I bought a three year membership ($49.95) to download movies and all I can see is they referred to another paid site which I paid and does allow downloads. So why did I have to pay this site? I am in anger and feel victimized. I ordered this on 9/11/10. And still I can't get to the site to get my money back! I see below you have a box for if an attorney should contact me. I cannot afford an attorney over $49.95 rip off.

I got a letter that Google Earth is having a special subscription for 3 years. When I paid the money of subscription for 3 years ($38.91), and entered to the website, I discovered that it had no relation with Google Earth, so I asked for refund and they did not refund me till now. Below is the letter that I got:

Two years ago we launched our Earth Enhancement add-on and since that time, millions of Earth users have upgraded their experience with our software. For our second anniversary, I am expressing my gratitude to you by offering, for a short time, a special Earth code for you to experience what millions of others already have. This web company uses 'Watch Soccer Live on your PC' and flag images of world cup qualified countries as attractions on the website. They charge $48.90 for 3 year membership on live stream channels all over the world. A '7 day money back guarantee' slogan is shown in the process of payment. However, once payment was made and access to member's area granted, many links to live streaming channels were invalid and the software (Live TV) provided was not working properly as illustrated in their ads. Emails were sent to the customer support center but problems were not solved. Another email was sent demanding a full refund of the membership fees, but was replied with a new link to another website of member's area and request on refund did not receive any response. In fact, all emails received had customized content and had never answered my questions directly. I paid $48.90 and downloaded a pretty much useless software that is very different from what is promised in the company's ads.
