Nikko America, Inc toy company is no longer in business. We have been trying to contact them for a month. All numbers have been disconnected; website shut down. Do you have any recent contact info?

Bought a large quanity of these RC toy cars made by NIKKO and warranty by NIKKO to re-sell. I needed some spare tires and parts and according to the new boxed they are supported and available by NIKKO America. Come to find out the new items and boxes list customer support numbers, addresses, and web sites that are all bogus. I could never contact anyone from NIKKO for parts needed. I lost shipping costs and good customer credit due to NIKKO listing bogus information on their support and parts service in the USA. They should be prosecuted and brought to justice !!!!

The remote car I purchased does not operate properly. I have tried to contact them, but one phone number is disconnected. They do not answer the other phone number. Their web-site is out of operation and the email address is no good. I can find no way to contact them. They are still selling these remote cars.

I tried to contact Nikko. I have a problem with one of my RC Jeep 100022A. Vehicle caught on fire. Damaged my garage. Other RC is not working right. I spent a lot of money on these. It almost burned my house down! I am not satisfied at all!

I ordered a 3-channel RC helicopter in mid-November from 1-nikkoradioremotecontrolvehicles.com. No tracking information appeared on the web site as the web site and receipt promises, though my credit card was billed. There was only a meaningless auto-response to e-mail inquiry and no response to phone voice-mail inquiries including attempts to cancel the order.
1 1/2 months later, I received the wrong helicopter (clunky looking 2-channel RC) without any explanation. Though disappointed, I decided to try it out rather than try to deal further with this company. However, it was a piece of junk - it flew uncontrollably backwards and broke up within a few attempted flights. Subsequent email also received no response.

well for the last four or five months our mail has not been delivered on a timely basis, or we did not receive at all. i have been working here for 6 yrs. and the mail has always been delivered in the morning hours and pick up in late afternoon. now they have changed it to pick up and deliverey at the same time and added 1 hour more to each mail carriers route. well on 7-17-03 the mail was never delivered or pick up at our office. when we called to find out where the mail was at we were told that it was still out for delivery (this was at 5 o'clock in the afternoon.)
also we were never told that the mail serves was changing. i called post office on 7-16-03 to see if there was going to be a pick up today when i was informed that it would cost me $12.50 for the extra trip, as the pick up was to be done at the same time as delivery. i explained that we were never notified of the change and he (mourice hughes)was notifing me now.
if all mail service is this bad why do we even have it. this person was rude and would not even explain why services were changing with no notification at all. i feel this person does not know what he is doing or he would not have received 125 phone calls in one day. they were all complaints about not receiving there mail on time or not at all. some one needs to check out the plano office to find out what is happening because our mail service has gone from bad to very, very, very bad.
i would appreciate an answer to this letter, to see if anything will become of it. i worte the complainte department at usps a couple of months ago. i recevied and answer and several phone calls, but nothing changed. please help in any way possible.
