Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I went online Friday the 4th of June of this year to place bets on the Belmont Stakes horse race that was held. I deposited $35 through my bank account credit/debit card. I encountered no problems. I watched the race on Saturday and saw that I had won money $102.61 to be exact. Ever since, I have had nothing but problems. They won't give me the money they owe. I have contacted them several times through emails and online. They still won't send me the money they owe me. They keep telling me I need to send proof of my I.D. and mailing address. I have tried to fax them this information several times and have received no response each time.

They owe me money and, it seems to me, they are trying to get away with fraud by not giving it to me. They are an online company and I know of no mailing address for them. Thank you for your time. They owe me $102.61 and I want them to give it to me. I believed them to be a legitimate company when I deposited $35 from my account to them.

On 2/7/2010, I made a sports bet deposit on the Superbowl Sundays to win, and I made the bet by credit card of $20. And on 2/21/2010 or 2/23/2010, I spoke to chat operator online, telling them I could not log in to my account. Then I call and chat online again with Alex, saying I couldn't log in again and was told my account was closed. I was depending on that bet to win big to payoff my bills but my account was closed 3 days later without my consent and a chance to win or received the bonuses.

This site has a scam set up for their online poker. They say it is approved by TST or something but I have statistics of losing 25 hands in a row after depositing cash each time. This is impossible statistically.
