Elizabeth of Phoenixville PA writes (1/14/02):
I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas on 12/5 online. I immediately received an email confirmation and order number. Although it was never stated how long it would take to receive this item, I did expect it to arrive before I received the bill from my credit card company. I also expected to see it before Christmas! I made other, later purchases, and they all arrived before the holiday. I have since emailed the company twice, once directly from my email to their service address, and once directly online. This was just after the Christmas break at work. I have heard nothing.

I called my credit card company, and they stopped payment. My daughter is without one gift - one which I promised her. Luckily, she is old enought to understand, and willing to wait until I find it elsewhere.

If true, this would violate Federal Trade Commission regulations and expose the company to serious consequences. We've asked the company if it can provide any help in getting Elizabeth her shirt.
