Joshua of Montgomery AL (1/9/04):
At first I assumed that I just may have made a mistake. However, when I got to thinking about it, I realized that I was being charged each month for these calls. Well, I contacted them via e-mail (which I have a copy of) and let them know that I did not appreciate their way of business. They sent me a reply the same day (which I also have a copy of) that let me know that they no longer offered a 5 free call plan without even letting me know first! So, I guess it's my fault for signing up with them in the first place, but I should not have to pay for those calls since I was led to believe that my calls were going to be free! No one really cares about 50 cents, but I do. Please, I'm an honest person and all I want is for this to be revealed to others and possible a refund (that I deserve anyway). Shoot, I've probably only lost like $1.50 cents, but still that's important to me. I am so much in debt that I can't even afford the gas in my car, seriously! |
