No logos, no response, and overcharging: I purchased the Platinum package for $58 but was charged $79. I have yet to receive any designs after 3 days. I have contacted them and left messages but received no response. I even had the chance to "chat" with a live support person. Once I told my concerns, I didn't receive any response back from chat. The support resource just stopped communicating.

In both cases posted on the site this looks like a technical issue where we cannot receive e-mails from the customers due to spam filters or chat requests due to server down time. However, we always refund customers where mistakes are done by us, and I am pretty certain that we might have provided refunds for both these customers already - if we could receive the e-mail of the customers we would like to investigate this. If not, we ask the customers to kindly contact us so that we can arrange refund for them. I paid $58 for a logo design package which stated I would have designs within 24 hours or sooner. It took two and half days but it was a weekend so I would have let that go. None of the designs were even close to what I wanted and two designs were the same. I emailed back to let them know and they asked for samples of what I liked. I emailed them again with several designs and details of what I wanted and have heard nothing!
I was dealing with Radu (designer) but after weeks of nothing, I contacted Alice by email. She replied very apologetic and said I would have something urgently and that was weeks ago. I now get no response from her either! This has been since August. I emailed yet another person, Ana **, sales manager of Baar and have sent an email through the logodesigncopyright website. They have not responded to my request for a refund or anything. I am so angry at this point I don't know what to do.
I paid for a logo design and in the next 48 hours they sent me 3 samples. But they were poor quality and even one of them was being used already. I believe they just copy and paste copyright designs and just edit them. I have been sending them request for updates and they don't respond. I have been contacting their support and even their management with no luck. I called them and I have left messages and no return calls. I am very frustrated with this company because they are criminals. I want to make sure this company is contacted by lawyers because this company is truly corrupt. Please look into this matter asap. I spent $58 not much, but they are doing this to thousands of people.
I paid for the next day service. I did not get anything for over 48 hours, then asked for the few revisions. They asked me to make it and send it to them. I told them it was just a color change. They came back 48 hours later and gave me what I wanted. I said I was okay with it. Now, 36 hours later and there's nothing, no word from anyone. They knew we had a deadline and they didn't bother to meet it like they said they could. They are refusing to give me my money back. It's been 5 days now and no nothing. They keep telling me that a manager will call.
On the 12/03/09, we ordered a logo design from www.logodesigncopyright.co.uk. As promised, the very next day we received 3 design concepts. Unfortunately none of the designs were remotely like that which we had asked for. We made our comments on the design and included some examples and immediately sent them back to the designer. It is now 18/03/09, and we still have not heard anything back. We have rung the (customer services number), just an answer phone asking you to leave a message, which we did yesterday and today, and still no one has contacted us. We have sent emails to all of the addresses provided with only 1 out of office reply. We even spent 1 hour chatting to a moron on their live chat service. All we got out of that was an email address for a manager. I have now tried the live chat service again but cannot get connected. Obviously they have blocked my ISP and have no intention of dealing with my complaint or giving me a refund.
Totally disgusting service and a total lack of customer support. We have heard nothing back at all and are 59 GBP down. This is nothing short of theft or fraud and should be investigated by the police. An open scam, i recommend everybody not to do business with these obvious criminals.
