 4 months they close the case, just because they can not get credit from merchandise). I was trying to contact thenerds.net they promise me to transfer the money on my credit card, but they have not so far. So I am fighting for my 2,925.41 with out any success. Dr of Windermere, FL February 17, 2005 Called Business on 2/15/05 to confirm that product was in stock as displayed on their website. Was told by salesperson (unknown name) that product was in stock, and available for shipment same day, scheduled to arrive the next day (2/16/05) via Fed Ex. The charge for shipping sounded unreasonable. The cost of shipping from Miami to Orlando, Florida was 137 overnight via Federal Express, much more than quoted from Federal Express directly for an 11 pound product. I was assured that it would arrive on 2/16/05. I called 2/16/05 to confirm, and it was not shipped, but they reassured me that it was available to be shipped and that I would receive it on 2/17/05. I called 2/17/05 and was told that I should be recieving the product that day before 4pm. I asked for a tracking number and was told that their computers were down. I insisted that a tracking number be provided, when jeff informed me that the product was back ordered and not in stock. I then asked that my order be cancelled. Report Your Experience
