On 7/14/2011, I placed an order, and I did not receive the baskets. On 7/15/2011, $130.15 was deducted for my credit card. I tried to call many times, and I got "This is an outgoing line only." On 2/20/2012, I sent email to service@needplumbingsupplies.com. Today, 4/11/2012, still no response.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I ordered Franke hot and cold water dispenser for $570 on July 15th, 2011. I was told it will take 4-6 weeks. Today is September 12, 2011. I emailed six times and made phone calls for six times (left VM), and nobody returned my calls and emails. I don't know if they are still in business. I regret ordering the product from this website. I am still waiting for my order. It's a very bad business practice. I am filing a complaint.

On 04/07/2010, I purchased the above product from Need Plumbing Supplies.com and got e-mail that product was shipped. After waiting for about 8-9 days, I decided to call and ask where the shipped product, which actually wasn't shipped, is. Then I wrote to them that this is not the way to deal with customers who paid and are relying on them and also that I may complain with the consumer affairs in their state (NY) which I'm doing now. Their answer was they can ship it today but if I complain there is no need to ship it to me and the supervisor was going to issue a credit to my account. Later, they send me e-mail confirming the credit.
I really don't appreciate this type of sales tactics; that is why I'm complaining. This is an automated e-mail confirmation of your order Thanks for shopping at NeedPlumbingSupplies.com. Your order is expected to ship on 4/7/2010.You will receive a follow up email with specific shipping method and tracking number information. In the event of any delay, we will contact you by phone and/or email.
Important: We will confirm your billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company before your order ships.

Beware when shopping from this retailer. I ordered a cast iron sink from them. When I opened the box 10 minutes after receiving it, a large piece of the sink was BROKEN. I called them immediately to report this. Currently, I am being told that if the shipping company does not acknowledge that they broken the sink and offer to pay for a replacement, a replacement sink nor a refund will be granted. It looks like I may be out $460. Their rationale is that I signed for the sink when it was delivered.
I had no idea that in signing the shipping form upon receipt I was waiving all rights to receive the intact product I had paid for. The shipping form I signed is completely ambiguous, and it is not evident that your signature relieves NeedPlumbingSupplies.com of its obligation to properly fulfill your order. This company does not seem to be interested in doing the right thing by their customers, and instead seems to have a policy of playing 'gotcha' with them. NeedPlumbingSupplies.com, prove me wrong.
