Well just like the guy below, I received a call from a dean who studdard. He started at $225 and went down to how much do you have in your wallet? At that time I had zero. Which is the truth I'm broke as a joke. He says how do you eat and I said I manage. He said he was going to cancel it and I said you got to do what you got to do. He later called back and said I took care of it. You should have your Mercedes c class handover by Tuesday. Also I get 1 year insurance and gas. He did ask if I wanted all the TV !@#$ and I declined. I have money for the tax, besides the money they give you. So I need a fast reply to know what to do.

What happens if you do accept the award, pay the tax?

He said that I won a $1.5 million sweepstake. I had to purchase a Wal-mart gift card for $250.00 and I said that I had no money. Then he ask if I had any credit cards. I said that I have one but it was to its limit, so he wanted me to pay using a fake account in name of someone else to pay off my account. So, I did it. After I closed the account, it was reversed, no funds available from a bank in Indiana were it was from the account of someone else. Then, he wanted me to send $1,000.00 to the an address. Sorry to say, I should of known better it was all a scam. He had a weird accent and was very persistent.

I wasn't out of anything and I still owe my bank the $2000.00. But I have changed my phone number and will be very careful to who I deal with from now on.

This corporation has been a real pain in the **. With the same previous request, I have tried with Chase online payments in Whitehall, Ohio with telephone number 614-248-2600 or contact customersupport@sweepstakesclearinghouse.com. The accounts ** and ** are currently in pending payments and a previous account of HDTV and VCR. The same request overpayments and online encoding errors I am on.

I said I would love to clear the harassing. I need to desperately reconcile this problem with online payments that seem to have encoding errors resolved. Same old, same old. They said, "Don't call me just pay and shut up." Real dumb **. Well it's not your problem.

Any forms or information on how to resolve the problems sooner would be appreciated. I have contacted the BBB for endorsed checks accounts adjustment and several other organizations.

I am Mr. **'s assistant and I pay all his bills. I called Sweepstakes Clearinghouse customer service to check on Mr. **'s accounts because the company stopped sending statements. I talked to a lady and she gave me details about his accounts which I wrote down in my copy book. Every month, I will send a payment of $30.00 which started last January 6, 2011 to put $10.00 each toward the merchandise that he has on layaway. I called them back to request that they send me a statement that has the amount from January. This is nonsense--Jan. - $30; Feb. - $30; Mar. - $50; and Apr. - $50. I put two items on layaway in March and I wrote them a letter telling them to divide the $50 into five.

I would like some help with the company. All I want is justice. I have the money order receipts to prove that I am telling the truth. Someone please go and check this company out because they're overcharging customers--which is not fair. If they will check the books and stop to rip poor folks, they will see that Mr. ** owe them less money than what they are trying to hit him up for.

I receive a 400.00 coupon for a Dell desktop computer. I paid $351.12 cash. The disk drive won't open. No place for a memory card. I call Dell. They said this computer expired the warranty Nov. 2007. They lied and rip me off. I want an updated computer or my money back. I have no job. My husband disables income. Man they really saw me coming. I hope you will help me. Thank you.

I bought a computer what was suppose to be a Compaq computer system Intel Pentium111 multimedia processor after paying on it for months, maybe little longer. I finally payed in full, the computer was delivered to my home the monitor was called a Duracom, not Compaq and the PC United was a Dell. The monitor worked but the PC United didn't work. I called Sweepstakes Clearinghouse and was told the warranty ran out. I took it to the shop, three computer stores including a Dell store. The PC United was old and no good. I was told I need a new PC unit, the monitor worked but not the PC United.

I want to return it, but they won't accept it nor give me a later model or the computer I paid for which was a Compaq. What can I do about this grave injustice or shall I say this grave rip off? Also, Windows XP turned out to be Windows 93. The PC United was an older model and the monitor doesn't, I can't get a signal. Shops can't fix it. No physical damage, just no good and too old.

every 3 months i receive these prize award stating that i can choose any of the 6 vouchers for a small cost ex. a voucher for $400.00 for a dell computer i only pay $299.95 i dont know if its true or not. please check into it thank you

I had a layaway that I paid off around the middle of June of 2005. I was then notified by customer service that my merchandise had been shipped out on June 27, 2005. I then later recieved a post card stating it was shipped on the 25 of June. Today is August 1, 2005 and the merchandise that I ordered (RCA portable DVD player) still hasnt been recieved. I have called the company many times since and was told the merchandise was sent on the 27, and since its been 30 days, they will investigate and contact me back with the results.

I was told that both verbally and in writing that it would take 10-14 days to recieve my shipment it has now been about 35 days and I havent recieved anything. However they were paid in full back in the middle part of June by money orders. I have contacted the company via email as well as via the phone and I have not been contacted.

In December 2004, I sent a payment in to the above-indicated company,per their instructions to purchase a digital camcorder/camera set. On February 28, 2005, I paid the balance due on this item - $49.56, over the phone, using my debit card. The payment was cleared/paid by my bank on March 3, 2005, but I have not received the camcorder. I have called the company repeatedly, and each time I'm told the merchandise has been sent, and that I should allow 14 days for delivery.

The last time I called this company was on March l4, 2005,at approximately 1:30 PM, EST, spoke with "Chiquita," who advised me that the merchandise had been sent via "regular" mail on March 7, and that I should allow 14 days for delivery. This is the first time I have ordered from this company and, to me it seems they're stalling, or something is not just right...! Thank you for any assistance you can offer in receiving this item I've paid for.
